First of all the door says 10% off new customers which wasn't honored at all! Second, online it says an acrylic fill is 20 dollars and when we came inside the board had stickers all over it and said 30 and was like okay fine. When we sat down I showed the lady what I was kind of looking for color examples and she like no thats over 50 dollars and proceeded to be very rude. I just agreed to whatever she said because I didn't understand. Thirdly the service after that was extremely rough and she made me bleed multiple places also the nails are just extremely uneven. This place is unreal! I called and asked for an appt. I came in 1 hr later. I checked in and the girl took 2 hours on my nails. Then I get ready to pay and was charged $60. I had a 15% off discount. Then I was told $55 including the discount. That isn't 15% off. I shook it off and pulled out my credit card. The owner then told me the credit card machine was down to use the ATM. I was changed a total of $8 in fees. There was a little sticky note on the other side of the iPad to check in at. I didn't see the sticky note nor was I told when I called that the credit card machine was down. Awful customer service! I asked for square ended up with short oval nail and not clean entirely u can still see the glue left from the previous set. I asked to not continue further. I used to come here years ago, sadly I will not come back. First, I got a mani pedi, and they did it at the same time!!! I had to reach both of my hands over my body while sitting in the pedicure chair. It was not relaxing, actually hurt my shoulders at one point, and I didn't get the option to use the massage feature. I was so upset. Second, I have NEVER left a nail salon with polish on my actual skin. I paid $100 for a mani pedi, no cuticles were done, I was picking at my nails because the shellac top coat was not filed down. Overall, I was very unhappy with how my nails looked, felt, and I left with a shoulder ache. there was no wait, and unfortunately I understand why. Would give zero stars if I could. I asked for ALMOND shaped acrylic nails and this is what I received. Round and chunky. I left without saying anything because I was nervous to. When I went back in a few minutes later and asked for them to be fixed, the man that did my nails (maybe the manager?) told me that he can't do anything and they have to look like this because I have no nail beds. I have been using this salon for probably a year or more. Had a fill earlier this week from one of the guys, not my normal lady. Within a few days, the gel polish was peeling off in gummy, gooey clumps on one nail after another. I'm assuming they didn't "cure" properly. I went to have him fix it, waited and waited, then he tried to only fix the bad ones. I told him I wanted them all repolished, since there was something wrong with the polish or the way it set, but he argued with me. I finally walked out, went down the street and paid to have someone else fix my nails. Guess I'll find a new salon, because THIS was not the way a business should handle THEIR mistake. read more

Two stars only because my nail tech was a nice person. The place was dirty, I got a shellac mani and the bulbs in the curing lamp were so old it wouldn't cure the shellac and he ended up putting a total of 7 coats of polish on my nails. I told him to leave it because I didn't have time to sit there all day and he insisted on "fixing it". Well, the picture shows you what I paid for. Dull, thick and bloody nails. don't go if this was your last option. went to get my nails done as soon as they opened. it as only myself and one other customer. they had four employees sitting around and 1 woman working on myself and another lady at the same time. she was rude and painted my nails like a toddler . when i said something she had an attitude. i asked her to remove it and she still had an attitude. the rushed through my nails but was careful with the other woman. and yes before you ask, the other customer was white. i will never return. read more

WOW! That was the worst pedicure I have ever had. My husband and I wanted to get last minute pedicures and thought it weird that they had 2 opening a same day but thought ok great! The man was super nice but clearly didn't know how to paint nails and the women my husband had had a personality of a wet dishcloth. I asked for Chrome and Instead of telling they don't do/have that they said it wouldn't last and then I showed her my nails that have chrome on it and are over a week old looking perfect! Torture!! went for a fill and pedicure. had pedicure done first, cut all nails super short to the point that one was bleeding. He kept using his nail to push on the side of my toe nails. told him what color. Grabbed wrong one. Oh well it's still pink. Sat down for a FILL he ripped all of my acrylic off. My thumbnail he ripped so hard that he torn my fingernail off half way down. Finger kept bleeding he just wiping with a papertowel. This place is dirty and smells like sulfur and eggs. They have a water/pipe problem and you can smell it bad behind pedicure chairs. It's been like that since March. I went back in July for a pedicure with my mom hoping the problem was gone, nope. The water in the pedi chair was dirty even with a bag because they use a water pitcher to fill it up. I only noticed it was actually dirty half way through my pedicure when hot pink nail polish chip was floating in the water- I did not come in with hot pink toe polish. I got a light pastel blue on my toes and they asked if I wanted my hands done too. I said yes and I just wanted the same color to match my toes on my hands. The guy did them while I was in the chair and he had already dipped 3 nails when I saw this ugly color. Halfway through, I quietly told the man please stop doing my nails and I need to leave. He started yelling in a different language and all the employees came running over making a big scene. I politely said I just need to leave and I'd like to just pay for what was done and go, they refused and did the rest of my nails and charged me $45 for this manicure. read more

