First time to visit Friday. Was very impressed with the pleasant, attentive staff and cleanliness of everything. We had the VIP pedicure. It was worth every relaxing moment. Probably the best pedicure I've ever had. I will definitely be back and look forward it! read more

Today I was very excited to try this new nail salon. I went to get gel on my nails and toes and they turned out great! I was so happy with the workers and their flexibility. I can't think of any complaints- I definitely recommend getting your nails done here. Even though they were short on staff, they were still really fast. Also, I think it's THE nicest nail salon in Rockwall. read more

This place is always such a good experience. Great prices and very luxurious. Drinks while you get work done too!

I love Nail Luxe and this is always my go to salon! Two days ago someone did my nails and they looked messy and 2 of them broke.. Still trusting Nail Luxe, I went back to get them fixed and D fixed them and he did an AMAZING job! They looked much cleaner and he fixed the 2 broken ones quickly and easily! Thank you' read more

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. Went in here hoping to find somewhere new. They didn't give me a proper pedicure, as in not getting all the gunk out, my skin on my feet are still so dry you can see them, please keep in mind I am only 24 years old so they shouldn't look like old lady feet. They barely clipped my nails, and the guy might as well have painted my entire foot! I also got my nails done and he did okay but I got the dip powder on my nails and he didnt even get all the way to the cuticle of my nails. Definitely won't be going back to this place. My boyfriend spent over $100 there and I wish I could go repo my money back. read more

Had the best experience here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Amy was great on my nails. She was kind and so concerned about not hurting me with the drill which is kind of rare to find in a nail tech as some people just don't care. Plus she did an awesome job, nails came out great and I will definitely be back! read more

I was extremely impressed when I walked through the doors! It's a beautiful place and everything is brand new and pristine. My pedicure was wonderful and I loved how they did their paraffin wax (had a little warmer that kept the wax from getting too hot and making me wish I made a donation to the burn center). When it was time for my gel on my nails, I moved over to the nail chairs. There my polish was gritty and I had to have it taken off and choose another color (with some uncomfortable moments with the nail technician rolling her eyes). Overall my nails and toes looked good and the owners were very nice, BUT it took almost two hours for a pedi/mani and was very expensive. read more

My experience at Nail Luxe was great! Kim and Peter did a very nice job! I have been to several salons in Rockwall. This place had a relaxing environment, the service was great! I will be back! read more

I've been going around looking for a great spot so I can become a regular. I heard about this place from a friend and read review and decided to go in. They attended me quick! It was a good experience but I did have higher expectations than what I got. I got a classic pedi, which is my go to when I had a long day and want a massage but nothing too fancy. The guy, I forgot his name, was up and out in no time. I didn't even feel relaxed. Since I'm always on my feet, they are rough, so I got charged an extra $5, so they could use some gel to make them smooth. Yeah my feet are still like they were when I walked in. The lady doing my nails was very sweet and I felt comfortable. I did notice when when I left, 2 of my nails were kinda messed up. I'm not too picky on something someone else can't notice, but again I read really great reviews about the place so I had high expectations. I did like how the lady actually listened on how long and what shape I wanted my nails. I usually can't ask at other places without them giving me their opinion. I'm assuming the owner is the one cashing people out, and he was super nice, he was going around and talking with everyone. And for that, I will give it another tryand hope to change my review next time. Update: so again after one week, yet another nail breaks, both times i didn't even do anything for that to even happen. I went in really upset and wanting them to be taken off. They wanted to charge me! I won't be going back. I preferred them to be off and not fixed like they offered and not with the same person who messed them up in the first place. read more

Love going here when I'm in Rockwall! Amazing customer service and atmosphere. Their massage chairs are awesome, too.

This is my second visit and both times have been impressed. I've had a pedicure and a ombré pink and white Nexgen and both times surpassed my expectations! read more

Great job and always so friendly. The piped in 80's music is just a BONUS!!! They are my new place to get mani pedi's for sure.

I have been to this nail salon several times for pedicures and have always been happy with the service. The manager greets you quickly , is friendly and offers you a beverage to get started. Most recently Mia did my pedicure and did an excellent job. The nail technicians at this salon have never hurt me or caused me to bleed, a problem I've had at many other salons!!! They use liners for their pedicure tubs which I appreciate also. read more

Went to this place 2 weeks ago and fell in love! Decently priced and they do an amazing job! I will be going back...today in fact!

Everyone was so polite and friendly! The place is super fancy looking, but the prices are super affordable. My nail tech was so nice and he didn't hurt my cuticles like most other places I've been to in Rockwall. There are lots of pedicure chairs and the manicure tables are very nice and offer plenty of space for them to work. Highly reccomend! read more

Went to Nail Luxe last night for the first time. My first impression was with the decor. Not your typical salon, the vibrant blue was very calming. The salon is extremely clean. The staff is wonderful! My daughter had gone earlier in the day and insisted we go back together. I was treated by Mia (hope I got the spelling right). She took her time and did an amazing job. I will definitely go back. read more

