The spa is very clean and well kept. Recently, they brought on a new esthetician, Li, and I'm so glad they did! I've had two facials with Li, and she's incredible. The first one was a regular facial with derma-planing, and my skin felt so smooth afterward. The second time, she recommended adding an imaging chemical peel, which was a game-changer! She also gave me super detailed home care instructions based on my skin, with multiple product options for each step. A lot of the products she suggested, I already had at home, so it was awesome to get that personalized advice

She provided my service, but it seemed more like a chore. She kept saying things that made it seem like she was trying to get out of doing my wax. Weird. I also had my brows done by Jeanette. They came out okay, but the energy with her was off as well. She got some wax in my hair and asked IF SHE COULD CUT IT OFF!!!!! I informed her that oil removes the wax, she grudgingly obliged and indignantly said "it worked" once my hair was free from her error. I also miss Giselle at reception! She was so fab and made you feel like you were in Beverly Hills at an exclusive boutique. I haven't felt the same treatment from any other receptionist. ::sigh:: Sometimes good things go bad...and sometimes bad things seem good for a little while. Won't be back!

First, when she was filing the nail, she hurt me very hard to the point of drawing blood from my finger and she didn't even apologize, then she continued filing my nails very hard and rude, even the finger that she hurt previously, she continued filing without being careful. At the time I made my appointment I made it very clear that I wanted a regular acrylic and even when I got to the place I repeated that I wanted something regular, when I paid they charged me for acrylic gel and I told them that that was not what I wanted but it was what they had done to me and I had to pay a large amount for something that I did not ask for. the design where it is clearly seen that she made a mistake on a nail where she didn't even bother to fix it, even knowing that they were going to charge me more than what they had told me. Not even the shape is right because I have longer or thinner nails than others. I decided to let her do her work thinking that she still had more to file or fix and that's why I didn't say anything to her at that moment but I was wrong and she didn't do anything right. DEFINITELY NONE OF THAT IS WORTH THE $80 DOLLARS THEY CHARGED ME I am very frustrated by how poorly she did her job because in a few days I am celebrating my baby shower and I went to this place expecting good service because of the great reviews they have. but now I don't even have time to fix the mess she made on my nails shm My little cousin swears she would do a better job for only $65 and she just graduated as a nail tech. Btw the vibe was good, I liked it a lot and I could even say that I would go again but I would choose a different person to do my nails
