Someone who gets so defensive and doesn't know what to say.. changes their response 5 times. Just accept your faults. Now I'll tell you guys Ill give this nail salon 0/5 stars I would. Where to start... I'm Vietnamese. I came in with my dark complexion boyfriend. The owner/ receptionist Amy greeted us in English and then started saying negative comments about my black boyfriend in Vietnamese assuming I wasn't Vietnamese and didn't understand. She is very very racist. BEWARE THE YELP ACCUSATIONS ARE TRUE!!! Imagine what she says about the rest of her clientele.. I was so turned off by that.. so whatever.. I just wanted to get my nails done, I came to visit my boyfriend. the entire time... I heard a whole bunch of bad talk about their different clients. Keeping my mouth shut.. then my service.. They literally washed my feet for 2 minutes for a deluxe pedicure. I had a 2 minute pedicure for $45 and gel polish for an extra $20. So while doing my pedicure.. I kept hearing the owner Amy say IN VIETNAMESE hurry up you have another appointment soon, just get her out of here. I got gel on my hands as well for $30. I literally came home and took a bath and everything came off one by one as I was sitting in the tub. I'm really not one to complain but I spent $130 including tip. I am not a crappy tipper.... I called to tell them what happened. Amy answered the phone and she told me to come in and get it fixed.. but I live 50 minutes away. this was my first experience so I didn't know the employees names. She was so rude. She told me.. it is what it, there is no refund. If you don't want to come get it fixed it's your fault. What kind of customer service is this... my nails fell off the next day... -5 stars out of 5. She is a terrible racist human being. It's 2021. DO NOT SUPPORT HER BUSINESS. Go elsewhere. Take this as a warning. read more

One year later, I'm loving even more Envy Nail Spa. The customer service is really amazing. They make you feel at home. It's such a fun place to come and enjoy your service. The staff is TOP NOTCH and the owner, Amy, is a sweetheart. Amy greets you, always, with a smile and takes interest in what color or design I'll be doing. She's so helpful when I'm not sure what I'd like to do for a manicure. Everyone here is so incredibly nice. The staff is so professional and friendly. I'm always recommending friends and family to come by. They do so many different types of services here, it's like a one-stop shop, I always look forward to all my appointments. read more

I have been going to Envy Nails for a few months now. I ended up going there because my nail technician moved there and I was follow him but recently he decided to open his own shop. But I stayed at Envy Nails because they treat you like family and the salon is always super clean the staff is very nice and professional! I get my nails done with Katie she does my nails and pedicure amazing and she is very professional. I have also got waxed by David and he is amazing! Recently a few days ago I got my eyelashes lifted and I am obsessed with them! 100 % recommended them! Amy is super sweet and caring. read more

I am not the biggest fan of my feet or others touching my feet. But today I went with my aunt and the lady who did my pedicure. (I don't remember her name) was fantastic! She did the entire pedicure and not once did I feel like flinching from pain or feel any of those ticklish feelings I usually get. Plus she did a fabulous job with painting them. I'd definitely go back to again! Neither of us had appointments but they practically took us right away. Everyone on staff was nice and helped suggest things to us. I love this nail salon and the staff here is always super friendly. I have been going to envy since they first opened and I have no complaints whatsoever. Amy the owner is always so friendly and understanding. To get an appointment it's super easy because you can either book through the phone or online. The staff there is so helpful and very accommodating to their customer's needs. Literally my favorite spot ever! Every technician is friendly, skilled and pay attention to details! I started with just a simple mani/pedi every other month and now it's my go to every 2 weeks for my dip manicure, volcano pedicure and eyebrow waxing! (TRUST ME GET THE VOLCANO PEDICURE!!!) Envy Nail Spa is the best nail salon in Broward. All of the Technicians are amazing and professional but Kevin is my favorite because he always goes the extra mile to ensure I am happy with my manicure/pedicure. Love this place!I've never been disappointed. I used to live in Cooper City and moved to Sunrise. I haven't been able to find a nail salon/ tech that does a better job thanthe staff at Envy.
