They were super slow too. $50 to include the deep tissue, there was nothing deep about that "massage". They barely scraped off any dead skin. My mom's was the same. I went here on a whim last week to get my nails done because the nail place that I like to go to is always booked and I didnt feel like making an appointment. Basically I'm the type of person that wants to be able to get my nails done that day or else its not happening lol. So I called them on my lunch and asked if I could stop by around 6 pm that day and they said yes. I then asked if they did bulider gel nails and the lady said yes so I was immediately thrilled. I arrived and had Emily do my nails. Emily was super sweet even though I found out that the "bulider gel" they offered was "gel powder" which is NOT A THING!! Gel is never offered in a powder form so that annoyed me that they were trying to get me to pay $10 extra for fancy acrylic. I opted for regular acrylic instead and got multi-color foil stuff on my nails and it turned out really pretty! To summarize my review the PROS of this place are that its super clean and not busy at all so you can walk in and not have to make an appointment. I also liked my nail tech because she was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. I want to note that she was super gentle with filing my real nail to prep for the acrylic which I appreciated because the last nail place overfiled my nail and I have a clear line between the old & new growth on my thumb thanks to that (ugh!). The CONS are that they charged me $5 extra for coffin shape and I really dont see why salons should charge more for that because it doesnt take long at all to make the nails slightly more tapered than a regular square shape. I asked my friends and they thought my nails looked square too (probably because they arent long, next time ill just ask for square). I also feel like my nails look a little bulky. I wasn't a fan of how they tried to tell me that they offered bulider gel nails when they actually dont and the owner scolded me when I was talking to emily because she wanted to talk to her in their language. She shushed me in the middle of me asking a question to emily and said "let me talk"! WTF! In conclusion, I would go back and only see Emily but next time im going to get shellac on my real nails or go to Trevuis or another place if I want gel nail extensions. I paid $55 before tip for a full set with a design on all nails and coffin shape style nails and I think it was fair only because the design was on all the nails and salons usually charge $1-5 per nail that has a design on it. I will update my review if I end up going back here. EDIT: I don't think I will be going back. My nails didn't even last two full weeks before lifting and they looked way too bulky and the shaping wasn't the best. read more

This was the most traumatic experience i've ever had at a "nail salon" don't even know what to call this type of establishment so unbelievably unprofessional. Let me start off with the fact that i know they are talking mad smack in their language about all of their customers and expect a tip after LOLLL, how funny. I'll start off first with the fact that whatever chemical garbage they put on my nails burned the living hell out of my nail beds. I've only ever had my nails burn like that one time before at another horrible asian owned nail salon, which led me to get nail fungus. Oh, and I'll get to that with these guys. Definitely illegal stuff they're using, how pathetic. Next, one of your uneducated employees cut the life out of my finger and didn't say a word just acted like it never happened. I didn't even realize how bad he cut me until the next day because it blistered up so badly. He dipped it in that chemical crap you guys use and gave me a severe burn and blisters on my finger. See picture for proof. I wish i took this picture right after because it was way worse than the one I have. He also had the audacity to tell me "beauty is pain" after i showed him my burning blistered up finger, you wanna see real pain i'll show u pain. It took all my might not to slap the living crap outta this dude. Mind you nothing was cleaned nor had any form of sanitation, so nasty. I asked for a simple flower design and your employee drew on some ugly alien looking flowers on my fingers. He then proceeded to cure the design without even asking me if i liked it first. The first hand he did was just okay. The second hand he screwed up so bad that I made him redo it. He then starred at me amazed for 20 seconds straight and was flabbergasted that I called him out on his crap. Absolutely disgusting service... unreal. After that I was just like screw this take it off and just put stickers on it since you can't mess that up hahahaha. After that I got out as fast as I could. After i left the salon i noticed I LEFT THE SALON WITH MY NAILS LIFTING!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE I AM BEYOND APPALLED. This eventually led fungus to grow on my finger. I had them on for a week and a half and should've gotten them off sooner but $80 is a lot of money for nails so I tried to keep them on as long as I could. You'd have to pay me a million dollars to come back to this filth of a salon. I'll be making sure to report this to the Michigan Board of Cosmetology because whatever was used on my nails should NOT be burning like that. I have never ever i repeat NEVER had a more awful horrific experience than at this disgusting nail salon. I hope to God you get shut down very very soon. Seriously the most disgusting salon I've ever stepped foot in. read more

