Any high end salon would have someone else doing this besides the stylist. Why? Well... for one, the apprentices take more time to do it, and they make it a part of your experience. It's my favorite party, and I don't like rushing it! Two: you're paying for your stylist to listen to you and cut/color/style your hair. If you love your stylist and your hair... then you have what you paid for - which is a job well done. I always love my hair when it's finished. If I could afford to go more often, I would!
