I ALWAYS will choose this place to get my nails done. The staff is so friendly and talk to you while they do your nails so it isn't awkward. It is very clean in there and very well taken care of. I always walk out satisfied with my nails and they give you exactly what you want! read more

This is by far my worst nail experience. My mom & I arrived to the salon and requested walk-in services. We understood there would be a wait, no problem. When we were sat to receive our services, the woman who serviced my mother got up every few minutes to assist everyone else in the salon, including checking other patrons out. A simple fill-in took 2 hours because she would accommodate everyone else but the customer in front of her. I received a gel manicure & regular polish change on my toes. The manicure looks like a child did it. My toes & nails do not match in color. When I expressed this, I was told it just needed more coats. Once everything was done, I expressed they still did not match. I was then told it was just "normal". I was not offered anything to solve this issue (new color, taken off, etc) and actually felt ganged up on by the other employees when I addressed this issue the second and third time. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

The salon is cute inside and the staff are friendly. I had acrylics put on a few weeks ago and they were nice but I was cut twice during the process. I was given a voucher to use for the next time I came in to make up for it, and I really appreciated it. The next time I came in about 3 weeks after that appointment, I got the set taken off and gel to replace it. The staff were very friendly again and the quality of the nail painting was good. Although, they did not let me use the voucher they gave me for cutting me. This upset me since what was the point of giving me the voucher in the first place. I did like going there since the staff were friendly and the place was clean but I am going to find a new salon for the future. read more

While the nail technicians have the capability, the owners are using old polish and diluting others with acetone when it's running low. The end result is not pretty, and doesn't last long. It degrades the quality of the polish - my gel manicure looked awful and didn't last beyond 2 days. read more

I came in asking for a full set I was seated right away which was fine. I asked for a pink French tip not knowing I would have to explain to the nail tech what that was he should be explaining this to me. I also asked for medium length. All of the nails are very crooked and uneven. I asked him to file them down over 3 times. He did not listen. I am very disappointed then he overcharged me. $75 for this is outrageous. The nail tech was not a rude person but very unprofessional was taking saying breaks in between painting my nails to sit on his phone and scroll. Then he put chrome on top without asking. After I told him I didn't want it he looked at me with disgust and kept applying it to every single nail. They acted like they were unhappy to do what they are being paid for. They are very July and not even clean around them. NEVER AGAIN. read more

The salon looked very appealing to the eye and it was greatly organized. All the employees were very nice and were patient with me and my cousin while visiting. They did have some misconceptions about things i said and were a little rough on my fingers. Other than that, it's a nice nail place and i recommend. read more

I had an acrylic fill with gel nail polish. The next day my nails chipped. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. My other nails chipped as well. There was a lady who came in complaining of her nails chipping while I was having mine done. The nail techs just brushed her aside. Don't go here. I've never had an acrylic nails with gel polish chip. Bad business. read more

I've been searching for the best nail tech in my area. I found her in Lynn at Vogue Nails. Highly recommend them.

First time there. Wasn't impressed... my nails came out all different sizes. I wouldn't go back.

Both my daughters and I got my nails done here today after seeing how good a friend of mines were. All three of our nails came out beautiful. Wendy did my nails, filed them perfectly straight, also filed them underneath so they're not so thick and look more natural. Both my girls nails turned out flawless. They used Tracey and Jenna. My friend also used someone else although I'm not sure who. Seems like everyone here is good. I'm so excited we finally found our nail spot! Thank you ladies!! read more

I got a regular manicure and pedicure on Sunday April 14. I am on vacation so not doing any housework. I wore gloves to do dishes. by Monday April 15 my two nails had chips in them. My nails look awful I just dropped $200 on nails and pedi for me and my daughter. They don't understand English very well so they pretty much give you whatever services they want you to get. I asked for coffin shaped nails. And when they were very crooked she got a huge attitude with me and said that my cuticles were crooked lol no your vision is lady. They're thick and messy looking. I'm going to have to find someone to fix them because I specifically said short because I don't do long nails and I can't function with long ones. Kudos to those who can. It takes real talent. But they're not for me! These are super thick and too long. read more

I broke a nail they just did and went back to get it fixed, to get it off he just took another acrylic nail and tried to pry in under my nail and I repeatedly told him it hurt and he just laughed, then finally got annoyed he couldn't get it so tried soaking it for a minuet and when that didn't work he just glued another nail on top so now it's all lumpy and it is about half the size of the other nail, and he couldn't do the design they gave me the other day so it's bare now and my finger has glue all over it and it hurts really bad and then they still charged me read more

The gentleman that did my dip nails did a terrible job. He filed the side of my nails so slanted they looked crooked, he had to start over with two nails, got nail polish in the crevices so they look sloppy and the color is uneven. Should have read reviews, don't go here! read more

Horrible! Have been going there since it opened! They have a new owner from angel nails in pawleys island. Besides the fact that it took hours to do my dip nails, that haven't even been on a week and are already breaking and chipping......... my french pedi got 1 coat of white across the tip, and 1 top coat!!!! It too - chipped the very next day!!!! I will not be returning! #sorrynotsorry! read more

