I truly think I found my new go-to spot on my very first try! From the moment you walk in, the staff is so sweet, welcoming, and kind. I especially appreciated that once I was in my chair, they gave me a laminated sheet with all of the options and upgrades to look through while they started with a simple pedicure. I can get overwhelmed when options are presented verbally really quickly, so having everything written out gave me time to process and choose what I actually wanted without feeling pressured. Such a thoughtful touch! The woman who did my pedicure was incredibly detail-oriented. I had gel on my toes from a previous salon, and she removed it with so much care. If you know what a "ring of fire" is, you know how important this is -- she was extremely gentle and careful with my natural nails, which I really appreciated. Alex was working next to me on another client's manicure and kept checking in on me throughout my appointment in the sweetest way. Everyone was genuinely so kind and attentive. Another thing I was SO excited to discover was their color selection! I've been wanting to try some of the DND colors I've seen all over TikTok, especially the light pink shades like DND 601. At other salons, I could never find the exact DND brand or color number I wanted, so I had gotten used to choosing similar look-alike shades. When I came here and saw that they actually had the exact colors I've been wanting to try, it was such a fun find! They have so many options to choose from. I don't know exactly what was being said, but it was obvious I was the topic of conversation. I told him that it was making me feel uncomfortable, yet the staff simply smiled and continued. I felt embarrassed, singled out, and completely disrespected in front of a room full of people. The issue was never that a mistake happened. Mistakes happen. The problem was the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong when I had proof that I hadn't. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially in front of their child.
