I walked into K Nails and sat down with Vincent. He not only repaired, corrected and replaced some of the damaged acrylic, but when he was finished with all of my nails they looked wonderful! He really cared about my unhappiness with the other nail salon and promised me that their salon not only use the best product, but told me that I wouldn't have to worry about those issues when I got my nails done with them. She first cut my nails way too short. When I saw what she did, it was way too late. When she applied the polish, polish smeared on the skin near the nails as well. I asked her very nicely to clean up the manicure, but when she did, she only made it worse. I am very upset with the results. By the way, they make you pay in advance, and had I known how terrible the process would come out, I wouldn't have been so generous with the tip. I should have shown my nails to the owner.
