Manicure resulted in nails with bubbles....I could have done that myself at home. Price on Web site stated $45 for mani/pediatrics. Was told that was out of date and it was $53!! It's a brand new place! Told the manager I was dissatisfied with the quality for the amount I paid, he Dai O could have a seat and they would fix it. I'd been in the salon for over 2 hours, I didn't have the time. He asked if I could come back at 6 o clock, the sign said they closed at 5. I won't be coming back at all. read more

Worst mani Pedi I've ever gotten. One. I paid $55 for my mani pedi to come off in the same day. I let me nails dry FOREVER at the salon. However, my technician applied way to much polish and it all smudged off within hours of getting them done because so many coats of polish were on. I literally wasted $55. read more

This place is terrible!!! These picture were taken 45 mins after I left. The girls cut my nails so straight on my toes and didn't round the edges so they will eventually grow into my skin. You can see the bottom of my feet look awful and this is literally right after. I had this same service last time I was there and felt like everyone deserves a second chance. I gave that to them yesterday and my service was worse this time then last. Not to mention I called three other nail places in the area and Gorgeous nails prices were $15 more for the same exact service. Shellac with a pedicure costs me $68 here everywhere else $53. My daughters mani & pedi was $53 here everywhere else $35. I spoke with Kevin the owner and he did nothing. Walked in this morning expecting a nice and relaxing shellac manicure- was greeted with rude employees. The lady that did my nails said nothing to me the entire 45 minutes, and everyone seemed to have an attitude (with every customer that came in!) Not sure if I caught this place on an off day or what. I do have to say- the instruments they used for my manicure came out of new packaging which was nice. My manicure looks decent, but not $48 worth (which is what it cost me after tip). Went here initially for acrylic and gel polish. The polish was kind of messy and when i asked for almond nails, i did not receive that shape. I came in close to closing time so i let it slide. Came back again to get my nails filled and polished again. I asked for my nails to be coffin shaped. The guy who did them was so nice but my nails looked like square chiclets. Finally, I went to go get the acrylics taken off and they had a kid that was probably 14, take off my nails with minimal supervision. Not only did it take forever, but one of my nails is totally ruined. The woman kept pressuring me to get a manicure, and i think when i said no she didn't care about the rest of the job she did. The spa was really busy that day and we didn't have appointments, but they fit us in anyway. My tech did a great job on my pedicure and was very meticulous about how it looked. Terrible, terrible, terrible job! Don't get fooled by the great things like them wearing rubber gloves and using a plastic cover in the water bowl. It was for the most part clean, but I'm pretty sure someone was smoking in the building and they were all pushy and a bit rude, I hate when it feels like they're speaking in a foreign language about you. They used a drummel on my toes, I've never experienced that before. She used her nippers to cut and then rip my nail up the side of my toe...ouch! if i could rate 0 stars i would. this place is the absolutely WORST nail salon i've ever been to. i had an appointment at 1:30pm they didn't start my nails until 2:05pm. they didn't honor my appointment. the man that did my nails was SO rough it was unreal. two of my cuticles started to bleed, and he GLUED my cuticles to have them stop bleeding. all of my nails are uneven, and so short. it was so dirty in there too, nothing was clean. 0 of the tools look sanitized or new. usually at GOOD nail salon they have new or cleaned tools. i shouldn't have left a tip. If I could give them less than one star I would. The man who did my nails didn't talk to me the whole time, put the dip powder on WAY to thick, didn't have me scrub off the previous dip instead had me put tin foil and acetone on them for 20 minutes leaving the perfectly good tips weak and flimsy. When I told him exactly what nails were too thick he got an attitude with me and was huffy and filed every nail but the nails I asked him to leaving parts of one nail super thick and others super thin and my fingers sore and bleeding. When I asked him to fix the ones that were too thin, again he got an attitude and huffy with me and painted my nail clear and left it in the powder for almost a minute to "Soak up the powder". When it came time to do the top coat he used gel, not the top coat meant for dip. This ended up over the top of my cuticles and over the sides of my nails and pealed off within 2 days. He kept insisting that I let him put lotion on but for allergy reasons I declined and once again got huffy and put oil all over my hands. This was all on a Sunday afternoon. Fast forward to that Thursday a whole nail ripped off and their idea of a repair? Glue the nail back on. They are all lifting the edges are sharp and uneven, cuticles were left bloody and cracked, employees are rude, tools don't seem clean, bugs around the sinks and prices are way too high. Went with my boyfriends sister and she too went back recently for a "repair" what was their idea of a repair again? Glue the edges down. I've been getting dip done for almost 2 years and have never had anything even close to this. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Definitely will not be coming back. I found Georgeous Nails to be very expensive for mediocre services. My nail tech did not speak to me throughout my mani-pedi, although I tried to initiate light conversation (which I typically wouldn't care or mention in a review but just found her to be unfriendly overall). She took an extraordinarily long time to apply shellac, which would seem to be a compliment (as if she were being fussy or particular), except that my nails looked as if I did them myself in the end. I was surprised at the cost, higher than most nail salons in this area. I wouldn't have minded paying more had I been happier with results. Another employee there gave me a $5.00 off coupon while I had been waiting, advising I could use it at another visit. Sorry to say, I will not be returning. I don't normally get mani and pedi but I went to Gorgeous Nails on a whim. So pleased with the results, so pleased! My technician was Nathan and he was awesome!!!!! I work on my feet 3 days for approximately 8 hour shifts and this tortures your feet and legs, especially at 58 the massage that he did with each of these services was phenomenal! First visit was good. Nail tech, Emily, recommended Gel. I was pleased with results. Good for 3 weeks and seemed to strengthen my nails and promote growth. Next visit was just okay. I had an appointment but had to wait. They took a walk-in before me. Final visit was just that. I'd never go back. What appeared to be meticulous work really was a tech putting too many brushes on each nail but not covering the nail AND getting polish on my cuticles, wiping it off (along with some polish on my nail) and then starting the process over again. When I got home and took a closer look they really looked bad and one was already lifting. I called and they said they'd fix them. Another 1.5 hours spent going back and getting them "fixed". I think it was the owner who did them. Rather than soaking the polish off, he used his electric sanding wheel. My nails ended up like paper. That was a few weeks ago and my nails are still not fully repaired. Each one has a ridge growing out from where the wheel ground down the nail. I walked in on a Friday around noon and everyone was very friendly and nice. They asked a lot of questions to make sure you got exactly what you wanted. I had a regular pedicure and acrylic manicure which was 65$. Emily did my nails and she was very nice, welcoming and did a wonderful job. LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. It is so clean, staff is so friendly and the deluxe pedicures are amazing. I reccommend spending the little extra and getting the deluxe. They take their time, no rush and ensure that youre getting what you pay for. Wont go anywhere else for a pedi now. The massage is literally 25 min long with the deluxe.
