Great find! I didn't have time to get a pedicure before our annual beach trip this year, so I was looking for a place on our first morning where I could get one done quickly. I chose Nail Fashions because it was recommended by my hotel as the nearest location within walking distance. I am really glad I went! I arrived at a little after 10am so there was no wait and I was able to be seated right away. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure (versus the Basic). It took about an hour and 10 minutes, so if you're in a hurry, just get the Basic. The Deluxe includes a scrub, seaweed mask with hot towels, hot stone massage then extra lotion. The woman who did my nails did a fantastic job! She took care of callouses and my feet looked and felt great. Three days later they are still smooth which is a big deal for me. If you are looking for a pedicure while on vacation, I highly recommend this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and definitely isn't fancy on the inside, but it is a nice place with pleasant women working there who really do a great job on your nails. I'm in Myrtle Beach on a work trip, (from Charlotte,) and I was a little skeptical to get a pedicure from somewhere I didn't know (considering my background is in cosmetology)... My friend and I gave in and decided to give Nail Fashions a try, and much to both of our surprise; one of the BEST pedicures we've ever had (and we get them every two weeks.) From start to finish, Tammy and Emily took such good care of us. The attention to detail and the effort given to relax us was extremely thorough and greatly appreciated! The little strip joint it's located in could use some tlc, but don't let that stop you, the salon itself is clean and quiet inside. This salon is in a good location and is quite large. I had called the day before to make an appointment for a shellac manicure. I was greeted when I walked in by the one nail tech who was in the front doing another manicure. All of the remaining techs were in the back section doing pedicures. The soaking process began immediately to remove the existing shellac. All was fine. The nail tech that came to begin my manicure was cordial and pleasant. We were both freaked out at the rather large bug that went zipping across the floor near us. She called the one male tech and he came to the rescue. He escorted the giant multi-legged creature right out the front door. Back to the nails...I had an injury on my thumb a few days prior. I had intentionally waited to make the appointment so it had some time to heal. The soaking process wasn't painful so I figured I was in good shape. Well, that was until the nail tech rammed the metal scraping tool up onto the skin where it "was" healing nicely. I nearly jumped out of my seat. She clearly wasn't paying any attention whatsoever. The broken skin was above the nail so it shouldn't have been touched during this process...but it was. I also now have two marks on my nails where she was impatiently pulling and filing off the previous shellac and it damaged the surface of my nails. :( I think this is an "ok" salon, but I'm not sure I'd go back. read more

Very happy we found this spot! Frankly, we were looking for nail salons casually but my 11-yr old had to find a restroom and here they were. We both had a mani-pedi. No wait, super friendly service (it's family-owned and operated), not too chatty. Not a huge selection of 'services' but the water was hot, it was a solid massage, and polish has no bubbles. I walked in with no appointment and no idea of what Nail Fashions was like. So happy! Very relaxing and the foot massage by XIU - OMG! HEAVEN!!!! He massaged each foot for 7 minutes with scrub and 5 minutes each with lotion! Never have I had that length of massage a foot massage except from my husband! I have one bad toe nail and no pain when he trimmed and fixed up the cuticles. Best way to spend an hour! Highly recommend the men that work here! Best French gel manicure ever! Linda did a fabulous job. She took excellent care removing my acrylic tips, and then shaped and prepped my natural nails beautifully. She double checked nail length, shape, and the French manicure line. I was originally just looking to do "damage control," but walked out with the best French manicure I've ever had. I came here last year with my boyfriend to get pedicures for our anniversary. Not being from the area we just drove down the street from our hotel and stopped at the first place we saw. We were so pleased that we did! I got a regular pedicure and he got the deluxe because his feet are always super dry and cracked this time of year. They were able to get A LOT of the dry skin off his feet without causing him pain which was pretty impressive if I do say so myself. We came pretty close to opening and took us right away, everything was clean they have a great selection of colors. Came back again this year for a pedicure, again just drove down the street and stopped and low and behold it was the same place! Came in this time at 4 and they took me right back again. All the pedicure tools are cleaned and packed away and the staff here is so nice and excited to help and answer any questions about their services. Anytime I'm in Myrtle Beach I plan on coming here to get my nails done from now on! read more

We are tourists. Got 3 "pedicures", one adult and 2 girls. Wanted to just get "polish change" for the girls because they do not like their feet sanded and buffed. My price was $25, one was $15 & one was $20. It was perplexing. The polish jobs were good. My cuticles were over trimmed and I just noticed that I have two tiny scabs from the trimming. My husband and I was visiting Myrtle Beach S.C. for our first time in over 30 yrs. We were trying to find a Nail Salon to get pedicures, we stopped at Nail Fashions, walked in at 6:15p.m and they close at 7p.m., the owner said it would be a while, so we waited patiently because they were very busy. They were very nice to us, seated us; let us soak our feet until they could get to us. They kept apologizing for our wait but, we was so gracious they agreed to take us, told them there was no need apologize to us. If we ever return to Myrtle Beach again, we would go there again definitely. The place is clean, chairs are very nice and staff is exceptionally nice. The most comfortable place we felt during our stay. With great appreciation to the owner because he could've said "No" but he didn't. We will recommend this place to everyone.
