Nick did my pedicure, and my husband and I both got the "Royal" set. It was honestly one of the best pedicures I've had. The staff was so friendly, the attention to detail was amazing, and the overall experience was incredibly relaxing. I also have a painful ingrown toenail on my left big toe that most salons struggle with, but Nick was so gentle and careful. The staff was very unfriendly. No one greeted me or showed me the pricing. There was an older woman working there and the other staff seemed very rude and mean to her. No matter what she was doing, even when she was working on someone's toenails, they kept asking her to get up and get polishes for them for their clients. It just seemed like they kept ordering her around and all of them could've easily gotten up and gotten the polish their own client wanted. Because they kept ordering her to do things she kept walking away from her own clients, one of them was me, to go and do things for other clients or for other staff members. My husband booked appointments for me and my 2 daughters on Sunday 10/26/25 and it was our first visit to Classy Nails & Spa--first and foremost, the 3 people working in the salon are not friendly. In fact, they were quite rude and made us feel uncomfortable. The younger guy working in the salon was quite mean to the elderly woman doing my child's nails. He was visibly irritated with her and maybe with even being there at all. Second, there were dirty nail clippings all over the salon floor and even on my pedicure chair. It was gross! They also had very little patience with us when my daughter had a Halloween design request for her nails. It was actually a simple design, but there seemed to be stress over the request. This place is beyond exceptional. I don't even leave reviews but downloaded the app to make sure I write a positive review. I love this spot and took my 3 year old for her first time and they were so great with her! I continue to go here and just had to have them fix the mistake from going to another place with a friend. I even took my daughter to the other place and she wouldn't let them do her nails because it was too busy and loud and she didn't feel comfortable. I had an appointment for bio gels and I was first struck by how dirty the tables were. I asked the woman who was going to do my nails if she could disinfect the machine that hardens your gels so I would not put my hand in a machine that many other people had, She insisted no and told me that I had to leave. I was not rude at all. I have never written a yelp review until now but I cannot recommend this place for their attitude as well as rejecting any desire to have the machine cleaned. I stopped in this afternoon without an appointment and was immediately able to be seen. Expecting a wait, I asked if I could eat my lunch quickly while they started my pedicure, and they kindly obliged. Once I finished my lunch, they began my manicure. Not only her but all the girls here are so nice and so accommodating and will give you exactly what you want! every time I've gone they've been able to replicate exactly what I've shown them in my pictures which I've never found before. They're extremely clean and follow follow the sanitation disinfection and sterilization practices required by the board. Honestly, one of the best places I've ever been to. I've been going to this salon for over 7 years... religiously every 3 weeks for nails and pedicures...... since new ownership after sandy left services have dramatically gone down...... like seriously they schedule you an appointment and you get there and they are so busy with probably walk ins they took..... they argue with you and start talking in their language!!! Come on you think I'm they stupid not to realize you are talking bad!!! They said they can do my pedicure but I had to edit another hour to have my nails done! Seriously! I've never written a negative review before, but I just left the nail salon crying and I don't want anyone else to experience what I just experienced. I got my nails done on Saturday night, the young man doing them layered on the gel polish so thick that they weren't even curing in the machine, so he wiped them off w a towel and started over again (no acetone), then they were so messed up and lumpy (not to mention there was nail polish all over my fingers) that he gave me a discount and said to come back the next day for someone else to do them. I couldn't come back the next day, but I came the day after. I showed the blonde lady there what I wanted and asked if they could soak my nails off instead of drilling them bc my nails are really weak. She said no that she didn't have time, then she told me that I was going to have to pay a second time because my manicure includes cat eye polish, so I was going to have to pay an additional $25. The guy who did my nails the first time was there and said she knew the full story but she was still telling me that I was going to have to pay and I kept trying to get the first guy to intervene and explain. Eventually she just said "I don't have time for this, someone else can do your nails". Then a man started doing my nails and filing them off just like I asked them not to do. He didn't even wipe the dust off my hands before he started applying the polish. He then was using the magnet to make a straight line instead of an oval like what I asked for so when I corrected him the blonde lady intervened and started to do them correctly, but super aggressively, slamming my hand around and giving crazy attitude. When she started crying she started to feel bad, but then told me that next time I need to get bio gel bc it's better for my nails, instead of them doing what I'm paying for and actually soaking them off, then she told me if they were longer the design would come out better, conveniently the second more expensive suggestion she made. My nails eventually came out fine, but just not what I asked for and I feel like they really damaged my nail, I could see chunks of my own nail flying off when they were drilling it and when I pointed it out to the man he said that wasn't my nail it was the nail polish. I would also like to point out I was super nice and polite the whole time, so it's not like I did anything for their behavior to be justified. read more
