This is a smaller place with not so many technicians, therefore I don't feel guilty if I don't get the same one all the time & I don't have the previous technician coming up to me, trying to make me feel guilty for not having them do my nails..! Got a gel manicure here for the first time and this was just about the BEST place I have been to! My manicure did not chip over the 4 weeks I had it on. I could have left it on longer, but my nails had just grown out too much. The ladies there were so sweet and very accommodating. So happy to have found this place! My husband and I just moved to the Denver area recently from the East coast and I had been searching for a while where to get my dip powder done until I found this little gem. Lin did such an incredible job on my nails, they are shorter than what I usually have them so she didn't have much to work with but she did a fabulous job! She was so sweet and really quick but thorough which I appreciate. I've had dip powder done quite a few times and it's been layered on very heavily and thick (I honestly thought that was normal..) Lin did mine a lot thinner than what I am used to but I'm so happy with how they came out! They have so many options for dip powders and other polishes if you're not into dip powder. (Try it out of you haven't already!!) Although their business name is "Nail Center" they seem to offer a few waxing services as well which is great. My daughter & I were a walk in on July 4th. They were able to take us right away. They had a large variety of polish colors. One of the techs have been doing nails for 17 years. The other tech for 7 years. I live in the desert & have desert feet. Dry, cracked, etc. My feet turned out beautiful, Soft and no more scaly heels. The techs spoke English very well. The tech with 17 years had experience had knowledge of ingrown toe nails, etc. They have a lot of men and couples as clients. It cost $25.00. I thought that was fair. They gave me the files, etc that they used during my pedi. I will go there again. read more

I used to go here all the time for many years. I stopped in today after not going for about two years and it looked different. Even the atmosphere felt different. I got a full set of nails and a pedicure. The lady that did my nails was not too friendly, I wouldn't say rude but not smiley either I had to keep asking her to file the thickness down and file on the sides as they were just a big square blob with no shape whatsoever. She would get irritated and would roughly grab my nail and file more. When I pointed out a very crooked nail she to me that it was because "you nail bed crooked". And tried to fix it but blamed my own nail. Never have I had this be an issue before with anyone- anywhere. She did not apply primer. She did nothing to soften and push back my cuticles. She did not apply any oil that most do prior to asking hands to be washed. When I asked her she simply replied "oil after. Not now. After". Which never happened. Left with wide, thick square nails. Got tired of asking after the 6th nail had to be filed down. Pedicure was ok. Done by another lady. Nicer too. But they have three options to chose from. One with "no callus removed"? Odd I thought. More frustrating is I show them a pic of what I wanted and first they tried convincing me to choose another color since my choice was "boring. Not cool". Her words! I stuck with my choice as I did not want a bright color. I wanted rhinestones on my middle finger but they put on my ring finger because it "look cool". No I did not want to look like everyone else. I wanted some on my big toe and they didn't want to put on because the way I wanted would not look good. In the end they applied the stones the way they liked and where the liked. During this time I was able to find out that previous owner, Steve, had sold the business a little over a year ago. Now it made sense. It was empty when before it was always full. Please read!! I am being 110% genuine in this review. Please Do not support this business. They are only about their money/business. They don't care about their clients or customer satisfaction. I've been going for a few years, they do a good job. Expensive. High turnover (never same nail tech) But good. I went today, spent $152 on pedicure, nails, eye brow wax, (not including tip). My nails alone, were $85. Simple, long, Matte, 6 rhinestones. But a few of my nails had white specs. (From the drill dust that was not wiped off) They said that's how matte looks. Lol. They began to take pictures of all my nails trying to intimidate me, zooming in, etc. When she fixed them (only fixed 2) honest to God, she did it so aggressively she cut me and just let it bleed, didn't clean it up and proceeded to use their products with my blood. (Think about that). I asked to fix one more and she angrily said "that's the best we can do". The owner pulled $5 out and told her employee, "give her this so she can go find somewhere else that makes her happy"... in front of 6 other customers. $5 out of $152 to "make me happy?" Never even asked for money back, discount, anything, I was never ever rude about it, I simply asked to please fix the white specs after spending $85 for my nails alone, is that not fair? Why can't you just fix it? Is it pride? Take pride in your work/business. I'm not the only customer this has happened to, (I've seen several others but figured it would never happen to me, and reading other reviews others found them rude and disrespectful too) and this was not my first rodeo with them. But today, was the worst. I just can't believe how disrespectful they were after years of going there. Never again will I step foot. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to go there. Horrible. Unfortunately they do a good job. But, to disrespect me, I will find somewhere else to spend my $152...... She said, "$5" Ha ha!! read more

I really don't like giving negative reviews. However, I've been to this salon at least 4-5 times and each time I came I was very disappointed. The employees seem to get ruder and ruder. One lady seems really kind, she wears her hair in a ponytail and has glasses, but I don't have her name and I've never had an appointment with her. Anyways, after the last time I was there, I definitely won't be back. 2 times before that, I was turned away when no one else was waiting for their nails to be done, hours before close. They told me to come back later. Why does your sign say walk ins welcome when you turned me away every time I didn't have an appointment? This time, I took my mom to get her nails done with me. The entire appointment, the lady was very unfriendly with her. My mom accidentally messed up the nail polish on her toe, and the lady got mad at her for it. She said rudely, "I told you to be careful!" and seemed to be genuinely angry. I understand this can be frustrating, but accidents do happen. It's part of customer service, you aren't rude to people if they make a mistake. Especially a mistake that only takes you 2 minutes to fix. It's really not that big of a deal, sheesh. When I was getting my nails done, my nail tech was not friendly at all. She cut my finger so many times and was extremely rough. My fingers were red and puffy for a few days afterwards, I had to put Neosporin on them. Anyways, we left and gave them a much higher tip than they deserved (which was the only time they were nice.) We left feeling very mistreated. My mom never complains about people being rude, but this time she did. 2 days later, my nail polish was already chipping off a lot. Such a bummer since I had prom the next day and my nails looked bad already. Such a bad job and terrible customer service for the money that we spent that day. My father-in-law and I were in for a regular pedicure. We were immediately greeted and they remembered my name, my wife's name, my father-in-laws' name and my uncle's name. Now get this, the last time we were there was 4 months ago! Although all the technicians were busy we only had to wait for approximately 10mins before our feet were relaxing in a warm bath.
