I want to start by saying their service, 2 pedis were great. Very relaxing. Reason for The 3 stars- I made an appointment for 2 pedis and showed up 20 minutes prior. There was a fairly large family in the shop and appeared they were all getting nails, I'm talking new sets. Maybe 5 or 6 sets with only 3, techs to do them. And it appeared they hadn't been there long. Needless to say we never got started until 1/2 hour after our scheduled appointment, Which made us late for our next appointment. I get that you don't want to turn down walk ins, but don't make your clients that schedule an appointment late. Not good for business. I may try again, perhaps a different day. read more

Great service. Friendly. It's not as neatly decorated as most nail salons and there is only seating for 5 to wait. It's cramped. Not a real waiting area. I had my nails done by Le, and I absolutely love them. I am a little quirky, I want acrylic nails, very very short. Usually nail salons try to convince me to go long, but Le respected my wishes and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted without argument. She is a real pro, extremely efficient with the tools. The only downside is that we talked and laughed too much, and it resulted in a longer appointment than I wanted. I am super happy that I decided to get my nails done here. DO NOT GO HERE! I unfortunately did not look at the reviews before I went. I was lucky compared to the other poor girls that posted the pictures of their nails. My experience was bad to say the least. They charge outrageous prices!! 45$ for a full set and gel?? Also, the lady was really rough jerking my hands around. Very uncomfortable the whole time. I asked her to paint my toes and she clipped off my toe nails to the point that I have nubs now. She did my eyebrows and did not blow on the wax it was scolding hot! And just ripped off the strips. This is the 7th salon I have tried since moving here in May. A-MAZING! I walked in without an appointment and Lee told me to come back in 30 mins. I did and Jen gave me the most amazing pedicure I have had since I've moved here. I have never fashioned myself as a picky person but I was beginning to question myself as I was unable to find someone that was able to do a good job without me having to pay over fifty dollars for the pedicure before tip! I'm very disappointed. I came in for a simple pedicure. I was able to get right in with a friend. I explained what I was looking for but the guy who completed my service was really rough, dug way too deep, made me bleed. The massage was painful and not even enjoyable or relaxing. My mother and I went and got a mani/pedi.. You're supposed to feel relaxed and wanting to be pampered and we felt the opposite. They rushed everything, the massage on the feet/legs was 2 minutes if that and no massage when doing the manicure on your hands. You're paying 35 for what exactly? Then got home and the nail polish was chipped we saw, wasn't painted fully, bubbled and was rough on the nails.Very unhappy and would not recommend anyone here nor will we ever come back. If I could rate this nail salon a 0 I would. I asked for a coffin shape and was given something in between a shank and claw. None of the nails on the same hand are even or come close to the same shape as the other hand. The women who worked on me was rude and rushed my full set. They look as if my 6 year old cousin did them. I am honestly shocked that this salon is open and that can call themselves professional. I paid $35 for a REGULAR, horrific, full set. The only reason I attended this nails spa is because all the other salons were closed I honestly wish I would have waited a few days to go to my regular nails salon because, it was awful. They staff was friendly but impatient. They rushed into everything whenever they were doing my pedicure and manicure. While I was there I saw customers leaving because of how long the staff was taking to attend them. My mom has an injured toe now because the person that attended her rushed her pedicure and injured her. A client that had already been there earlier walked in again complaining that they had put on her eyelash extensions wrong and she demanded to get her money back. Overall the service was not good and the results weren't either. I would most definitely not recommend this place!!! read more

Worst place I ever been in my life. They try to convince you they are doing a good job . The lady cut my nails to short after I told her how long. Then try to bend my finger down to measure and prove they are the same. Next she made my pinky crooked. Assured she would fix but didn't then she had to put new tips on because she rushed a cut them to short.after adding acrylic my nails are still so thin she had to add more acrylic because I told her no I do not like them. Then after quickly painting them. I wanted rinestones I asked how much more for them she said 10 $ more .next she put on a clear idk gel to apply the rinestones and messes up the nails even more and the nail polish . Puts my hands under a UV LIGHT even tho I got no gel polish. Then put glue on top of the rinestones. After the my nails look like complete crap . She then quickly paints a clear coat. And then has the nerve to say 55$ . I said for what the manager said 50 for nails 5 for me.. such a rip off for crappy nails bull**** read more

I went to Le Nails on the recommendation of Connie - a woman at the front desk of the hotel where I am staying. The person she recommended was busy, so Quy, a young man did my pedicure. I was staying in Myrtle Beach for the week and decided I wanted to get my nails done. Went to this place after a Google search of nail salons. The staff was friendly however they were SO slow. The guy took his time but did a terrible job. I got a gel mani/pedi for $50 but shouldn't have paid that much because my nails chipped the next day. It would've been worth it only if it were cheaper. The guy also did not know how to go about taking my gel nail polish off to begin with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
