Went into have a manicure and pedicure with soak off gel polish on. They absolutely ruined my nails. They are so thin from them just using a dremel, my nails are just breaking constantly. I had really hard nails that seldomly broke. They dremeled my nails so hard I had to tell them to stop (it actually hurt). Do not go there! They will ruin your nails. If I could I would give them 0 stars. read more

Jenny, Owner of the upscale salon has it all with many drink selections also a glass of wine makes us all feel special and adds class to the service and is totally uplifting even if you did wake up in a bad mood or having a bad day. The nails are important for looks but your feet are very important, sore feet are worse than a toothache. I myself have problems with ingrown toenails and with Coco's nails, no problem since going to them. The salon is beautiful! There are plenty of girls working. I would recommend you not have Tammy do your pedicure. She is in a hurry! Two of us were together. My pedicure took 15 minutes. My companion's took 40 minutes. After my pedicure, Tammy spent about 20 minutes on her ipad. It wasn't as if someone was waiting for her. read more

Had a regular pedicure done for 33 bucks. May prepped my nails which actually felt like sand paper the whole time. My feet hurt when i got home. She was so focused on looking at everyone else and people walking in that she was rubbing the pumice stone all over my foot instead of the bottom of my foot. Massage? More like just a rub to get the lotion on you. Then when she was done another lady who was sitting at the front desk came and painted my toes. I couldn't have been happier with their services. This is a very bright & clean salon. Upon walking in without an appointment, I was quickly ushered to a table with a very attentive, professional & experienced nail technician (J.T). He was phenomenal & very patient, as it took quite some time to get off the polish from my 1st nail experience. I am visiting Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament and went in to soak off press on nails that had been on for 2 days. A lady put me in a bowl of acetone for over 30 minutes and left to do someone else's nails because she didn't know how to take it off without hurting me. Another lady comes 15-20 minutes later and doesn't talk to me or ask me anything regarding my nails. She proceeded to try and use a cuticle cutter to take off the residue even after I recommended just drilling it off. I was in the bowl of acetone so long that I began to take off the nails myself. She finally realized she needed to drill it and did. Once it was off, she didn't ask me how I wanted my nails filed or ask me if I wanted another service which at that point I definitely did not. I left the salon with sticky residue all over my hands. Not friendly. Not welcoming. read more

I came here with a group of 5 ladies for pedicures, and we had a wonderful experience. This spa is very clean and has an edgy, modern decor. It is loaded with pedicure chairs, and it even has a back room that can be rented for private events. All 5 of us were able to get our pedicures at the same time; although, we made an appointment ahead of time. There were many walk-in customers as we were getting our pedicures, but I would suggest making an appointment if you have a larger group. All of the staff here is very friendly and professional. They do a great job, and we were all really happy with how our toes turned out. I opted for a classic pedicure, which was $28. There is a $20 up charge for gel, which is a bit pricey. I'll definitely come here on my next trip to Myrtle Beach. read more

I had a pedicure. I was very disappointed. The girl who did it rushed it and the nail polish started to chip off the nails the next day. I called couple days later to complain, and I was asked to go back to the store to get it fixed. I went back, and the same girl just painted over just the two big toes and didn't check the rest of my toes and left me to go to work on another client. I left very unhappy. Hope that the owner of this store see this review so she can retrain her technicians to do a better job. Poor and expensive service. read more

Terrible experience. I was given this guy after I made an appointment and he did my pedicure under 15 minutes. The manicure took about 5 minutes. The nails there cut into a straight lines that exposed the tip of my fingers.... I was going to get clear nail polish and he said no.I left with no polish at all. The total was $60. I made an appointment online with Jenny for a gel manicure and gel pedicure as she had done my nails the first time I went to the salon. When I came in for my appointment Jenny herself greeted me and I said had an appointment with Jenny. I guess she thought I didn't recognize her or didn't know who Jenny was because she had somebody else do my gel pedicure named Paris. I only found out her name because I had asked her when she began to do my gel manicure. At first I thought she was just doing my gel pedicure since no one said anything. Paris was sweet and nice to talk to so I got over it and was okay with her doing my gel manicure as well. Paris was nice but her work was very mediocre, she filed my nails with the smallest file ever and barely shaped them. I think it was very rude of Jenny to have someone else do my nails when I made an appointment with her, especially when I saw her doing the nails of other clients the whole time I was there. I would've understood if Jenny had told me someone else was going to do them but nothing at all was said implying that she assumed I didn't know who she was and she could just trick me. Brand new salon right on the surfside and MB border. Super clean, friendly staff, and more than enough space for several customers to be comfortable. I love the décor with shiny white floors, white chairs, and modern white nail stations. Pretty chandeliers and red carpet also make the space feel upscale. I really wanted to give this place a higher rating, but i did not for many reasons. Im on vacation and needed some pampering. came in for a mani-pedi-eyebrow. I came out with a pedi-dip-eybrow. Let's start possitve my wax came out ok, most places give u a mirror to check it out so when I got in my car I tweezed the area she missed not that big of a deal. My I asked for them short they all came out crooked. I always get them short and this is the first time they have come out looking so cock-eyed. Will have to fix when they grow out. I wanted a pedi and got talked into gel which I have gotten many of time but this was the first time I got a dio cool process but my nails are messy looking, she did not take the time to file them evenly, i have nail Polish still around my nails and I didnt notice until I drove off and can see it in the light. Just more things to fix when I get home. Deffinatley not worth the price. Will never be back read more