Came here for the first time several weeks ago. I don't get manicures or pedicures often. Usually when I feel like treating myself is when I will get my nails done. The salon is beautifully decorated and the guy up front checking people in was pleasant. My nail tech was really nice! Tubs were lined with plastic liners and everything seemed to be clean. I was given a tube of lotion during my services which was a nice touch. My manicure didn't last but two days. But, I am kind of hard of my nails and don't take care to not chip them. My toes lasted a month and they weren't gel! I was pleasantly surprised at this and will make me come back for services again and again. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a pedi and having it chip within a few days. I don't like the maintenance of gel and having to go back to the salon to have it removed so I opt for traditional mani's and pedi's. Pricing wasn't too bad either. I'm a fan! read more

Best experience at this salon! I recently moved here from Southern California, and was very skeptical to try a new nail salon out. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice man, and was seated right away. They placed a disposable bag inside the pedicure bowl, so you know you wont get any weird fungus', and all instruments where sterile. Inside it is very modern, and super clean!!! The nail technician who did my nails, Hannah, was so professional and did an amazing job. I am very particular about my nails/ nail salon, and will only by going to Nail Luxe from now on! read more

My favorite place to relax ! I love the massage chairs and everyone is very nice. As a hard working nurse, I heard to prevent problems caused by prolonged standing regular pedicures can be helpful. Getting the deluxe pedicure really helps me recover read more

I wandered into Nail Luxe because my iPhone wouldn't connect to any business in the mall on 2135 Ridge Rd. and I was unable to call a Lyft to take me home. Realizing my dilemma, the owner of Nail Luxe drove about a 20 mile round trip to take me home and adamantly refused a monetary tip for the ride. So I returned to Nail Luxe for a manicure and pedicure. The first observation was that this was a nail salon where cleanliness and good hygiene were top priorities. Also, the salon plays good music, has several large screen televisions and is built in an aesthetically pleasing way. The owner and manager are very personable yet professional; talking to their clientele to make sure all are having a good experience in the salon. My manicurist, Hannah, is very meticulous with her craft. She wants your nails to look the way YOU want them to look as well as your nails making a lovely appearance. These qualities accompanied with a delightful, well mannered, welcoming personality make her a pleasure to work with as well as an outstanding manicurist. All the pedicurists I have worked with are very conscientious constantly checking to make sure you are at ease and comfortable during the pedicure. Ann is also a cordial and exceptional pedicurist. Their are enough manicure and pedicure options to fit anyone's budget. I like the collagen gloves and the hot wax on the calves of my legs. All the staff give a very positive impression that they enjoy their work and environment. Good people, good craftsmanship, good environment-Nail Luxe-absolutely the place to be! read more

I am probably the pickiest person when it comes to getting my nails done. Hannah is AWESOME! She listens to me talk and chimes in on my convo. I probably talk too much...but she doesn't seem to mind, HAHA! They get you in and seated super fast. I've never had to wait! Singh? I believe is the managers name? He was AWESOME as well! He definitely makes everyone feel so welcomed. You guys have great staff here! Must mean you have great management. read more

I had a fabulous experience here! We were traveling so I decided to pamper myself and get the VIP pedicure. Omg. Fabulous! Hot stones, parrifin, scrub about 15 minutes of skillful massage. The technician did a fabulous job. I wss really impressed how he took the time to care for each nail. It sounds funny but I've had 100s of pedicures, maybe 1000 in my life and he just took extra care, more attention to detail over other pedicures I've had. The salon is clean, relaxing and beautiful. The owners go the extra step to make sure everyone is happy and well taken care of. I wish I was local, I'd definitely make this my regular nail spot. read more

Loved this place! Great customer service! I have been there multiple time and the owners are so nice and always walk around to make sure you are okay. I always get the dipped nails and they have been very good and lasted the two weeks. Will keep coming back here! read more

Modern yet warm atmosphere...very welcoming. Open, clean, airy space, massage chairs, glass o' wine and a brilliant pedi. Thank you!

I hate to give a business a negative review but I left this salon feeling very disappointed with their rudeness. I can't deny the salon itself is spacious and new and the time of day in which I arrived was slow with only 3 customers. The man at the front desk was friendly when I first arrived with my 3 small granddaughters for whom I wished to get both their fingernails & toes done. A lady who did two of my girls' nails did a fine job but the male who did one of the girl's nails was very poorly done. Also, I had a chair in which to sit as I watched my little girls near me (they're 6 & 8) but when I got up momentarily to take a photo of my girls, four lady customers came in and the man at the front desk removed my purse from my chair and handed it to me and proceeded to give my chair to the customers who had just came in. He left me without a chair and kept looking at me, perhaps to see if I'd say something but I felt very awkward. I couldn't believe how rude that was. I will not return again nor recommend this location. read more

My new nail salon! Not that I get my nails done that often but this is the first salon I've been to in Rockwall that I'm leaving in love with. Thanks Lina! read more

My services were fantastic. Eric, the manager, is totally on top of his game. You can tell he genuinely wants your honest opinion on his employees & their services. My only complaint would be that the average nail salon in rockwall does some sort of hand massage with a nail service & this one did not. However, still super clean & enjoyable! I'm normally a Zen Spa girl, so my standards are high. All in all--great experience. read more

Very cute place. Had an appointment at 3. Had a powder fill and classic pedicure. 1 1/2 hours later I was on my way home! Services were very good. They made sure I was pleased with what was going on the entire time. Brought water and made sure I didn't run out. Will definitely return! read more
