I had the best time at my new nail shop. Let me start from the begin. First, the reviews don't lie. Service, atmosphere, price, quality all five stars. I read through the reviews the night before. I messaged Charlie around 10:45 for a 9:30am appointment. Charlie messaged back in 10mins saying appointment was set. I got there at 9:25 and they were already open. I was seated quickly. I was getting a nail repaired and color change due to poor service elsewhere. I showed Alina my nails and she knew right away how to fix them. I showed her the shape and design I wanted. We discussed the colors and she went right to work. Once she put the color on I didn't really like it. She didn't make me feel bad at all for speaking up about it. She kinda freestyles on the crystal design on my request. And it all turned out better than the picture. I was so excited to try this place and they definitely met my expectations. Thanks Alina see you in two weeks! read more

Just in Rockwall for a weekend visit and decided to give this place a try and what good idea it was... I was pampered by Kaila (mani) and Ann (pedi), they both did a fantastic job. They were celebrating their 1 year anniversary and invited all customers to their own refreshments and food. The place is beautiful and clean and I love how everyone was so happy and friendly. read more

Wow! That pretty much sums up my first impression of Nail Luxe. I came here for a pedi with my friend who was visiting from out of town. I've gone to another local salon for years but I wanted to find a place that would be easy for my friend to find (she would have had to drive all the way through downtown Rockwall to get to the other place). The inside is very sleek and modern, much different than the look of other salons. We received a warm greeting when we arrived. We were offered something to drink and sat back to relax, talk and enjoy our pedis. Absolutely no complaints about the pedi either...it felt wonderful. On another note - the night before we went, I saw that there was an option to request an appointment through Yelp. I figured I might be taking a chance since the shop had closed about 30 minutes before but I figured I'd call in the morning if I didn't hear back from someone after they opened. Well I was pleasantly surprised when a few minutes later I got an emailed response from Eric, the manager, to confirm our appointments. It was a great experience. This might just be my new nail salon! read more

I haven't had great luck with nail salons in the area, so I decided to try this one since it's below the new gym I joined. I have to say that I can only recall 1 other nail tech that I've come across that has done an outstanding job on my nails- and that was back in Miami. I'm very particular about how I like my nails Lyna nailed it- ha! The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is gorgeous and very relaxing. I will definitely be back! read more

I cannot Say enough good things about this place. I've never had to wait longer than five minutes for a walk in. They are always really warm and inviting. And extremely clean. I have had three different people do my nails and they end up looking fantastic every time. I absolutely love this place even though it's almost 25 min to drive from my house. I would highly recommend this place if you were looking to get your nails done in the Rockwall area. read more

I walked in here on a Sunday about 30 minutes before closing and they treated me as if they just opened. They didn't rush through, they pampered me like any other client at any given time throughout the day. I started a new job the next day and this salon was the only one that was open past 5:30 pm on a Sunday in a 20 miles radius (that I could find) so I drove there from forney and it was 100% worth it. Great job and overly friendly and accommodating staff. I felt like I was family. read more

Love this salon! I've been going here off-and-on over the past two years and every technician I have encountered has been wonderful! I have thin nails, so when I choose to have a dip manicure the dremal file can sometimes be harsh, but the technicians here are also so careful as to the speed and pressure applied throughout the manicure; I have NEVER once had an issue! (: Yesterday Sean did a dip manicure for me that is immaculate Every technician has been excellent! read more

My sister and I took our mom here for a little Mother's Day treat and had the best time! This was our first visit to Nail Luxe and halfway through my mom's pedicure, she was already asking when we could come back. The salon was very clean and cute, the staff were all friendly and helpful, their prices were more than fair, and all of our pedicures felt and look great. We will absolutely be returning to Nail Luxe in the future! read more

Finally found a good nail salon in Rockwall! Can't believe it was so hard to do. I felt pampered here and the staff paid attention to me, not each other. They didn't butcher my cuticles by cutting to much (this is bad for your nails, ladies!) and took time on all steps of my mani/pedi. I've been three times now and each experience was the same. I have finally found my spot in Rockwall! read more

We went there today after our regular nail place was too packed.....and I think I've found a new spot! They were amazing! Fast, friendly, & kind. It was my 8 year olds first time ever going anywhere to do something like this and they treated her so sweet and took care of her like she was an adult. We had the best time. We got pedicures, a manicure and eye brow wax. All services were great. Thank you! read more

Manager was arguing with potential employee out front for a while when we arrived. Staff was friendly but they couldnt agree on who was going to do my nails. pedi was mediocre and pink and white dipped powder was interesting. The pink is frosty colored and some nails are crooked while others are shaped differently. Wouldnt go back. Im going to have to go to my normal girl to get them fixed, therefore paying twice. Super disappointing. read more

I know why they keep popping up as the best in rating and most reviewed. I currently live in fate and am Always looking for "THE BEST" in any and everything. Please understand that I am a super "PICKY" person and will not write a review until the best has been proven to be true! I have constantly contacted this place and have been specific with everything I have disliked and liked about other nail salons. Needed my nails done bad as I broke one and was in a lot of pain, "D" took great care of me and they were very attentive, they didn't rush me even when they had a bridal party come in, I will definitely visit them again every other weekend when I am in rockwall!! read more

