What a great spot to get pedicures, you don't get this view from your chair where I live (Indiana). The staff were great, very friendly and did such a great job even with the little in our group (a 3 yo). My Mani pedi came out great, but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the wax, which I had never had before. RIGHT before a wedding. I can't even cover it up with shape tape concealer. Nails came out great. I got acrylic almond shaped French mani and a pedi. It was really affordable. $35 for nails, $25 for regular pedi. I didn't catch her name but the woman who did my nails was awesome! She had little butterfly tattoos on her wrist and wore glasses. I would definitely suggest her and I'll be going back for sure! Very rude owner and workers! They act like you are "bothering" them! Not sure how this place has the reviews that it does!! The only thing I can figure is because their prices are very reasonable! Completely shocked to say the least!! First timer-and based off the reviews on yelp I was expecting a great experience!! First off, it's a small hole in the wall and it's completely jammed pAcked when you walk in!! Beyond over crowded! They were obviously busy, every seat was occupied. With the Covid outbreak being as bad as it is, you wouldn't never be able to tell as cramped as everyone was in there! It was not well lite either! And hot with the doors propped open! First impressions mean A lot and this place wasn't sanitary or kept tidy either. Was far from Clean! There were towels all over the place, nail tech Accessories everywhere, etc. very untidy! They rinse their utensils under water after each client as well! They do not sanitize their tools/utensils! Very unsanitary!! The cuticle clippers etc. are pulled out of a shared basket between everyone and not sanitized in between clients! The lady that was doing my nails also cut every single one of my cuticles so low, I was bleeding the entire time! And it didn't seem to bother her either! She made me aware it was because I "moved". If that was the case -why did all my cuticles look like this?! It had nothing to do with me moving! Very unpleasant! She was so Rough till my fingers are still sore and hurt this morning! Terrible job-want be going back! I felt very rushed as well-just had a overall unpleasant experience!! Wasn't relaxing at all! If your looking for a "go to" nail salon this isn't the one! Trust! Confession before I continue with this review: this was my first pedicure experience. So, I might be a little biased but seriously I can now tell why ladies love doing mani-pedis so much. Of course perhaps not all such experiences are created equal. This one was great! We dropped in at around 1:00pm on a Saturday and they were packed. The manager, who also works with customers the same as all employees, told us come back at 2:30pm and put us on the list. We had been driving and our room at the Ocean Villas just across Ocean Blvd. wouldn't be ready until 4:00pm. So we hung out and put our feet in the sand and came back. Unfortunately there were only a few less people and we were asked to give them about 30 more minutes. No big deal, we read our books and waited. Finally at 3:00pm we got our butts in those comfy massage chairs and our feet in some hot water. They asked if we wanted any drinks: water, sodas and WINE y'all. I'm turning into a southern spa woman here. Naturally I got the wine; is that even a question? We spent about an hour here. I spent most of my time right there in that chair while my girlfriend got both her feet and her fingernails done. The staff was friendly and put you at ease the entire time. For my feet they did a scrub, trimmed the nails and took a cheese grater to my calluses. Bahaha! My feet feel wonderful and smooth like a baby's bum now. They also spent several minutes massaging my feet. I've had foot massages before and this one ranked up there with them. When all was done they handed me a pallet of colors. It was a joke but of course they were ready for whatever I said and I've no doubt they'd have painted my toenails if I'd wanted it. That's not my thing though. I was perfectly happy with my experience here and it was $25 out the door. You'd pay more for a foot massage lasting half as long. The icing on this cake is that they're walking distance from several hotels and the beach. I should do this more often! read more

When I come back, I'm asking for her. Included in the price is the following: first the feet- cleaning, massage, scrub, hot towel, oil, and nail colors. then the hands- cleaning, then nail colors. The owner, Tina, was also very friendly and did great. Two of my friends stated they werent satisfied since they were missing part of the experience; they didn't get the hot towel or massage. The male didn't do some of the items included. C L E A N L I N E S S Love that each individuals tools are wrapped in a sealed bag that they open in front of you. It's very sanitary! W A I T I made reservations since we wanted to be helped at the same time. When we walked in for our Sat 1pm appt, there was no one here but since 130pm, 5-6 others starting walking in. Seriously!? My technician didn't even have nail clippers she was using a cuticle trimmer to cut my nails. I had gel done after a close up it looks like a kid did it. Reasonably priced but I guess you get what you pay for. I literally almost lost my life last month and all I wanted was a decent pedicure. Nobody knows what each of us is going through so be nice! Customer service is just out the window nowadays. Nothing else to say about this place besides they just don't care about anything not the people or how their place even looks. Finding a nail salon in Myrtle Beach on a Sunday seemed impossible until i found this salon. The salon is located in a hotel that accommodates free parking. The salon was small and pretty full but the staff made sure my mother and I were seated immediately for our pedicures. We both got a manicure and pedicure for $35 which was an amazing deal! After my pedicure was done I was moved to a new station with a women who prepped my hands before I was again moved to the drying station for a another women to paint my nails. I've never had this happen to me before in a salon but it wasn't a big deal. Although my manicure did not last long since I bite my nails my pedicure is still looking amazing weeks later! read more

Ok, so if I could give this place a -4 stars I would. I hope you read this before making an appointment. First I went by the stars and booked 2 of us a appointment on our vacation. We Botha River and were told to wait. Not an issue. We booked a lemon fizzy pedicure at 45 each. We sat side by side. My girlfriend got a full leg massage, hot stones and a decent pedicure. I got a hot towel instead of a massage, one mine of 2 hot sones , one on each leg and the worse pedicure I have gotten in my life. A 4 year old could have done better. Take a look at the pictures. I nw have to go and have it redone this weekend. She did not use sterilized utensils and used a cuticle to cut my nails. The only think I regret is paying almost 50.00 and not having the courage to say I am not paying for this and walking about. I was to embarrassed since I was not alone. My friend and I had a good laugh about it but in the end I lost and hour and 50.00 of my time and money. five stars ? They must be all fake reviews. Horrible place, don't let the crowds fool you. I was told they were running behind, even though I had an appointment. That's fine. Crap happens. It ended up being 230, and I still have not been served. Broken equipment and towels thrown all over the place. The place was not kept in a clean or tidy order. Like I said in the beginning, very overcrowded for the tiny space. It's frustrating to make an appointment, and 30 minutes later, to still not receive service. I made the appointment because I had other commitments today. I would have rather been told there are no appointments left for the day, or tell the customers coming in without appointments, that you have somebody scheduled. Very unprofessional. We went on a short trip to Myrtle Beach after going to my friend's graduation from Fort Jackson. She needed some TLC for her feet after ten weeks of boot camp. They had so many nail polish options, complimentary wine and such a nice staff. We had to wait awhile, but they were so nice and kept the wine flowing.
