Thank goodness this is my local nail shop! I come here once every 4-5weeks and yes my nails do last that long. They just grow super fast :) I am always happy with the outcome and experience. The store is clean. There is ample parking. The employees are lovely. And they let me sit there most of the time just day dreaming! Unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable service.I have been a returning customer at this salon for both manicures and pedicures, but after my experience today, I will never step foot in this establishment again.My recent pedicure began chipping after just one single day. Because it has been so hot lately, I've been wearing open-toed shoes and noticed the heavy chipping immediately. Since I have never asked for a fix before, I called ahead and scheduled a time with Tracy to come in and get the polish corrected.When I arrived at my scheduled time, the technician who originally did my nails (I believe her name is Cindy) was visibly furious. She had a deeply angry expression and treated me with complete disgust and hostility just for asking to fix her own flawed work. When I politely asked her if the quick chipping might be due to the quality of the polish or the top coat, she completely ignored my question, remaining entirely rude and unprofessional.She rushed through the fix in under five minutes. Then, before my toes were even dry, she marched back over, aggressively turned off my massage chair, and literally pointed at the door, signaling for me to get out.I have never been treated with such disrespect, hatred, and blatant hostility at any business in my life. They gladly take your money, but if their work fails after 24 hours, they treat you like an enemy for asking them to make it right. Save your money and go somewhere that treats human beings with basic decency. I will never be back. read more

Very disappointing experience today. The way I was approached and spoken to was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. What should have been a simple interaction was handled with a complete lack of empathy, courtesy, and respect. The tone was rude and dismissive, and I was made to feel completely unwelcome. Made an appointment for Manicure and pedicure. Called twice to confirm my appointment. Got there. The lady who suppose to do my pedicure was half an hour late. Finished my manicure in 15 minutes. Had to wait half an hour hour extra to get pedicure. The owner did not even apologise. I was at my lunch break . Had to go over my time... When I asked them to give me discount for my wasted time . I have been searching for a consistent place to get my nails done. This is a salon I went to in summer 2025 when I was doing builder gel + OPI Put it in Neutral (my fav polish). 1. The manicure itself was okay. I liked the end look, and the longevity (a little over 3 weeks). But: 2. The builder gel layers were too thick, and so my nails BURNED under the UV lamp. 3. They didn't have OPI Put it in Neutral so I had to choose an "off brand" similar sheer pink. 4. No hand massage. I went once but didn't return. I may return, just because all the other places I've gone to have been... not great. read more

Got gel manicure done with my daughter. We usually go to a place a little further away but didn't have time and decided to go to this neighborhood salon and give this business a chance. The staff seemed nice. They only do 2 thin coats of gel polish (red flag) and the cost was 45$ with additional $15 for cat's eye. My cat's eye was not very well done and she barely waved the magnets on the nail to distinguish the line. Regardless, we were fine and left the place ok with the work. Less than a week later 4 of my daughter's polish peeled off and my polish also chipped. My daughter's nails chipped and peeled within 5 days after getting them done. We both have short nails too which should be less likely to chip. I had my nail fixed but the owner seemed annoyed to do it. And my daughter just didn't bother to go in. They didn't offer a partial refund for my daughter just an offer to redo it. My daughter no longer trusted the salon and did not want to go back. We have had gel nails done plenty of times and never has it peel off so quickly. I feel robbed and disappointed. $120 for gel manicures that were worst than if I did it at home. They are stingy with the polish and the quality was poor. read more

My favorite set in a LONG time. It's hard to find a salon that takes their time, accepts constructive feedback in the moment, and is capable of doing designs . Love nails has it all. My pedicure was relaxing with sugar scrub and oil massage. The color was too light twice and the nail tech changed it with no issues at all. The wonderful lady doing my nails realized I was picky from the beginning but kept a good attitude all the way through. Personally I used to not say when something bothered me and would walk out hating my nails- not anymore! I speak up and luckily it was received so well! I seem to be one of the few men who patronize this establishment. It's the closest to where i live. I go for pedicures due to back surgeries that have left me less than flexible, though once I had a manicure when my arm was in a cast past the elbow. I always specify that I want my toenails cut very short, otherwise they'll leave them at a length that I assume women prefer, requiring me to have them cut again sooner than I would like. Usually, they will clip my nails with a clipper, but this last time the technician really took my instructions to heart and did all the cutting with a small scissors to get them extra short. The result being it somewhat painful to wear shoes for several days. This wouldn't be a complete review if I didn't mention that the price for a basic pedicure seems to go up by a dollar or two each visit or two. Last time it was $28. Regardless, I always tip $5. Aside from the minor injuries last time, I'll continue to patronize this store. It's always very clean and the people are friendly. read more

Even though they accept walk-in's, I called ahead and got in when I requested. Michael did a very nice job on my pedicure so I was very pleased. He didn't seem to speak much English and pointed to the $50 pedicure. I didn't have time to read the other (cheaper) options before agreeing. It had all the bells & whistles but I suspect the $39 one would have been plenty. That is my only "complaint" but I get it. There seemed to be lots of regular clients there and they seemed to chat. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most disgustingly low value chop shop you could ever have the unfortunate chance of visiting. They over charged for a very nasty unhygienic pedicure I have experienced in my life. They re used inexpensive disposable tools, even cleaned the disposable tools off in my pedicure water that my feet were still soaking in and supposed to soak in for awhile longer. I saw the guy add alcohol to the nail polish because it was coming out chunky, in an attempt to make it more smooth, as opposed to getting a non expired product. The pedicure is lumpy still even after his trash effort. The vibes were off, I was refused a manicure because they said they only had two available manicurists when there were 4 of them, one of them was just sitting at her station watching television. The bathroom stank like fecal matter & mold. Not safe. The water couldn't stay a good temperature, only extra hot or ice cold. The massage chairs were broken, dirty and uncomfortable. The man massaged my feet for less time than paid for, and it was the most awkward encounter of my life, he used minimal product, so he basically dryrubbed my legs with limp noodle like hands. It gave me the creeps. I feel like I was robbed. I will never go back here again. Save your time and money, go elsewhere! read more

This is the 3rd time I have ever been here in 3 years. The 1st time, some time in 2019, was a disaster! No one knew what they were doing and it took FOREVER for them to do a simple pedicure and a gel fill. I did not return until end of July of 2022. I had just a pedicure, which again took the technician FOREVER to do.
