Honestly, if it weren't for all of the incredible Google reviews, we may have chosen somewhere else, but that would've been such a mistake! Every single glowing review is absolutely deserved! Holly and Mindy were beyond amazing! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personalities truly set the tone for an unforgettable experience. They didn't just provide a service...they created a full relaxation escape for us! When we got back to our condo, I told my fiancé that my feet and legs literally felt like milk and honey in the best way possible - LITERALLY SO SMOOTH! I would not recommend this salon. The work was very sloppy - my nails came out uneven, with messy polish application and designs that looked rushed. I even had to change my design and settle for a solid color, but that still came out sloppy and uneven. I spoke up multiple times about the issues and still ended up with low level quality. My daughters speak for themselves based off the french and star photo. For the price I paid, I expected much cleaner, professional results, but instead it felt like very little care was put into the details. On top of that, the pricing was inconsistent and unclear, and even more poorly explained when I questioned it. Which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I was recommended to this salon by Tina from Atlantis Nail Spa and I'm unsure why . Definitely not worth the money. read more

Horrible Horrible place. Don't waste your money. Paid over 70+ dollars and hardly did my callus, had to go back twice because it looked like a two year old painted my toes. They put acrylic in the corner of my toe and that cracked within hours The manager was rude and wanted to charge me. They filed my toe nail to low after going back and now its bleeding . Called Atlantis Nails for an appt. They said they take walk ins but were booked. They said we could go to this other location they own, and could take us. Got there and they took us immediately, asked us about 10 times what we wanted. I opted for an upgraded spa pedicure package & received a lousy, pedicure massage, and my gel nails looked horrible. Also received a basic manicure. By the evening, my nails were chipping and polish peeling. Will never go back again, nor would I recommend. My friend & i had reservations & we got there politely early & we were rushed through so quickly, at least my technician gave me a small massage but my friends technician barely did anything to her nails, polished them & left her to dry, my guy at least put slippers on me. He did very little cuticle trimming and left nail polish on every finger. I had to ask him to polish closer to the cuticles also. What a mess. Luckily when I got my pedicure it was a woman who did it and she did a nice job. I even asked her to clean up the polish all over my nails. She did a good job and provided a 20% discount. The nail salon at North Shore closed so we called to visit their other location. This salon is spacious and beautifully decorated. The inventory is displayed in a beautiful manner, unlike any nail salon I have been to. I had a very unique pedicurist, to say the least. Initially, she reminded me of the "soup nazi" character on Seinfeld. When asked her name, she replied "evil" and she snickered. Then she said Eva. Her personality initially took me back a bit. And then I realized her blunt and direct communication preferences were endearing. She did a nice job on the relaxing pedicure and took great care of my nails. Im used to manicurist chatting amongst themselves and feeling a bit left out of the communication, but Eva holds nothing back and tells ya to your face what is up, and we all need friends in our life like that. Visiting from out of town. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. I was drawn in because they use pedi tub liners and the salon looked pretty nice. Wrong! We walked in at 12:35 for a gel mani pedi and a pedi with a fill. She said 15 mins no problem. We wait about 15 mins before getting a pedi tub ready and wait another 10 mins before my services start. My sister sat for awhile longer and started her pedi. Most requests she had was met with I can't do that. We paid by 2:30! My sister was charged $73 for a pedi no polish and 2 acrylic nails added my bill was $76 gel pedi and mani. How? I was told it cost $10 per acrylic then $10 for the callus remover. Total was $179 luckily my cc wouldn't charge so I paid cash somehow it's cheaper to pay cash so we were actually charged $149. I just couldn't make sense of it so again I asked. I was told there's 3% fee for credit cards...sorry but the math ain't mathing. read more

This nail salon is the worst. My daughter and niece scheduled appointments for full sets. They were quoted one price over the phone and charged a higher price once they were done. My daughters' nails had acrylic dust in the polish because the nail tech didn't let her wash her hands before he applied the polish, which she pointed out. Once the polish was applied, he put one coat on one hand and two coats on the other. It was really obvious that one hand only had one coat. He refused to add another coat or cut her nails down when she said they were too pointy. When she asked for another coat he refused and then joked about her being an Indian because of her birthmark on her forehead which made her upset. (She's white not even close to Indian). She's only 18 and a grown man felt it necessary to humiliate and bully her about her birthmark. To add insult to injury he did this in front of the everyone in this packed nail salon. Was given a gift card for this salon. Upon entering was greeted by Laura who used to do my nails at another salon but had left. She informed me she was the owner and would take care of me. Although my lavender pedicure was done nicely I was shocked at the price! I thought after I left maybe I had read the brochure wrong and looked at it when I got home. The lavender pedi is supposed to be 68 dollars and she charged me 86! I also gave her a 10 dollar tip as I always tip generously. Had I known she was overcharging me almost 20 dollars I would never have paid this much or tipped! Very disappointed as I had gone to her for a couple of years at her last salon and never thought she would do this to me or anyone for that matter.
