My regular nail tech was out. I called for a design and was told Yes. I arrived, picked the colors and sat down. The nail tech came to the table, saw the design and refused to do it. Her words were "that's going to take too long." I have never been refused service before. She was at work and the place was empty. I am a paying customer and taking my time to complete my nails. I've been here twice and didn't have the best experience either time. the first, my toe got cut bad enough it wouldn't stop bleeding (not profusely or anything, but still..). Whatever was used to make it stop made the entirety of the gel polish on that toe to peel off a bit over a week later. The rest of my visit went okay. The reason I'm writing this review is from my second visit, today. I thought I'd give the shop a second chance. It seemed to start when I wanted to know what color polish I prefer to use was called. They behaved oddly and from that interaction I felt rushed and watched, as if I was doing something wrong. I wanted to make sure I could keep using that one color, being the exact color I've been searching for, for quite some time. it isn't unreasonable to ask the name of it. I paid for a gel pedicure, which includes a 10min massage. I received 5mins and really felt like the pedicure was a bit rough, and not entirely thorough. I'm not new to pedicures, so I do have experience in knowing what you're paying for. I also got a manicure, but no polish (which I typically do, just to clean up my nails/nail beds). A manicure includes a hand massage and detail nail/nail bed cleanup. I received NO massage, at all, and my nails were VERY unevenly filed, I had hangnails still left (one was created by cutting at my pinky nail in a weird angle that has left it raw and sore). I noticed my nails weren't entirely clean either when I left, THEN I was charged $18 for this. I was rushed in and out of there when they weren't THAT busy. I felt I truly didn't get what I paid for, and now I will not be going back. I haven't left a bad Yelp review EVER. That alone should be warning to those wanting to check out this salon. Be sure to not ask any questions about colors, cause you'll get very low-key treated like they don't want you there. I did leave less of a tip that I typically would based on the quality of service I received. Trying to leave a thoroughly honest review here. I didn't make a fuss while there as I didn't want to cause a scene and tried to justify the experience and give them some benefit of the doubt. As the evening went on, I just can't justify two seriously sub-par visits. I won't be back. read more

It was my first time here for a Manicure and Pedicure and I will definitely be back. It was worth the 25 minute drive from New Hope. I walked in (after an employee opened the door for me) and noticed how clean it was. I checked in for my appointment at the desk then I walked over to pick a color. So many to choose from! You can get a Regular Pedicure for $27 or you can choose from 8 Spa Pedicures that range from $35 to $90. I went with the Milk & Honey for $35. My polish was removed and my legs were lathered with a mask and wrapped in saran first. Then my toes were cut/filed before going into the water. The Pedicure included a 10 minute leg massage, hot stones and a paraffin wrap on my heels! They do charge $3 extra for long lasting polish. Which is not bad compared to other places, it's usually an extra $5. I would make an appointment even if it says walk-ins welcome, because the salon was crowded the entire time I was there. read more

I previously would not have given Nail Imagine five stars. However, I started having Coco do my nails and she's wonderful. She's very sweet and does a truly good job. I feel like often times now when you go for a manicure or to get your nails done it is very rushed and people take shortcuts. Quality isn't a concern. This was happening with some of the other people who were doing my nails. Coco doesn't do this. She takes pride in what she does and she does a great job. Thank you Coco. New to the area and Tried this place 3 times got a initially got a full set with gel polish and within a day the polish started chipping. After my 3rd visit I reached out a day after I last visited to advise of the issue (I had previously told the woman who did my nails about the problem hoping she would do something different to prevent it from happening again) and to get my nails fixed and the woman on the phone told me that I should try a more expensive service because gel polish isn't for everyone. I have been getting gel polish for over 6 yrs at my previous nail tech and NEVER had an issue with my polish chipping. I've been a long time client of Topline Nails in Flemington but decided to try out Nail Imagine today. My mother and I got our nails done, both gel manicures. Just as a disclaimer, my mom loved her gel manicure and had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. I on the other hand had many issues with my gel manicure. Unfortunately I didn't realize all of the issues with my manicure until after I had paid and left. My nail beds were not separated from the skin and I had to take a nail file and go underneath each nail to peel it off from my skin, something that should have absolutely been done at the salon. Next, I noticed that there was bits of polish on a few of my fingers that was not cleaned up. I've never had a gel manicure where nail polish was left on the skin. Lastly, the manicurist I had did not go down to the edge of my nails on the side leaving awkward looking gaps. Overall, I thought that this was a really disappointing manicure since this is actually $5 more expensive than the gel manicure I normally get at Topline Nails. read more

I love this place. They always make my nails look sooo good! Airy is very talented and pays attention to small details. The only problem I have is the way they take off acrylics. I have vitamin deficiencies so my nails are extremely thin and sensitive (and I tell them this). They use a metrocard to rip off my acrylics, even the ones that are fully secure on my nails. I tell them multiple times it hurts me as I wince in pain. I have asked to have them soaked off multiple times and one lady in particular ignores me and still rips them off with a metrocard. Other than that, they all produce great work and are polite. read more

But Nail Imagine has more then enough staff to service you. They do beautiful work. Never waisted my time. I've left happy every single time I've been serviced. They give never push on more services then what you've asked for. Service is definitely worth your money. Associates actually listen to what you want and deliver without pushback one what I want. They never have bad attitudes. I've been getting my nails and pedi here since they've opened in September. They are very consistent with their service. They never let me down. The owner Lee started my nails last night. She remembered that I like glitter lol . Neal finished them and they came out great . Spotless salon! CiCi is meticulous for both my mani and pedi. Her gel manicures last 2-3 weeks. This is amazing because I wash my dishes and don't use gloves. Seriously!
