IN all honesty, that was the best and most thorough pedicure I have ever had! However, the gel manicure, not! She rushed through it. Left several hang nails, left skin hanging and barely cut my cuticles down. I had to return 2 days later because one of the finger nails chipped.(It was gel which is supposed to last 2 weeks at least!) today, day 4? Another nail is chipped. I never went back. She had such an attitude when I had to have her correct the first one. I wasn't going to let her make me feel badly for coming. I paid good money and way over tipped! Not going back!! Poor time management. I was getting a mani/ pedi. There were three people just sitting at their stations while my pedi was going forward. They should have gotten one of the nail tech's start my mani while doing the pedi. The pedi was decent but the manicure was horrible. I had to re-file my nails because she did such a bad job. She was jerking my left shoulder across my body instead of standing to the left of me. Then when she put my sandals on she messed up my pedicure. They are over priced and they were very unfriendly. The young man who did my toenails was very attentive, taking about 30 minutes to clean up and trim my nails. My last pedicure was almost a year ago, so they needed some work! We had a great experience while in town on vacation! My husband treated us (3) all to pedicures after a morning on the beach. We waited for a little bit because each tech was working with a client. We were all seated, following CDC guidelines and had a great spa experience. This was our youngest daughters first pedicure and she giggled her way through it :0)! The foot and leg massage was exactly what I needed and rejuvenated me for the rest of the day. We will return on our next trip to Myrtle! read more

June 13, 2021, I called and spoke to her at moon about a request for an appointment For my husband and self. She said she was open today but busy right now. I requested an appointment time. Came on a Wednesday to get a pedicure and it was completely empty. This was my first visit here and the facility was large and clean, but my technician did not speak much after she repeatedly urged me to get gel instead of regular polish. My real issue with the place came towards the end while I was checking out. They advertise that the total of services are 15% off throughout the week. I mentioned this to the tech upon checkout and she asked me to pull it up on my phone. I did, however the flyer was cut off at the bottom because their website isn't mobile friendly. I showed this to her, obviously on THEIR website and she said she couldn't accept it. I asked a man standing next to her about this and he said 15% off applies to services over $35, which it was, and walked away. The lady insisted that i show her the flyer. At this point I'm confused because if she knows about the discount, why do I need to pull up the ENTIRE flyer??? I believe they were trying to make it much more difficult for me so i would not receive a discount. After trying to flip my screen & go to desktop version, I finally got the full flyer (mind you, 85% of the flyer was completely visible before) and she simply glanced at it and deduced the amount from my bill which was only about $7 and seemed to have an attitude. Won't be returning after I see how money hungry their staff is for subpar services. read more

J T Nails was recommended to me by a local shop owner when I happened to complain about the terrible polish application I just received by another salon. I decided that paying for a polish change would be cheaper than buying all of the nail products that I didn't have with me (I was on vacation.) The shop is bright and welcoming. They were able to take me right away. Jeannie was fantastic. She asked me how I liked my nails shaped and then got down to business. She was cheerful and made small talk with me. The shop appears to do well as the woman at the front would call customers by name as they walked in. I would go back there again in a heartbeat! read more

Jenny and Tony were great. Jenny spent so much time on my pedicure and left no detail behind. She took her time and everything was perfect. Tony gave me a gel manicure and it wasn't the best one I've ever had. Parts of my nails were left off and my nails were filed in an odd way. From far away they look great though. While visiting on spring break I was looking for a place to get a mani with gel shellac since this was the closest place near the resort and saw its rating I gave them a shot. Well the pics posted was very deceiving.... I walked in there and it looked totally different very bare and empty. There was 2 other young girls in there getting services I was greeted and was seated very quickly the service I received was fair. The reason for the 3 stars rating is the lack of products they had they only had 6 shades of dipping powder..... and while I was there a lady walked in complaining about a chipped nail that the technician refused to repair she walked away and started talking about her to another customer. Still a great massage and overall pedicure, but their attention to detail is lacking. After leaving my sister-in-law and I noticed that both our paint jobs were not the best. I'm used to my nails being painted from side to side and cuticle to tip as well as the edges so you don't see the nail. This had all kinds of missing spots. And then for all the missing spots there was that much paint on my skin. So just be sure to take a closer look before you walk out. read more

I went with my two cousins for a mani pedi while on vacation. We called to make an appointment and it was pretty easy to get in. We arrived and the staff was very friendly, and the place was nice inside. She had us pick our colors and seated us in nice massage chairs. She was very polite and joked around with us. They started on the two other ladies first, which was fine we weren't in a hurry. My nail specialist came out and started my pedicure. He gave a great leg massage, it was long which is never a bad thing! I enjoyed it a lot. He was very friendly and nice, and did a fantastic pedicure. Maybe one of my best. Manicure was also excellent, he did cut one of my cuticles a bit short but it was an accident and he was very apologetic over it. I was the last to finish up and the three girls headed out. I would give five stars, but my mani pedi and my one cousins was perfect. However, the third was a bit sloppy. There was a lot of polish on her cuticles and tips of her fingers. It didn't look professional, and I would have been disappointed if that was me. Otherwise the experience was very pleasant and you'll most likely get a great mani pedi here! read more

Almost everything about my mani-pedi was perfectly average, which would have warranted 3 stars. However, we called at 945 and made an appointment for 2 of us for 1030. We could have come any time, but the person who answered the phone told us 1030 was a good time. When we came in, we had to wait 15 minutes before they took us to pedi chairs. They started on my friend soon after we sat down, but it was 11 before anyone came over to start on me. I actually thought about walking out at one point during the wait. When we came in there was no indiction from anyone that it would be that long. They should have just told us not to come before 11. If you take a reservation over the phone, there is no good reason why someone then waits 30 minutes for service after they walk in. That took the average rating they would have received down to poor. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the rest of the experience was okay-not-great. (Nothing else bad.)We did need to be somewhere else across town at 1, had we been so delayed that we were late for that I would have been very upset. I was worried about that possibility, but since everything else was average and they hurried through the massage pieces - probably to make up for time since they kept us waiting - we made it with no problems. But rushing through makes the overall experience worse, not better. read more

While on vacation at the beach me and friend decided to go get our nails done (SNS) and I had previously had sns on before, assuming they knew how to take them off. Instead of soaking them, they decided to just cut off the sns including my real nail underneath. My nails take forever to grow and I was proud of how long they had gotten. They were now incredibly short, and the guy suggested I get tips! Are you joking me, get tips, they were very long before you had cut them off. Also my fiend had gotten a baby pink sns and they had only done 2 coats so they were see though.
