From the second you walk into the salon to the second you leave you are treated so well and their salon is so clean. So many colors to choose from and their design work is top-notch. If I could give no stars for this establishment I would. I walk in, just got off work on a Friday and I want to be cute. Me approaching the establishment. Lady with attitude. How can I help you?" I visited this shop, and had a very bad experience. I was not treated nicely, and my nails were soaked, but cuticles and nails were not trimmed at all. Personality of my nail expert was not at all what I am used to. I was told the owners daughter was the person who did my nails. I will not ever go back there. read more

This place has ridiculous prices for a regular mani & pedi. Mani is $20 & Pedi is $40. That's $60 while others same nail salons charge around $35 for the same service. Ridiculous! Call before you go to this crazy place. read more

I've been going here for years. It started as a treat I gave myself ... getting a manicure on a regular basis. Then the summer rolled around and my feet were screaming for attention. They I realized I was growing a uni-brow so I started waxing. Now I go not just for the above services but because of the comraderie of the place. They are like family. I've gone to other nail salons in the area and, while they may have been a tad cheaper, the workmanship wasn't nearly as good and didn't last as long. Ask for Muffy, Patti or Laura. read more

I have been going to The Nail Experts for almost 12 years & would never go anywhere else for nails. First & foremost, Beth Ann, the owner, & her staff are meticulous about cleanliness. They also know when a client wants to chat & when a client wants a quiet visit. The technicians all have long standing followings & it never fails that i see the people I've referred to Beth Ann & her staff when i visit. One never gets a feeling that the staff is trying to make a hard sell on a service, or is anything but forthcoming in pricing, which is posted on the wall at the main entrance. Furthermore, Beth Ann is a local resident who supports other local businesses, charities & is always willing to donate her shop's services to fundraisers. While I agree that the price of some services might be a little bit more than some are used to paying at a get-em-in-get-em-out kind of place, my father-in-law always said "cheap is dear." Friends & acquaintances I have referred to The Nail Experts because of bad service & communication at other spots which sell **cheap** services (many do not speak English or even if they do, continually speak amongst themselves in their native tongue while you're in their chair... ugh - rude), as well as fungus issues (ewww...) & poor hygiene all agree: You might find a less expensive service elsewhere, but you will pay for it in some way in the end. You will not find a cleaner, more relaxed yet convivial place to get your tootsies done. read more

Beautiful salon. Other than that, this place was absolutely horrible. I was referred by a friend and it was the worst mistake ever. I received a pedicure and a full set. I was charged $40 for a pedicure that was by far not worth the money. I do not mind spending good money on a service that is worth it; this was not worth it whatsoever. Then onto my full set. My nails were lumpy, uneven, shaped incorrectly and absolutely horrible. During my services, another nail tech continued to rant on about her divorce with her husband and was very loud and disruptive. I find this extremely unprofessional. On top of all of this, when my friend who made the appointment asked for prices, she was told, over the phone, that a pedicure and full set would be $70 total. When I was rung up at the end I was charged $115 for absolute crap work. I had no designs done on my nails or toes. Just solid color. Both services also took a total of 3 hours which is absurd. *side note: I went to get a fill at my usual place two weeks later, EVERY SINGLE NAIL HAD TO BE REMOVED and once again, I needed a whole new set. This was by far the worst experience and lowest quality work I have ever seen. I don't know how these people have positive reviews or stay in business. read more

I have been going to this salon for about 20 years. I have always felt welcomed and the staff definitely strives to meet your needs. There is usually homemade cookies and BethAnn also runs specials. They do acrylics, tips, gels and straight polish. The salon will also do birthday parties and wedding parties. I have always been pleased with their willingness to accommodate my needs. read more

I absolutely love this place! The staff is wonderful and you get a homey feeling as soon as you walk in the door. I've been to every nail salon in town but this stood out from the crowd. The staff is very informational on how to fix any problem I have such as nail breakage and callus issues. Very clean and I love how the nail polish is organized by color compared to other places where it's just a randomly put on the shelf. The prices are great too. My nail chipped and they fixed it no charge compared to other salon which would charge. I highly recommend going and they will forever have my business! read more
