Great little nail salon on the boulevard. I popped in on a Saturday for a regular manicure. I was taken immediately to a chair. Yay! I picked a color from the myriad of choices and settled in. My technician was super friendly and quick. The polish is on a week later with no smudges or peeling! What a treat for $18. It almost never lasts the full week. Highly recommend this salon. Don't forget to bring cash for payment and tipping! read more

I finally had time to spend a whole day with my daughter and wanted to spoil her and she requested to have her nails done with mommy so I looked up on the moms group on fb where was the best place to go and this place came highly recommended. It was of no disappointment. I was a walk-in appointment and they attended both of us within minutes and they did an exceptional job on both of us. Stuff is nice but in hurry. Quality of service is below "sea level". I don't how this place is still opened. Plz check photos attached. Cuticles are not treated properly and nail polish all over the places, top coat is not even covering nails. Am I picky? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!! If I could give no starts I would. Maya or Myra was the person that literally ruined my nails I had request. 1. Can you do acrylic ( mind you I call ahead of time to confirm that they were able to do it) 2. Can you make the thin and around 3. Can you do this design ( I showed her a picture of the design) she said yes I can From the moment I walked in I should of known Maya walked up to me and I gave her the three request in the middle of my sentence she walks away and leaves me speaking with myself. She sat down at a station and just signaled me over. I sat down and related my request again. She acknowledged she understood. I told her I wanted a little of length on my nails she acknowledged she understood. She then started to file my nails and I put a solution in them. Th asked what she was doing if she was going to do the acrylic she said yes. She they started and thought the placing of the acrylic I was very involved because she was missing area of my nail and then later packing up the acrylic making the nail super bulky and shapeless. I asked her about it and once she didn't answer the second time she said I'm adding length I said okay and let the "Professional do her thing" Finally she kept filing my nails very short in even and asked this I said no round. She said okay. She left the right hand and moved on the Thor next I told her these are not round she got another file and tried to shape again making them super short and still shapeless. I then told her they didn't look nice and again repeated my requests. She said proceeded to call me a liar and argue with me. I asked her to get someone that can better assist me and she said that me and just stared at me almost as an intimidation tactic. I asked her to please have someone else fix them and she was arguing with me ( bad service). She then gets up and walks away and just leaves me sitting there. She greats a new client and has no intention of coming back. I have to get up to the counter and I ask her again to please have someone assist me. She argues a little more and finally get another woman. At first the woman tries to play it off and acts like the "final product is not bad" I then tell her the entire thing and she says hmmmn yea they aren't nice and then process to use language as an excuse. Which then points to she never understood me in the first place and still processed to work on me. I asked her to have the owner call me and literally left in tears. This is the worst experience I have ever had and can't believe that in the area I live in such horribleness service and product is produced. NEVER COME HERE. NEVER!!! I came here from a friend's referral to see Emma and get the dip. I've been getting gels for a long time but I'm finally a believer in dip! It truly does last much longer and keeps my nails much stronger. The first time I came here, I didn't have an appointment and had to wait about 20 minutes - that's fine, it was a Saturday and I didn't call in ahead of time. That time, I got a nail technician who I've had at two past nail places before and isn't my favorite. But when I came my second time and actually scheduled with Emma ahead of time, I had a great experience! Emma definitely knows what she is doing, and is nice, efficient, and good at what she does. I wanted a pale pink, and Emma told me that the color I picked would be a bit see-through, and suggested a different pink for the first coat - the end result was exactly what I wanted! I am so happy with my nails. The dip is a bit pricier at $40 here, but if you know you are getting your nails done by someone that you'll be happy with, it's worth it. The dip can easily last 3-4 weeks as well, so I'm not too mad at that price. I haven't had a pedicure here yet, but they have very nice looking pedicure chairs with pretty bowls, as well as a few pedicure chairs for young girls - so cute for a outing with a small daughter or niece or loved one. The interior is very spacious and cute, the front desk lady was nice, and -BONUS - they have some of my favorite underrated candies, Sunkist fruit gems. YUM! I gave this place a couple tries after a great experience with Maya. Came back 3 times, twice my pedicure was ok. My gel manicure didn't work with me, the product lifted and the lady doing it forgot a top coat and wasn't very clean. Maya had to come in and "try to fix it". The third and last time I came, I made and appointment with Maya. When I got there, she told me my pedicure was going to be done by someone else. I told her I had prior bad experiences and she assured the person was very good, needless to say, that was not the case. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I ended up bleeding... what surprised me the most is that my foot was placed back in the water (now exposed to more bacteria) and they used the polish while I was bleeding. I am sure that is not sanitary, I can't imagine what else is in each bottle of polish they use. read more

