This was an amazing experience! I love my nails so much! They are the oval shape I asked for! They also have so many Gel colors. The inside of the salon is beautiful. It is like a blue Tiffany box. And I could sit in the new massage chairs forever since they seemed brand new. Even and hour before closing they took in me and two friends in and we all went home with good nails. My favorite nail place!! I've been consistently coming here for a year almost & the owner and nail technicians are so sweet and accommodating! Dee did amazing on my nails and his personality is so funny lol. They understand your needs and are not upset when you tell them what you like and how you like it! My nails are so sensitive and I HATE the drill and they are so gentle on me! Not to mention they also help you pick and choose your nail color (since some do look different once they are applied). I came here for a pedicure and decided to try Next Gen nails and get some waxing done. The lady that did my pedicure was attentive. I admit I am kind of picky. My mother years ago did nails for a living and this was in the day where everything was by hand. I had for years in Miami before moving to Utah my most favorite pedicurist. Then I moved to Utah where a dirty salon gave me an infection. Getting a pedicure became a very non-relaxing event instead of a pampering. So I have tried out many places since moving here. This place is great for pedicures and it would have been super relaxing had they not gone "assembly line" on me. My mistake I guess for asking for something extra. Next thing I know, I get this book of colors thrown at me by someone else. I never had the Next Gen nails but what I got is not what I expected. I picked my color and she whips out her machine and starts filing by beds. No attention to the cuticles nor does she push them back. Then 10 minutes later, she was done. She was very good and very efficient in that task...so much so she was talking to coworkers and barely looking at me. I was twisted, contorted to meet her needs while getting a now, not so relaxing pedicure. My shoulder which I will be operated on in a few weeks was on fire...I tried to tell her but she didn't understand English. My hands were dried out in the process as well The waxing...I broke out for two weeks after on my upper lip. 3 days later, my cuticles receded back to show very lumpy look of plastic on my nail with ridges along the cuticles where the nail tech missed (who could blame her...she was barely looking.). The pedicure was okay but I've had better. At least that lady was attentive. I won't return again. I expect when I go to a salon not to be treated like a "job". I tip well and expect for that hour or so to be paid attention to not leave feeling uncomfortable. I don't normally post reviews but read them. If you expect a more "spa" like staff, this place isn't it. On to the next. Let's hope this place will treat the NG nails like a full manicure with cuticle work and more attention to the customer. read more

Awesome place. VERY clean and modern. GREAT service. Very friendly staff. Social, positive, and happy to be there. Managers/owners (not sure what they are exactly) walked around the entire time I was there to check on customers, making sure everything was great. I was a walk-in pedicure and from the time I picked my color to the time I was put in a pedicure chair was maybe a 4 minute wait. Huge color selection, too, for both regulars and gels. My first impression was, WOW! The decor is bright, clean and invigorating; yet calming and peaceful. A smiling gentleman pleasantly greeted me and offered a complimentary beverage of beer, wine, water or soda. After picking my color, the man lead me to a comfortable spa chair. There was a kind and friendly woman that gave the mani-pedi. Her work was gentle, quick and efficient. She asked questions about how I like my nails and styled the perfectly to my wishes. I've been to Nail Luxe about 5 times now. Only once did I have a bad experience with the person that did my nexgen, but it was super busy season before the holidays and everyone has bad days. The other 4 times have been nothing but delightful bliss, with my complimentary "beverage". Today I went in and was pretty blown away at Shawn and his attention to detail with my nails. Awful experience. Worst manicure and pedicure of all time. Have 5 of my nails still bleeding. Was the not only the most painful manicure of all time, it was the worst gel or dip, ever received. Multiple times, I mentioned it was very painful and he kept hitting my skin, and I was bleeding (and showed him) and to please be careful, and he ignored me. I got "dip manicure", and it is uneven and there is still currently- paint, and blood, on my fingers. So not only are my fingers incredibly cut up and in pain, the dip was not cleaned up and is horrible The dip is uneven and is super thin on some sides of the nails and thicker on others, and totally blotchy. The cuticles all are painted too, and