I was able to make an appointment here with only a few days notice. Traveling full-time I have been doing my hair myself and suffice to say it wasn't looking great! Lexi did an amazing job fixing my mistakes so happy with the results. She also convinced me to step away from the box color and trust that on our full-time RV travels I can surely find salons along the way to get the root touchups that I'll need. She was even kind enough to share the formula used so I can provide it to other salons. When back in Myrtle Beach I will absolutely be visiting again! This salon is gorgeous inside! The prices are reasonable. The reason I am hooked is because I was offered wine with my service!!! I felt pampered the minute I walked through those doors. Katie was my stylist! I cannot stress enough how amazing she was. I came in to this salon after getting butchered at a different one with a cheetah as my hair. Katie worked her magic and fixed everything and made me feel like a brand new woman again! I am so happy with my hair and get so many compliments daily about it. I will be seeing Katie for as long as time allows me. I would recommend any of the other girls that are there, since i was able to see their work as well. I HIGHLY recommend all of my friends and family to Katie though. She listened to my concerns and also guided me in the right direction of what was gonna be healthy for my hair and what wasn't. read more

The cut/color I got was good. The salon was nice, but I wasn't seen until 30 min after my appt time & that had been moved back 30 min the day before. They called the day before to ask if I could come 30 min after my original appt, which I agreed to with no problem...the problem is that I wasn't taken back for my appt until 30 min after that, so technically, they were an hour late! Then when I went to pay, it was literally DOUBLE what I was expecting, based on prices listed on their website. Color/cut/style (not including tip) $295!! WAY overpriced! I see 2 different stylists (1 for color, 1 for cut) at a high-end salon in Atlanta, GA & don't pay quite this much, but at least I know what the cost will be before they begin! I really liked the stylist & like what she did, but unfortunately, this was my one & only time here. If the cost is going to be this high, they should do like the Atl salon & give you the quote for proposed services & have you sign it BEFORE they do anything. Prices on the website are VERY misleading. Bottom line is if you go here, make sure to ask what the cost will be so you're not unpleasantly surprised. Very disappointed. read more

Got a spray tan there and did not receive any information about the solution prior to the appt. and also didn't get any after-care instructions. Within a few hours my spray had turned a greenish-gray color and had cracked on my legs and around my elbows. Trying to get a hold of the salon afterwards for a refund was a goose-chase. read more

The salon itself is beautiful! Up to date decor and very clean. Everyone did such a great job making me feel welcome and at home. They offered me a beverage while I waited. I heard of this salon through a friend, and a coworker. They both come here for hair appointments. I decided to give them a try for my wedding hair and make up trial. Katie was the one who did both for me. I loved my hair trial immediately, but wasn't too crazy in the end about the eye shade choice I chose. She allowed me to go back for a new eye shade trial only and didn't charge me for the second go around since she didn't do any other make up at during that second time. She didn't quit until we got it right! After about 2 hours at the salon, we got the perfect color eye shade for my special day. 2 weeks before the wedding I made the switch to Katie for my normal hair salon. She washed, cut, blow dried my hair, and throw some loose waves in it at a reasonable price!! I will never leave this salon! Everyone is so sweet and kind, the salon has a comfortable chic style, and they offer you refreshments when you arrive. The morning of my wedding Katie nailed my hair and make up on the head! I couldn't have pictured anything else for our big day! My hair was perfect, my make up was beyond perfect! My mom couldn't stop telling me how perfect my whole look was. Katie truly is talented!!!