My nails after 6 weeks and you can see how long they last. Everything looks the same except the growing out part, no chipping off or peeling at all. I got gel-x with neutral color so i can use it for long and Vicky did an excellent job. Strongly recommend her!!! read more

I don't get my nails done frequently since I only like to get the gel or dip manicure and it makes my nails too weak when I do it frequently so I usually go for special occasions or before I go on vacation. This time I went in to get my typical mani and pedi before vacation and unfortunately I'm extremely disappointed in my dip manicure from my service today. I have been coming here for years and this is unfortunately the first manicure I am unhappy with. She cut my nails way too short and then made a comment afterwards about how short they were. She also went a little too hard with the filing tool since she filed off a lot of the dip color so you can see my nail color coming through on one nail yet still managed to leave rough spots on other nails all the while also filing my cuticles so now I actually have cuts on my cuticles that weren't there before. I even had to have her fix one nail that had a big rough lump left on it. In reality the whole manicure needs to be redone. Finally she must have used the wrong top coat because all of my nails still look rough and almost matte. Finally to add insult to injury it cost me over an hr of my time and $40. read more

I have been going here for years. I love Maya and all the ladies. Everyone is always nice and thoughtful. They offer water and tea. They do get busy on the weekends because they have lots of regular customers and they will tell you to come back later if they can't take you within 15 minutes which I appreciate. I would suggest always making an appointment. The massage chairs for the pedicures are new and work awesome. It's always super clean. And they have butterfly chairs for the little girls which is adorable. I used to do acrylic but they convinced me to go to dip powder about a year ago which is healthier for my nails and now I can do different colors instead of just pink and whites. It's thick like a acrylic so it doesn't break or chip. Highly suggest trying it. read more

The first time I came here, I had to go in the back door because they were officially closed. There were several people in the shop, which is big and pleasant. The second time, the front door was open. MY EXPERIENCE Friendly. Took me right away. Maya did my service. She took constant phone calls while working on me. Gel nails are dip style, not brush-on. You can also get regular polish. Technicians chatter together in Vietnamese, but not as much as at other salons. Everyone speaks adequate English. Two phone numbers, one for phone calls and another for texts. Signs everywhere, asking that you pay cash - tax avoidance? If you use a card, they add a surcharge. PROS Clean. Pleasant staff. Good work on both mani and pedi. Walk-ins welcome; no appointments necessary. CONS Cash only, which is a hassle. I got four coats of dip gel powder, so my nails look like gigantic turtle-shells, but they stayed on. Lots of liquid polish selections, but most of them are flashy neon colors, or blues, greens, and blacks, which I don't wear. I carry my own polish with me for my pedis. If you get a gel mani, they remove the top of the jar and you dip your nails into the same powder everyone else has dipped into. That's GOT to violate health laws, especially now. read more

Popped in for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. The salon is in a beautiful new complex, and they did a nice job decorating. Neutral colors and not too crowded. Pop music softly playing. Diane did a great gel manicure and was very sweet. She was easy to talk to and was very gentle on my nails, which isn't always the case with gels. Waxing was great also! I thought for sure during the fire and during the healing time of the shooting.. places would be kind, helpful and in this case, thorough. This was probably one of the worst gel nail pedicures I've ever had. And they WAY overcharged. Basic gel is $45.. that's what I got on my toes.. they charged me $55.. bio gel is $55 that's what I got on my hands. Two diff people had to do my service ( which originally it was only one.. and because she did such an awful job had to bring in someone else). This other person argued with literally every single request or comment I had.. with MY nails. I'm so unhappy. My nails weren't even painted right. Everything is out of the lines, it's streaky, it's bubbly .. I mean it's just awful! And all I wanted was for it to be pretty for my birthday this weekend:( I really want a refund. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.! read more

This place is meh. The only thing this place has going for them in their location and interior decor. It's clean, I will give them credit for that. I came in on a Saturday morning, I made an appointment for 10:00am. It was SO hot inside? Almost like they were not running the AC, super uncomfortable. Around 10:30am I was still sitting there waiting for someone to start my nails. I finally asked how much longer. They started me after I asked. I don't understand why they had me waiting for over a half an hour. Complete waste of my time. I wanted to change the shape of my acrylic nails, I was told there is an additional charge for shape change. Ok.. my nails are finally finished. They did a good job, I am happy with them. However, Maya burned me so much with the drill. I have never experienced so much burning! Ugh no, When I was finished, I went to pay and the woman at the front says to my friend and I "NEXT" as we are the only ones there. This is not the DMV lol. Then I had her my debit card to pay and the lady at the counter asks "you don't have cash for me?" NO I DONT HAVE CASH! You have advertised you accept credit cards! I was so weirded out by her comments. I won't be back. read more

I've visited other sustainable companies that still use unnecessary packaging and plastic, but not here. There's none of the extra wastefulness, everything is natural, thoughtfully made, and environmentally friendly. So far I've purchased reusable makeup remover pads, a reusable sponge, reusable produce bags, body soap with a pouch, body oil, deodorant, toner, makeup remover, face wash, a candle, sunscreen, and shampoo and conditioner bars. The best part? I get to refill the containers instead of throwing them away. How amazing is that? Christy and Catherine are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Christy, the owner, is amazing and I could talk about sustainability with her for hours. I've been searching for a company like this and I can't wait to go back and stock up on even more products.

