I was very nervous about going because you never know what you're going to get at a new place. The parking is a bit of a challenge because it's a very busy shopping plaza. I was able to get a spot as someone was just leaving. Walking into Top Nails, it is a very busy business but everyone was happy, so that's a good sign. My tech was a bit late, but Steve came to file off my nail color and prepped my nails, apologizing for them running late. I didn't mind, but his concern was appreciated. My appointment was with BinZ who was very friendly. I needed a bio gel fill, and he really impressed me! He was very thorough, and did a TERRIFIC job! I booked another appointment with him for 2 weeks later. He will definitely be my go-to person! My only negative experience was when I went to pay. There were at least 3 girls behind the counter doing their accounting for the day. Not one of them addressed me or offered to assist me after I gave them my charge ticket. (Note: They take cash, check or Zelle only since they don't have card reader.) Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure how to proceed but soon figured out that I could use their tel# or QR code to Zelle them. Overall, the staff is very friendly. During my last visit, they used a machine to remove my polish that hurt, and seemed annoyed when I asked to switch to remover. I was also physically uncomfortable--I had to hold my hands across my body instead of the technician adjusting to each side, which made the experience awkward and not relaxing. The service from part of the staff is amazing until you ask questions or make requests and quality is in consistent . My nails weren't even buffed, and the technician walked away without saying he was done--I had to ask. My pedicure also had a noticeable bubble in the polish. My daughter's French manicure cost the same as an adult manicure and it was super sloppy and uneven. Getting your nails done should be relaxing, and this experience was the opposite. I hope they improve their customer service and attention to detail.

I'm so appreciative of her attention to detail from beginning to end of my mani/pedis. This has been the first salon where I have been able to get a regular mani that lasts a full week and then some. The place is a bit pricey but I don't mind it if they pay attention to detail and if they don't make me wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time. I totally recommend it.