I've been here a couple times and they're decent..however I went on Saturday and the man who did my nails cut a chunk of my finger with the cuticle clippers. Um that really really hurt and he didn't really acknowledge what he did or apologize. Also while I was sitting and waiting I was looking through the ring of the dip nails just LOOKING and the manager came rushing over to me and said these aren't gel and took them away from me. I'm pretty disappointed with their service and will not be returning. read more

Yesterday was my first and last visit to this nail salon. I usually go to another place but they are closed on Tuesday's unfortunately and I needed my nails done asap. I did my research and I picked this place because they have great reviews so I had higher expectations. The salon was empty upon arrival. It was maybe 11a. The salon is clean, very nice. I'm giving it a 2-star rating only because of the cleanliness of the salon. The experience itself was awful. The nail tech was extremely rough/aggressive. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what the heck she was thinking but she was not careful whatsoever. I'm not the type to complain when they accidentally cut your cuticles and make you bleed a little but this woman was using that orange block thing to sand the nail down except she was not sanding my nail down, she was on my bare pinky skin! They sand down the nails with force so imagine the pain. She did not notice until there was blood on her orange thing and THEN she finally looked down and saw I was bleeding. It took her a few minutes to realize what she had done and when she noticed she didn't say anything, she just kept going. Didn't say sorry or anything. How do you miss the nail completely? She was fast, I will say that but I felt like she was in a rush. Things go wrong when you're in a hurry. I did not appreciate her roughhousing. Although I was upset, I still tipped her $5 only because I felt crappy leaving $0 tip but I won't be coming back. read more

Pretty dern good! Went with my daughter and we loved our service and our nails look AMAZING! Super quick reply on the app to schedule an appointment. Very personal and not your run of the mill salon. Nail tech even offered to order special effect OPI Chrome Effects for my next visit (they had everything except the Holo effect). Give them a try, exceptionally reasonable!!! read more

As a new mom, I finally decided to pamper myself and get a well deserved mani and pedi. I went at opening and I was the only one in there. They did a fantastic job on my pedi. Like I was in heaven. Then the manicure started. At this point there was about 5-6 people and more coming in slowly... She spent 5 minutes on my manicure. It was rushed. No lotion, no massage, cuticles barely cut, even the painting was horrible. I ended up taking the polish off at home due to many missed areas on the sides. Went to a diff salon the next day to get a real manicure. Disappointed is an understatement read more

Love the customer service! Always super friendly and helpful. Quick to get you in. Even on new Years Eve! Unfortunately the quality isn't consistent. The first time I came the technician was wonderful and this last time not so much. My nails are a little bumpy and one is longer than the other. Great for being the only ones open. But will be considering other locations for quality. read more

came here because of the positive reviews & loved it!! they got me in a chair as soon as I came in and started buffing my nails asap. when I told the man what shape I wanted, he picked the best technician for the look I wanted off the bat that was great service! then tracy (!!!) comes over and KILLS it! she was meticulous and paid attention to the details to make them just the shape I wanted, and made them extra strong to make sure they wouldn't break. just honestly truly luxurious I loved ittttttt. if tracy's available, ask for her! and if not, I'm sure everybody's work is just as nice. read more

Best nail shop I have been to. The employees take care of you and aren't limited to designs on your nails.

I truly wish I could give them a zero rating. I have always loved this place and literally sent them so much business but will never go again. I need to say partly this is my fault, I should have asked more questions BUT how the owner reacted knowing I frequent his business a lot was very disheartening to say the least. First I'll say it's a beautiful establishment, very clean, very posh and the owner is friendly during your visit. My daughter (9) and I have been here more times than we can count. We went yesterday and she begged me for gel polish so it would last until after Christmas. I figured it would be ok this one time. I got a deluxe pedi $35, I got a manicure with gel polish $35, she got kids pedi $20 and her nails trimmed and painted with gel...NOT a manicure just trim and painted $46!!!!!!! Total was $136! She's 9!!!! I called this morning because it bothered me that with tip I paid $156 for adult mani/pedi and kids pedi and painted nails! WTH? Eric (owner) tells me that he charges whatever the people put on the slip and it's not his fault...then proceeds to tell me mani with gel is $40 then when I explained he just told me it $35 he said oh yeah $35...which is still outrageous for a simple painting on a child who's nails are tiny! Then said come back up and I'll credit you...I asked how much he said $11. I told him that's not worth my time to bother with. He got aggravated and said just come up and I'll credit it all back by this point I'm fuming and said just forget it, he said ok and we hung up. Mine should have been $70 Hers should have been $40 (kids polish $15+$5 gel + kid pedi) He should have offered me $26 credit or even to do hers again with regular polish for free but instead all I heard were excuses and how it wasn't his fault...it's not like I can speak with his associates but he plainly and clearly speaks English. My tip is don't go but if you do watch how they charge you and ask questions vs waiting like I did! read more

I was in the area today after some work meetings and my flight back home was later in the evening so I decided to stop in and treat myself. I am so happy I did! The only disappointing thing about this visit is that I don't live in the area to make this my go-to salon! From the moment I stepped through the door the customer service was impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Hannah did my gel manicure while Tan did my pedicure and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both of them. They took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and happy! Couldn't be happier that I stopped in here during my visit to Rockwall! read more
