The first one was a regular facial with derma-planing, and my skin felt so smooth afterward. The second time, she recommended adding an imaging chemical peel, which was a game-changer! She also gave me super detailed home care instructions based on my skin, with multiple product options for each step. A lot of the products she suggested, I already had at home, so it was awesome to get that personalized advice

She provided my service, but it seemed more like a chore. She kept saying things that made it seem like she was trying to get out of doing my wax. Weird. I also had my brows done by Jeanette. They came out okay, but the energy with her was off as well. She got some wax in my hair and asked IF SHE COULD CUT IT OFF!!!!! I informed her that oil removes the wax, she grudgingly obliged and indignantly said "it worked" once my hair was free from her error. I also miss Giselle at reception! She was so fab and made you feel like you were in Beverly Hills at an exclusive boutique. I haven't felt the same treatment from any other receptionist. ::sigh:: Sometimes good things go bad...and sometimes bad things seem good for a little while. Won't be back!

The girl did a terrible job and one side was just as gray as it was when I went in. I complained about it and the manager told me that I could come back and pay 50% of the price I had paid initially for them to do it again. I complained within a week of them doing the service, but they said I was beyond the period for them to do it for no charge. I get my brows done at Ulta and other places and never had this problem. They always cover the gray to my satisfaction. I initially agreed to go and decided not to. Why should I pay them a second time for something that they did not get right the first? I won't be going back.

Maybe if I was bolder, I wouldve inquired. They sell a number of sugar scrubs and other products that you can use after your sugaring/waxing appointment at home. At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.
