My nail tech was meticulous and very detailed. She made sure my fill was as flat to the nail as possible and made sure I approved of my nail shape, length, and opacity of the color (I told her that two coats alone was fine bc I don't like my nails thick, but she did offer another coat). She also made friendly conversation with my boyfriend who is also Vietnamese and gave us the names of a few good bubble tea places she thought we could check out. Super friendly, fast, clean service. This is my new nail salon. I absolutely loved it! I've been going to the same nail salon in Dallas, with the same technician since 2012. I needed to find somewhere in Rockwall to go when I have a last minute need or just can't do the drive. Last night was one of those occasions- my nail guy is off on Wednesdays and I "just can't" with the drive on a Wednesday night. I went here because it was highly recommended. I got the nexgen dip. It was okay... I was a little upset that their sit showed $35 and I got charged $40. Also the tech didn't push back my cuticles he just put it right on top of them. Which caused them to get pulled down and the back of the acrylic to crack... I have literally been fixing my nails since I left. I don't want to pay someone to do a worse job than I could do myself. I'm going to give them another shot and ask for the best nail tech. Today was the first time in a long time I got a pedicure and I felt very awkward and unheard. I put my feet in the water and it felt cold so I asked if she could make it warmer for me, she then said ok but she never did. A few minutes go by and she slaps my foot because I didn't know she Wanted it back in the water. I am asked several times if I want French tip like my cousin and aunt who came in with me, I said yes, she then asks me what color and I told her I want white. I was polite and didn't think anything of it, until I realized she had done all white on my toe nails, might I add she missed a few spots? Right when you walk in they display the nail technicians' licenses so you know you're in qualified hands. Their customer service was amazing, Sing made sure every customer was enjoying their visit. My technician's name was Kevin, Kevin did a great job and genuinely cared when he asked me if I liked how my nails were turning out. Since I've gotten dip powder nails so frequently (at other salons) my nails are kind of fragile. Kevin made sure to be gentle with them so they wont break and I really appreciate his work. For anyone wondering, basic dip nails including removal of previous of my previous dip manicure from another salon was $35, which is reasonable. Now its been 6 days since i went and my nail has broken past the quick completely in half and hurts because they grinded my nail too thin. I went to this salon on February 20 after finding them on Yelp. While getting a pedicure the technician took a nail file and kept digging in the corner of my nail on both of my great toes. It was slightly uncomfortable but not intolerable so I didn't complain. After leaving I continued to feel constant pain in both of my great toes around the nail bed. While waiting for the pain to subside, I chose not to go for another pedicure. I thought it would get better, but the pain continued and even exacerbated on yesterday. So I went to see a podiatrist, and I have my first case of bilateral ingrown toenails and they really hurt. I am really scared and I don't know whether my podiatrist will have to remove my toenail to remove the ingrown nail. I would definitely not recommend this salon for pedicures!!! read more

What a gorgeous nail salon! It is modern and chic and you can just feel the hard work that was put into creating this space. Looks aren't everything though. Which is why I was so pleasantly surprised by how gracious and attentive the whole staff was as well. I was greeted by everyone when I walked in. This is my new fav place in Rockwall to get manicures and pedicures. This place is always crowded (even in the middle of the week in the afternoon!), so it's best if you make an appointment if you're coming on the weekend. There was a constant stream of traffic when I was there on a Thursday afternoon. The decor is bright and airy and is decorated in "Tiffany blue". It's absolutely gorgeous and the massage chairs are so comfy. My first visit was for a regular manicure, nothing fancy, and it was fine. The girl was nice and did a good job. My second visit was for a pedicure and I've got to say I was disappointed with the gentleman who was assigned to me. He just watched TV the entire time and just seemed to be totally disinterested in what he was doing. He barely scrubbed the bottoms of my feet and the next day I could see places that were obviously missed. When he was doing the leg massage, I finally spoke up and asked if he could apply more pressure and told him I wanted to be able to "feel" the massage. It didn't help much. At that point I was glad that I only opted for the basic pedicure and didn't spend the money for the "longer leg massage". I didn't mention my disappointment to the owner because they were nice enough to offer a second glass of wine so figured I would just bite my tongue and not bring it to their attention but I will be sure to ask for a female technician the next time I need a pedicure. They were busy, but I was seated within 5 minutes and offered a complimentary beverage (I chose the Chardonnay, but they do have a cute little drink menu!) I had a classic pedicure and nexgen on my nails. Despite choosing the cheapest pedicure, I still felt like I was being treated to great service! Very thorough, good massage - they didn't scrimp on the quality of service. The nail tech who took care of my nails did a great job and they really look nice! The prices are also very competitive for this market! The salon manager was always checking on guests, asking if people needed refills and kept the place clean and tidy. It definitely has a light and bright feel to the place and looked exceptionally clean! It is a newer nail salon, and I hope with time they maintain the cleanliness and great service! Immediately, when you enter the salon it's clean and you are welcomed in right away. The spa chairs are beautifully maintained and you can tell that everything is very sanitary. Our technicians were Shawn and Andy on nails. Nancy and Katie were on Pedi duty. The dips were expertly done, the dip wasn't too heavy, the color is uniform on all of my nails, and they don't over drill so, you know that your nails will stay healthy and strong. Now, let me spend some time on this out-of-this- world pedicure. Listen, I want someone that's going to get in there take care of these cuticles and scrub them properly. We did the $70 service and it was worth every single penny. The callous remover, paraffin wax, hot stones...all on point. The leg massage was epic! The salon is clean, adorably styled like the inside of a Tiffany box, and great pricing and selection of services and colors. Each of our mani/pedis turned out perfectly! The massages were spot on!