I stopped in to try the Dip manicure that everyone is raving about. If you want one, do not go here. The process is neat, but messy (not the fault of my nail tech). My issue is that my nails look as good as if I had done them myself. It felt like the tech didn't know what she was doing. I asked as many questions about the process and her answers changed as the process went on. Also she broke my skin around 3 fingers and I am in quite a bit of pain at the moment. Her tone changed as we ended the manicure to more kind and quiet, but it doesn't make up for the pain I am currently feeling. Do not get your dip here. They did an ok job on my toe nails. I watch the whole time though. I'm picky and want it done right. Used to do my own until my hips would no longer allow it . Anyway, their downfalls are their price $$$$ and timeliness. Or lack there of. We have made several appointments and have not had one honored as of yet. I was so disappointed, I have never been so overcharged for such terrible work. I took my granddaughter the for her first time ever getting her nails done, the polish actually fell off like fake nails, I was charged 50 dollars for that when the sign on the wall and receipt both stated 40 dollars. They take credit cards (few nail salons seem to) and the salon was nice and clean and all of the employees seemed very nice. Plus my manicure lasted more than two weeks. Was just here a couple days ago & walked out with the worst experience. My sister, friend & I went in for 3 full sets and we all decided to go with an Ombré. Mine turned out the best out of all 3 but my nails are still very uneven & i noticed he missed a lot of important steps. My girlfriend did not get at ALL what she asked for but she already asked her to start over once and felt bad asking again. And lastly, the worst part, my sisters nails. She asked for long square nails with a nude to sparkly blue ombré. So to begin, when she asked for long nails instead of medium, the lady told her it was an extra $15 which we just went with at the time but we knew was a total ripoff. The example she showed was so cute but turned out so awful. When i tell you half of her nail was half sparkly blue and half nude, i literally mean it was HALF and HALF. The lady barely tried to blend on the first hand & the second one she clearly just did not care at ALL. They were also so thick that they were heavy on my sisters fingers and bothering her. Unfortunately i don't have a picture of that but i do have this picture. We walked back in maybe an hour later and explained that they just looked awful and were way too thick. When we asked them to fix them they were rude and pretty much told us there was no other way they could've been done but they would "try" to fix them. So my sister sat in there for another hour to walk out with this. She was literally ready to cry, we ended up driving to classy nails and asking them if there was anything they could do & when they seen her nails they were literally shocked at how awful they were and told her they would have to be totally removed and redone so that's what she ended up doing. The lady there told her that she could barely even get those nails off because the other lady from this nail salon just had them completely CAKED with acrylic. Don't go here. Just went here Last week Friday for an appointment. By Saturday my nails had started chipping. I spent $100 on a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure. The girl who did my nails was very kind but the quality is terrible for the price. I only went here because my other nail place wasn't open. I do not recommend. When they first open I was a regular. Because of this whole Covid lock down I had not gotten my nails done. Well last week was the first time back since, and it will be my last. Nails to large for my finger, put on crooked, the ones that were put on straight were filed crooked. At the ebd of the Shellac normally the techs would use alcohol to wipe off residue. This guy did not do that, instead he put oon cuticle oil and said I was done. Due to the plastic between us I really couldn't see to well what he was doing. Just left there. The lady who did my nails was rude and gave me the most rushed, sloppy pedicure I have ever received. I wasn't sure what color I wanted so while I was waiting, I tested a couple of colors on my toenails. Once she sat down and started with me, she asked me why I put color on my nails. When I told her why, she rolled her eyes at me and asked why I didn't try it on my fingernails. She barely scrubbed or massaged my feet. There was still scrub left on my legs because she barely massaged it in to disolved it or wiped my legs down when she was done. There was a girl who was 2 seats down from me. She was there when I got there and I finished before her. She was getting a normal pedicure. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. When she was done she wanted me to go under the dryer. I told her that I just wanted to pay and leave because that was the most rushed pedicure I have ever had and I was extremely disappointed. She offered nothing to make my experience better. read more

I entered this shop and was greeted by a Male tech/owner? A female tech approached me asking what I waned done as she retrieved polish for her customer. I told her I wanted a gel refill with shellac and a shellac pedicure. She requested that I sign in. I took a seat and proceeded to look through the gel nail polish selections. I noticed one of the female techs was leisurely sitting in the pedicure section. I thought maybe she was on a break. About 10 minutes or so later two young Caucasian females entered the shop they were also approached with the same greeting by the male tech/owner. They took a seat. I saw the female tech get up and start to prepare a pedicure station. She approached the front of the shop stating two pedicures and led them to the pedicure area. I got up and walked over to the male asking what was going on and stating that I was there first. He brushed me off stating that the other female tech would get me when she was done with her current customer. You think this is, OK? You don't do our nails free. This is 2022, I am tired of foreigners coming to the USA trying to look down on blacks. We built this country one lash at a time after being forced here starting in 1619. We paved the way for you. Koreans came in groves after "The Immigration Act of 1965" and the Filipino migrated officially after "The Pilipino -American War from 1899-1902. How dare you! Should there be a deportation just know we aren't going anywhere, can you say the same? I bet you, 80% of you do not have papers or are not licensed nail technicians.