Because of their repeated mistakes, every month I have to argue and fight just to get my medication. This causes major stress and delays my treatment. The staff is often rude and unprofessional. They frequently do not answer the phone, and sometimes even hang up on me. I even called Walgreens corporate headquarters and filed a formal complaint. They gave me case number 26384540, but after two weeks, nobody ever called me back. I strongly warn others: think twice before using this pharmacy. My experience has been so stressful, it feels like this place could give someone a heart attack.

I was very nervous about going because you never know what you're going to get at a new place. The parking is a bit of a challenge because it's a very busy shopping plaza. I was able to get a spot as someone was just leaving. Walking into Top Nails, it is a very busy business but everyone was happy, so that's a good sign. My tech was a bit late, but Steve came to file off my nail color and prepped my nails, apologizing for them running late. I didn't mind, but his concern was appreciated. My appointment was with BinZ who was very friendly. I needed a bio gel fill, and he really impressed me! He was very thorough, and did a TERRIFIC job! I booked another appointment with him for 2 weeks later. He will definitely be my go-to person! My only negative experience was when I went to pay. There were at least 3 girls behind the counter doing their accounting for the day. Not one of them addressed me or offered to assist me after I gave them my charge ticket. (Note: They take cash, check or Zelle only since they don't have card reader.) Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure how to proceed but soon figured out that I could use their tel# or QR code to Zelle them. Overall, the staff is very friendly. I tried one other nail salon in town with lackluster results (the gel polish came off within a few days and the nail techs kept pushing more services...), so I wanted to do more research on a good place. After researching for some time, the best reviews came from this particular location -- the next day around noon (Thursday), I decided to call and see if I could walk in, and the gentleman on the phone encouraged me to come on right over! When I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and the biggest hello from Alex! I was seated immediately on one of the most comfortable massage chairs, and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with the best service (which is the fastest and most efficient nail experience I've ever had!). I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure -- and I was treated so well, and I felt so pampered!! There were so many colors to choose from, and the nail technicians helped me out. Alex said that they've been there for 5 years, and the other client sitting next to me also said she's been a loyal customer since the start of their opening. I saw Alex greet people by name and go around to make sure everyone was comfortable. I am going on a trip tomorrow and decided I wanted to pay to get them professionally done for the occasion to treat myself. This was a very good reminder of why I do them myself now... The nail tech was nice and worked quickly... too quickly. They didn't trim my cuticles or the skin around my nails. I asked for an ombré nail design, which is shown on their menu and provided a picture of the exact colors I wanted. Another nail tech came and took my phone to pick colors out and just started painting them on some of my nails before the original tech had even put gel on them. It was very odd... the second tech was rushing the first and was honestly doing a sloppy job. The color ended up being super off.. it was a Christmas tree green instead of a blue- teal color. I don't blame her for that, the bottle looked like a different color than the paint. They were also streaky and completely see-through. She asked if I liked them and I told her those things, and she told me the reference picture was see through too (which it was not-I added the reference) but she still redid them which I appreciated. I picked the new color myself, which matched the reference pic more and also wasn't see-through which was way better. The airbrush was having issues, which I could tell was super frustrating to them which sucks. But they just seemed to not really know how to do it very well. They finished and rushed me out quickly without cleaning any of the gel of my skin. With airbrush they usually wipe the paint off the skin before curing it so this doesn't happen. Now it's been a real pain to try to get off. They also did not clean up the sides of my nails, which were all jagged. I had to do a full nail clean up when I got home. Thankfully I have all the stuff at home to do that. The only reason for 3-stars is that the gel x nails are properly applied and should last. Overall I was not impressed. As a new client who is paying good money (and extra for a nail design) I expect some level of care. Also now knowing how to do a proper gel manicure, it's so obvious when they cut corners and rush (no nail/cuticle prep or clean up, only one layer of paint). And maybe don't offer a service (ombré) if you aren't confident in it or don't have properly working equipment. I wanted to do something nice for myself but ended up having more of a headache in the end, and had to pay my hard earned money for that headache.
