Bad! I wanted a gel manicure, natural nails, matte top coat. I told my tech that I wanted dark navy with nude ring fingers. The guy showed me two colors, they looked light to me, but he kept insisting that they wouldn't darken with the top coat and when dry, they didn't. The "navy" is a bright electric blue, and the "nude" is an unevenly applied white. This was supposed to be my manicure before my wedding, and now I have to go and get them redone. And to top it all off, when trimming my cuticles the tech cut me, I was bleeding throughout the service and never once did he apologize or ask if I was alright. Just terrible. read more

I am ELATED with my experience. I decided to give it a go, because I was tired of paying the price for dipped nails, only to discover they had imperfections and air bubbles from being rushed through. My appointment started promptly at 4 PM. No waiting. The shop was clean, orderly, and precautions were in place for Covid. My nail technician, Kelly, took a special care with my nails. She was slow, detailed, and a perfectionist. She spent an hour and a half on my nails, because she wanted it just right, and wasn't satisfied until they were perfect. The rest of the staff were friendly, and social. They even serve wine! I seriously cannot say enough nice things about my experience, and I will definitely be back. This is not my usual nail place but I needed to get My nails done for a wedding ASAP. I got the dip powder for 40$( on A Wednesday) and it started chipping by the weekend. I return to have them fixed by the following week and this is the state I showed them my nails were in. 1. She denies I got them done there! 2. She makes me show proof from my bank statement after telling her I didn't have my receipt. 3. She Tells me it was after 48 hrs so she was going to charge me 30$ to fix the TEN fingers. It wasn't just one minor chipping. They are all completely lifting and breaking. ** She was not nice to me and told me I was not one of her regulars( which usually is all the more reason to show kindness so I will come back) !! First time I called an older woman sounded like she wasn't too concerned about making an appointment and that was my first red flag! We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment today and the older woman ( Lyly ) was like yes can I help you ? I stated we had appointments and what our appointments are for .. about 20 minutes later a gentleman walks in and this older woman says your appointment is at 12- I said I made an Appointment for 11 ( this is why I always make sure to call and put my name in the book! ) After I finished my pedicure with the young man ( Don ) I sat at Lyly's station. I show her a picture of what I want and she states , do you want it exactly as the picture , I look and paused before I answer and she says - DO YOU WANT EXACTLY AS THE PICTURE YES OR NO ? Never in all my years , have I ever been talked to this way from a nail tech. As I sat there, prayed for her heart because clearly she has a hard heart! I don't even know where to begin. My sisters and I bought my mom a gift card for a pedicure as part of her Christmas gift. It was a busy day and at lunch she accidentally left the gift on the table. When we realized it hours later, it was too late. We called the salon and asked if they kept a record and if we could have it reissued. We even had the receipt. They wouldn't offer any kind of solution. We are aware it was our mistake by losing it, but how do you not keep a record of paper gift certificates? We decided to still go in anyway, because we had an appointment for all five of us to get pedicures at the same time. I called twice to confirm that this could be done. When we arrived they were only able to start two of us at a time. My water and my moms water for our feet was cold the entire time, when we told them it was cold they said they couldn't help it, even though my other three sisters had hot water. They didn't offer drinks until we asked. And that was THE fastest pedicure I have ever received. Also, we got the upgraded pedicure for my mom and hers was almost just as quick as ours. I don't know what they did any different that warranted such a jump in price. They were done with mine before the fifth person in our group ever got hers started. First this was my second visit. When I went to them 4 weeks ago, I had my eyebrow's waxed, lashes put on, a fill in with three fixtures, and toenail polish changed (gel). All of that cost me $165 which I thought was a fantastic price. I asked what the young man's name that did my nails and toes and the young lady's name that did my lashes and brows to reschedule with them because I felt they did a good job. I went online and scheduled with the young man (Sunny) for Saturday at 9am. I get there and the lady says, "oh Sunny don't come in this early he has a kid!" I'm looking like okay; I have a kid too.... None of that is mentioned on your website! Then another gentleman that works in there says he have to take care of his 1yr old. Like why have him on the website to schedule if he can't come in when you schedule him. Then this man came in with a whole attitude... I don't work this early, I never come in this early! I'm like for real! You have said that twice and I get it, then said next time call to schedule. There will be no next time, all of you were rude! And the man literally did my nails the same way from the first time and fixed 3 broken nails and said it was $100. How the heck I paid $165 the last time for 4 things and $100 for 1 thing. Then I said why my nail curved? He said you came in here like that! No, I didn't, and you did them both times, then he said it's your nail bed! Came in at noon on a Sunday and 2 techs were there with 2 customers, doing toes. They said it would be 30 min. For my friend and myself to get a pedicure. We went next door for shopping and came back on time and sat there for another 25 Min. Until someone finally said they were ready for one of us. Told my friend it would be another hour for her pedi which was outrageous. She left, and they were rude about it. I changed my pedi to a polish change and I thought I was getting gel Polish but they never put me under the light like you do for gel, and when I went to pay, I asked why it was 20$ for a cut down and polish, and they said it was 5$ for gel removal and so I paid 15$ for NON GEL when I thought I was getting that. They did not put me under the dryer or ask if I wanted to dry my REGULAR POLISH. I work in customer service and get my nails done ALL the time so I know the drill. Don't waste your money. read more

So disappointed! Have gone in here twice now, the first time my nails were decent! Not perfect but not bad either, this time forget about it! They convinced me the first time to do dip (I've been getting it done for years so I know if you add on a tip the next time you take the nails off the tip disintegrates in the acetone) I wanted longer nails so I got a tip put on and they wouldn't listen to me saying I didn't want the dip so I did it anyways, anyways this time that I have gone I've asked for something very simple & instead of advising me to take my nails off and start fresh they told me they couldn't do it because the color was too dark to cover over with more dip, he then Proceeded to paint over my dark colored dip nails with polish which is now chipping and it's been one day. Called them yesterday after having my nails completely redone by Nail Couture to discuss the service provided the day prior. I kept calm and tried to express the disappointment after asking if they could do a certain design, they said yes, only to have my pedi done with the navy color I wanted for my nails and then they informed me they couldn't do it because they had no foil. He all of a sudden forgot how to speak/understand English and kept telling me how happy I was with their Serv. I told them clearly I wasn't when I was told they could do a design and then said they couldn't. During the conversation I expressed I paid $60 for the tropical pedicure with fresh fruit to help remove toxins, but I got no fresh fruit and he said yes, you got orange and I replied I most certainly did not and neither did my daughter. I realized he had me on speakerphone while other patrons were listening and thought it was a joke. I do not understand what has happened in our world when businesses think it's acceptable to treat patrons this way. I've decided for a future practice to record me questioning any nail tech that way if they can't do it, I have proof to fight the charge. Oh, I'll also ask the pricing total upfront since they clearly change that as the service moves forward. read more

I go and get pedicures to have them focus on my heals. They're very dry and need a little extra TLC, literally the only reason I go to have my nails done. My entire pedicure took maybe ten minutes top. I had been soaking in the water for roughly 20-30 minutes and thinking this is great my dry skin would be easier to come off and his job is going to be a lot easier dealing with my heals.