looks horrible. The gentleman doing my feet did only one coat of paint and clear coat. Paint is missing from the corners of my toes. He then put my normal sandals back on me, so naturally, small toes are smudged. I was offered none of the temporary sandals; he just slipped mine right back on and now, they are smudged MAJORILY. I talked to the lady up front regarding it, and showed her the bleeding fingers and told her how painful it was, and I was offered 20% off my next visit, and nothing off my order. My sister, sister in law, and myself just moved here, and were driving from Heath, to come here, and we will never be returning. I would like a refund and I think that is very fair. It is an awful pedicure and manicure, and even worse, all of the open cuts are very painful. read more

Very easy and funny to talk to, makes sure you like your nails at every point, ensures if your comfortable and/or need a drink. GREAT! If you ever go here definitely ask for BIN!!! I found Nail Luxe on Yelp and decided to try it out. I love the sleek, modern look inside. I felt it was very classy. I also enjoyed how well I was attended to by the employees. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and was checked on while my nail tech was preparing her materials. I got the deluxe pedicure and thought it was reasonably priced. ( I pay more for less another salon so it was nice.) The nail tech did a great job on my feet. She made sure everything was to my liking and adjusted when needed. My toes look and feel great! It was my first time at this salon, I saw the great reviews that it had and decided to try it out. Since I decided to try it out last minute I had not made an appointment. Me and a friend walked in and we were greeted and helped immediately despite it being pretty busy in the salon. We had no wait at all, which was nice. I had a specific design I wanted on my nails and the lady who was going to be originally doing my nails said that she couldn't do it with the dip, only gel. But instead she switched with a different lady who said she could do the design with the dip powder. (Wish I would've gotten her name) I got the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing, this one wasn't even the most expensive pedicure option they had, but it was better than all of the other nail salons of Ive been to and was close to half the price. My nails and toes both ended out coming out perfectly and exactly how I wanted them! The salon has great energy, ambiance, and most of all GREAT SERVICE. Weird lady running the store on 9/5/22. Kept accepting customers although there was already about 10 people waiting to even be attended. Kept telling customers "15 more minutes!" even when they insisted they didn't have time to wait anymore. Started ignoring customers and sending nail techs to customers whom had just arrived and had no appointment. Eventually after 45 min of soaking our feet and still nothing being done, we decided to leave and that same lady tried to hold my mom down in her chair to not let her leave! So obviously told her to get off my momma and to let us leave, then she proceeded to chase us out of the store begging us to come back and trying to shove some $5 gift cards in our hands. She stood outside my moms car trying to talk to her, not letting her leave. I've been here many times before, so I know it's not the shop itself. The manager is usually a tall man, not this lady. Idk, I just don't think it's good customer service to accept customers just because you want their $, knowing they won't be helped anytime soon. The least she could've done is advised that it would be an hour wait, instead of just hoping everyone would sit there like idiots and wait. My mom and I came here this past week for our first time. We were not impressed. For one, I have bad cuticles, that really need a good trimming up. He didn't even touch my cuticles, nor soak my nails. He went straight to doing the dip powder. I was so confused. I even had two hangnails and said .. is there any way you can trim that hangnail? He did, but didn't trim the other one, or perform any type of cuticle care. I felt rushed. The whole service took about 10 minutes total. My mom got the gel polish, and we noticed that when she took out the brush, it looked terribly old. The lady that did her nails did do cuticle care and soaked them for a second, but that was about it. I go to a place in Dallas where she soaks my nails, does my cuticle care thoroughly, and spent a long time on my nails. All for even a cheaper price than this place. This place is great! The blue and white decor is beautiful and clean. The music is great 80-90s love songs that you can't help but sing along with. The techs were both very nice and skilled and the manager was very well spoken and helpful. My pedicure and dip color looks great! Only downfall is that I paid a little extra to get a longer massage during my pedicure and didn't feel like it was realy any longer than a normal pedi massage elsewhere.
