I would definitely recommend Nail Pro for appointments only. Plan ahead, is my advice to all. If you don't have an appointment during the busy days (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) don't expect to walk in and get serviced right away. You can never just walk in a busy known establishment like a nail salon, hair salon, doctors office, etc. without an appointment and expect to jump right in a chair. I've been going to Nail Pro for over 6 years and NaNa is my only nail technician. She takes her time and does exactly what I ask... No direction needed because she know exactly what I expect. I'm not a person who jump from salon to salon. Once I find a good nail tech, I stick with them. NaNa and the staff and Nail Pro are very respectful and kind to me and my daughter. Yes there is usually a wait time but in my opinion it's well worth it. This is definitely my "go to" salon and while everyone is good I love my nail tech Huong! Her husband does my pedicures to perfection and at each visit she somehow makes my nails look better than the last. And don't let me get started on her lash extensions! I was recently there and was chased out by flies, cockroach and a mouse! This place is very dirty, I would not let my dog use the bathroom!! They make enough money to get that place cleaned up! Do not go to this shop if you're not a regular customer. I used to go here like clock work every 2 weeks, I moved and came back and made a 9AM appointment. I got there and was told they didn't know who I talked to and basically to hang tight and someone would be able to service me. I waited for an hour while they worked on their regulars who walked in after me and laughed and joked before finally calling a different nail salon in center city who could accommodate me within an hour. When they realized I was leaving they suddenly became able to service me immediately, but her damage was already done. This is the best Nailery I have ever been too. I'm very satisfied with everything they do. They are very courteous and have great customer service. Basically, I feel like family because I have a great relationship with the workers. You will never leave the shop unsatisfied but you will leave feeling very confident and happy. I would never take my business anywhere else . People don't understand that they put there all into their customers and people need to learn to have patience instead of ignorance. Best pedicures & I've tried them all from Saks to place on the corner of my block. They use the razor here. I know they're not supposed to but I feel it's needed on your heels for them to be smooth. It's always crowded. If you have a favorite tech you can make an appointment. I don't think that far ahead so I just walk in & take whoever is available read more

This nail salon should be shut down ,unsanitary double dip there wax .and never seen them clean are wipe down stations after clients . They're not consistent with prices, the stones fall off ,and polish chips , I have been there three times and have had the mom and daughter who do the nails but there very slow and like the other review said it takes for ever to be service . Instead of offering ppl discounts to put great reviews, how about acknowledging and apologizing to the customer who had to experience the bugs and rodents. You haven't had a review in quite sometime. I only gave one star because Yelp won't allow you to comment with zero! I have to agree with the comments regarding subpar cleanliness at this salon. I've been here a few times and my nails came out alright but I've seen roaches in there so often that I started to wonder if they had an appointment also. Smh just gross! I went in here for a mani/pedi. The place was dead but I still waited 20 minutes before they took me back. My feet soaked in cold water for an additional 15 minutes before the technician came over. Place did not look sanitary. Everything was in disarray. A man from the streets came in and was selling stolen mac cosmetics in the back of the store. Honestly, if i wasn't mid pedi I would have sprinted out of this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
