I am very picky with my dip manicures and I was hesitant to go anywhere new, but I really loved this experience and my nails look absolutely fantastic almost a week later. The price for a dip manicure was well within normal ranges, on the lower level end actually (~$40) compared to other local places. I don't recall the name of the nail technician that did my pedicure. She wasn't the warmest person but she did a nice job. She didn't talk or smile. She just went through the motions and kept it moving. Everyone isn't the chatty type so that didn't bother me. I still tipped her twenty percent. Initially, I'd planned on getting a manicure and a pedicure but that changed when something came up. Vivian was so sweet. She told me that I could wear the disposable sandals they'd given me outside since I had come in wearing sneakers. The pedicure was $40, which is slightly more expensive than some of the other nail salons I visit. The location is nicely decorated though. It was clean and cozy. The utensils were also clean, and I saw the nail tech remove them from a sealed plastic bag. I don't get designs on my nails, but I saw a design that Vivian did for another customer and looked amazing! Vivian is very talented. She might make me get a design on my nails one of these days! I have never had the same stylist in my 40 years of hair cuts because no one seems to understand what I want. I arrived and was greeted so warmly. Cecilia was my stylist and she nailed it. I thought maybe it was my lack of being able to express to other stylists how I wanted my hair but Cecilia really listened to me and with her knowledge of hair she got it right! After talking awhile I told her my puppy was in the car. She said bring her in we're pet friendly. I was hesitant but we brought her in. Everyone was so nice to my "baby", gave her treats and just let her roam. My dog is very important to me so any place that is dog friendly will usually get repeat business for me. I also got my eye brows waxed. They used "new" sticks for each customer, unlike most places I've been. So much more sanitary. I had heard Cecilia was a waxing queen and its true. They look great. Beth took the time to discuss what I wanted to do before my first appointment. I sent her pictures and ideas and we went over options. When I got there, I felt really comfortable, and Beth was completely genuine and friendly which is a big deal when you are with someone for long periods of time. Not only did I love the color she gave me, but I loved her and her partner. I got a really good vibe there.
