See the attached picture--the nail beds are bloody because the tech over-filed the nail / improperly used the bit (look up "ring of fire" nail bed damage). I had also asked for a deep red ombré and provided a picture. The tech was not able accomplish this ombré (he used an airbrush so it ended up pink, not red), so I asked to just abandon the design and paint it a solid deep red. There are chips in a few of my nails already and it's been less than 24 hours. Only thing saving this review is that they clearly have other talented techs there based on other reviews and the salon's gallery of complex nail art. I might be willing to try again, but I've gone through 2 people now and am not super impressed.

They have a lot of different options for manis and pedis, and I believe they also offer lash services, massages and waxing. I have not tried these services, but I've seen people come in for them. The techs are always friendly and polite; they always ask to make sure you're getting what you want. They also try to make everything as comfortable as possible. For example, I came in around lunch time once and brought something to eat because I was starving, and they gave me a little tray to set my food on my lap so I can eat more comfortably while they're working on my pedi.