Called them to see if they had the specific color to match my broken nail and they said they had brand of dip to match the color from the other salon I had got my nails done at. New owners were reluctant to honor $5 Yelp coupon. Service was ok. My nails were filed so short after the SNS removes- I feel like I have no nails now! Service was prompt with appointment. I cannot say how wonderful it is to go to a salon where English isn't a second language. Don't get it twisted, I respect the ladies (and one gentlemen) in my fav salons in Northern Virginia, but it is challenging for me, as a hearing impaired person, to hold a steady conversation without constantly asking them to repeat themselves. It can be frustrating for BOTH parties. Mariana took excellent care of me today and gave me a cute July 4th style pedicure design. She has skills, was personable, friendly and professional; loved her family stories, too! She absolutely REFUSED to let me leave without making sure her design was up to her high standards. Love that! I also love it when professionals like her take the time to help you improve your weak fingernails. She told me to stop the vitamins I was taking and to instead do prenatal vitamins because what I was taking was NOT working. Another bonus is that she let me ramble on and participated an my ramblings. A classic/basic mani with a pedi with two nail designs cost me $40, not counting the tip. Up in Virginia, it would have cost me $60+ without the tip. The ONLY negative about this salon is that there isn't enough seating for those who are waiting for their session. With that being said, it only took 5 minutes or so to get me seated for the pedi. If that is the norm, then "waiting" seats aren't necessary. Well, that wasn't the ONLY negative because the background music was a bit too loud for me. Then again, I'm hearing impaired so it could just be me. So much so that one time, she was speaking with her fellow manicurist next to her, and I jumped in with my weekend plans because I thought she was asking me! Lol It threw her off for a second but we both recovered. I will wait for my monthly visits to Myrtle Beach to get my mani and pedis on. See you next month. read more

My girlfriend loves to get her hands and feet done. We are on vacation from Florida and wanted a local spot where she could relax and get her mani/pedi done. My girlfriend was impressed with the cleanliness and said that some of the employees had very good hospitality attitudes. However she ran into some bumps while she was there. She did not have an appointment but was welcomed as a walk in when she got there. She purchased a package which included a 45 minute massage (once started). The employee taking care of my girlfriend forgot she had another appointment and rushed through my girlfriends pedicure. My girlfriend was so upset with the quality that she didn't stay for the manicure and wanted to leave. They then charged her $63 even though she didn't get the manicure. Needless to say my girlfriend will not be back. Very disappointed. Below is a picture of the nails only 1 day after having them done. read more

On Vacation and needed to get my nails done. They did an okay job for the price but 2 hours later several nails came off. That night several more came off and several other were loose. I went back and asked for a complete do over. I was told that regular polish will come off like this. WHAT? 40 years of doing my nails or having a manicure and this has never happened. They reluctantly did them over but made me wait and did a lousy job. I was taught if you are going to do do something, do it right. Apparently this business did not learn that. I will never go back. read more

Great pedicure! They took their time offered me a water and the facility is very clean.

I was on vacation. Went early was told to come back in 2 hours which is fine . Got in the guy who did my rushed and rushed did not ask me what shape just made them super short and round .I got SNS. Got up as soon as I was done and said he was leaving to go to Pennsylvania did not even wait till I was dry or checked me out just left. Two employees were arguing over how much to charge another client in front of the whole store. We went to this location for convenience to where we were staying and bc if the yelp coupon. Which woman who check me out said that's an old coupon on yelp and they don't do that anymore . After I told her that's the only reason we came here she honored it. Giving two star bc they did have a nice selection of colors and seemed clean and neat. read more

They didn't want to they just try to put gel on top. It was so thick and ugly. The lady I believe is the owner or manager was very rude. Never been talk to so rudely in my life as a customer. It was my first time here. I was overdue for a pedicure. There were already four other ladies getting pedis when I signed it but I didn't have to wait. I got the classic pedi. He didn't file my nails down smooth so the edges were still rough and sharp. I had to file them when I got home which kind of messed up the polish a little. So annoying. But he did a good job applying the polish so it looks pretty uniform on all my toes. He was pleasant and sociable without being obtrusive. I loved their music too. It's a nice salon. The pedi was $25 which was reasonable enough for me. read more

New management is AWFUL! This salon now has an iPad sign in system. They market as "it's for discounts" but the reality is it's a CRM so they can market to you. Also, if anyone has a similar phone number, they can see your info (full name and telephone number) on the screen. I want to get my nails done, not be marketed to and I certainly don't want others having access to my data. In telling this to management as why I'd prefer to have a guest sign in option (which is not there), I was told they couldn't service me. 3 years of loyalty to a location means nothing to these people if they can't spam you too I guess. Good riddance! read more

I have been getting gel manicure 1-2 per month for the past few years. Today I got possibly the worst gel manicure I've ever had. The man doing my nails was rude and did my manicure like it was a timed contest. The result is a sloppy manicure with gel I'm not expecting to last more than a few days because of the way it was set. When I gave him $4 tip rather than $5 on a $25 service (because of the poor job) - he literally rolled his eyes at me. (I didn't do anything rude; I handed him the $4 and said thank you.). I'm disappointed because they have a pretty neat pedicure list - but I won't go back. read more
