I have found my "nail place". I have been several times and they are consistent and do a great job.

I've been a loyal customer here for a long time and have always loved coming here. I've never had a bad experience until today, which was really disappointing. The girl doing my nails would not put the drill down and ended up cutting not just one, but six of my fingers. She also filed my nails and fingers so much that my nails were left feeling extremely thin and brittle. I've always had a great experience here before, so I'm hoping this was just a one-time situation, but I was really upset with how my appointment went today. read more

Been coming here for over a year and half and had a pedi done and it's the WORST I have ever had. Called next morning to speak with them and was told to come back so they could redo it all they wanted to do is re-cut my nails and clean up the cuticles somewhat. Very unhappy time to find a new salon, to many out there to treat customers like this. read more

Hello, I came in around 1:15pm today and I am very unsatisfied with my experience. First off, I came in will very long and healthy natural nails. I told Levi that I wanted them cut down to a certain length and he immediately cut my nail down to my finger. I told him that was way to short and he put a tip on it so it can match the other nails. This was already upsetting, and then I told him I wanted almond nails and he cleary made them stiletto because they are pointed and not round. At that point I just wanted to be done and I didn't say anything about the wrong shape because the damage was done and my nails would've been shorter if he had to re file them. He was also rough when using the tools and burned my fingers the whole time, I know it can burn slightly when they use the tools but instead of using them for a short time he just kept the tool on my nail to the point that it kept over heating. I spoke to the girl up front and she spoke to her manager about it and gave me a 10% discount. I was still charged almost $70 for a service that I was not happy with at all. I really didn't want to make a big deal about this but I literally cried in my car after this appointment. The nails don't look bad, it's just not the shape or length I wanted. My nails were at least 1/2 an inch long when I went in there. read more

So rushed!! First, she cut my finger drilling my nails and completely cut off the tip. Then another guy came and rushed and I had to ask him to slow down because he was missing nails! What on earth?! I've been going to salons for a while and this may be the worst so far. read more

Well, I gave this place another try. I guess it all depends on who does your nails. Or yall just have never been to a great salon before where they've all had professional training. Got a gel manicure and a reg pedicure. They insisted that the color polish matched but it didn't. And the gel polish they used must have been super old because it left dark and light spots on the polish. It's very light at the cuticles and then there are dark and light spots on the rest of the nail - doesn't show well in the pics. Also, look how awful my thumb was done - and cut my cuticle. I won't post my pedicure as that is worse - messy, rough edges, unsmooth polish. 100 including tip. No thanks! read more

Disappointed. I called to ask if they take walk-ins. Scheduled an appt. for a straight manicure, nothing else. Arrived to salon and when brought to a station the manicurist came over and said "gel manicure". I said no a regular manicure. He looked surprised and told someone else to do it. I waited a good while. The young girl who finally came did not smile the whole time. I've had manicures before and know when steps are omitted. My cuticles and nails look terrible for a salon job. We love making appointments online & choosing our nail technician for the manicure or pedicure we want. They do a fantastic job every single time. Several techs are great at nail designs. They are very busy during the summer & you'll probably wait if you don't have an appointment. But I go 10-2 before it gets so busy. They're very child friendly I've noticed. There are adorable Disney Princess wall designs near the pedi massage chairs. Five stars!!! read more

So disappointed in this spa. Asked for ombré nails. They turned out awful. Everyone agreed with me. They asked me to return the next day to have them done over by the best technician they had. They had to completely soak off the set they did the previous day. The technician that did the new set was named Kevin. The new set was awful also. Three of them were so crooked ( not a little crooked VERY crooked. He acted like he couldn't see it. They were so thick it was crazy. There was no curve like a natural nail at all. When I went to have them fixed , they had to remove them again. I did have a pedicure there before they did my nails. They did a great job on the pedicure. But they do not do good nails. read more
