Excellent customer service, tranquil and relaxing environment, fast check in and the deep tissue massage was wonderful , given by Michelle V. Short story: I was I. Town for my birthday weekend. I had a spa where we were staying, but they were booked out until Monday. I called around and found a spa, A-1 Massage, that was open on Sunday , booked my spot for 11am. I Got there, the staff had no knowledge and f my appointment time and was asking for payment up front. They made me feel as if I couldn't pay, and wasn't deserving of a massage and when I told staff I was uncomfortable about getting massage there due to how I was treated they attempted to argue with me. I left there in Tears. I googled MAJESTIC MASSAGE DAY SPA , explained my situation and they do graciously SQUEEZED me in. The front desk staff and seating area was beautifully set up . It gave ambiance and relaxation. EVERYONE greeted me with a smile. The room was clean and the fragrance gave spa rejuvenation vibes. I was paired with Michelle V. She was very knowledgeable about her Craft. She stretched my body and gave me a one hour deep tissue WITH stones. What once felt like my body being a pretzel, I was now relaxed, limber and felt amazing! Thank you MAJESTIC DAY SPA and a special thank you to Michelle for understanding what needed and delivering.