I've been here at least a dozen times, and the experience has always been great, until a few days ago. The older lady was awful. My pedicure was kindergarten art project quality - feet rough, didn't give leg massage, paint job terrible, didn't cut nails short like I had requested. My polish chipped today. I'm really bummed. This lady was way too quick. My pedicure finished a good 10 minutes before my mom's and sister's. It's disappointing. read more

Unfortunately the staff here is rude and unaccommodating. I asked for the nail person to fix 3 nails that had paint issues and after being yelled at by 3 of their staff, they said they wanted me to take off the polish and leave. I said then don't charge me. They said fine but we want you to take off the polish. Unbelievable. The place is really nice inside. read more

I treated my daughter to a special momma/daughter day of manicures/pedicures. Spent over $100 for our nails and they are all chipped the next day. Mind you I didn't do anything to warrant them to get chipped. Pretty disappointed that they didn't even last 24 hours! read more

So I came here a while ago, and it was great..the last two times were NOT good at all. I got a pedi mani with shellac both times and they did not cut my nails how I asked, I told the lady I did not need a manicure but she did it anyways and charged me for it.. my nails are peeling off after only a week. I find it extremely difficult to get a quality pedicure for under $50; this place was a pleasant surprise. I'm from the area right around this salon and I've tried pretty much every other nail place surrounding it. This was a refreshing find. The nail technicians were friendly and accommodating. The manager/owner type person was very helpful and attentive. The polish selection was huge and the place itself was clean and pretty. My moms regular nail place was closed for remodeling so we decided to try this place. We had a great experience. When I made our appointments I was asked to bring our face mask. When we arrived, the front desk staff took our temps and handed us some hand sanitizer. We were taken to our appointments on time. We were offered bottled water and the salon was clean. The staff was all wearing masks and gloves. The staff was great! I think this may become our new place. read more

First & last time. My normal place was booked so I visited her me last week. It's been 5 days. 4 nails are peeling. And I'm almost not surprised because the tech piled the gel on I think she was trying to fix how streaky the job was. It looked passable when I left but nothing great- a little bumpy and consistency was not great. Also, manicure was very subpar. I would recommend NOT to get your nails serviced here. They try to lock everyone in by saying a 20 min wait. I ultimately waited 1 hour and 10 mins and had to leave because I had plans. They never once came to me to give time updates or anything. For some reason, the pedicure area was really busy. There was a man there doing pedi's, but he was not doing polish and someone else had to do it. I found this very odd. The first time I was serviced, my nails looked like crap and paint peeled off. I came here because of a friend's recommendation with some other friends. As a man I don't usually go to a nails shop, but this seemed like a fun thing to do. My first impression was how beautiful and clean the inside was, followed by very friendly greetings. I wasn't sure what to get and was suggested with a manicure and eyebrow wax. I do have thick and strong eyebrows but was skeptical about messing around with it, but I decided to give it a try. Well, it turns out great! My eyebrows look much more clean and defined afterwards. The manicure was just as interesting. It turns out I have a lot of these "cuticles" which were trimmed off nicely followed by a nice massage. Throughout the stay I talked to my friends, other customers, and the staff. Everyone was warm and pleasant. This was a fun and learning experience, and I would come again, maybe when my eyebrows become bushy again. read more

This place is very nicely furnished and clean but they do not do a good job. I've given it three tries and each time they do a horrible, sloppy job. My feet still felt rough after a second pedicure there and my shellac on my hands came off within 3 days. They have chairs and layout as though it is more of a spa but it definitely does not feel that way when you're being serviced. I had a horrible experience! My friend and I went today. We sat next to each other and thought we would have our nails done together. Someone put acetone on my nails and started on my friend. Several people walked in and were served. I told the nail technician that was doing my friends nails that my skin was hurting. Her comment was one more minute I only have two hands. My friends whole manicure was almost done when I finally couldn't take it anymore and removed the acetone soaked cotton and foil. My skin was pale white and my nails were brittle and began to break when filed. I WILL NEVER go here again!!!! read more

Horrible experience. Got dip and the guy who did them was horrible. His nails were full of fungus and it was so gross to look at. Also, he tore up my skin and made my cuticles bleed.
