They still got the job done which I mean I only got my pedicure done and removal of gel on my hands so it wasn't anything crazy. I gave them 2 starts because their customer service was very nice, they got the job done and it's semi clean but not very clean, lots of thoughts were going through my head for sure. A guy did my pedicure and I got the basic one. Bonus points for them adding a plastic bag in the tub but their tools didn't come from a fresh bag and no sign if it was cleaned before hand or not, it was more of a trust me situation. Their nail file was WHITE like completely white from nail dust like just get a new one already omg and in the pedicure the guy was just rubbing my legs up and down for the "massage" like just don't do it at all because that just felt weird at that point lol and the polish on the toes is nice but he didn't even cut any cuticle so it doesn't feel fresh.
