The…read morefirst salon I went to in Surfside did a terrible job with my fill. 2 weeks after getting them done, they were lifting, cracking and I even ended up with a fungus under one nail. I walked into K Nails and sat down with Vincent. He not only repaired, corrected and replaced some of the damaged acrylic, but when he was finished with all of my nails they looked wonderful! He really cared about my unhappiness with the other nail salon and promised me that their salon not only use the best product, but told me that I wouldn't have to worry about those issues when I got my nails done with them. I believe him, he was GREAT!!! This is a great, friendly place and Vincent is the BOMB!! Thanks Vincent!

I've gone to this nail salon for quite some time and have spent a lot of money there because I…read morebelieved in supporting their business and trusted their services. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was placed with someone new, and the quality of service was not up to standard at all. My nails were mishandled, a couple of them were actually hurt during the process, and to make matters worse, I was cut during my pedicure. That should never happen. I chose to pay for my service and leave without causing a scene because I try to handle things respectfully. I didn't leave a tip due to the experience, which I felt was reasonable given what happened. What's even more upsetting is that when I tried to call afterward to speak with the owner privately and explain the situation, I discovered that my phone number had been blocked. That's incredibly unprofessional and dismissive, especially for a paying, long-time customer simply trying to address a concern. I'm sharing this not to create drama, but because customer service and basic respect matter. Situations like this should be handled with accountability, not avoidance.
