I had a spa where we were staying, but they were booked out until Monday. I called around and found a spa, A-1 Massage, that was open on Sunday , booked my spot for 11am. I Got there, the staff had no knowledge and f my appointment time and was asking for payment up front. They made me feel as if I couldn't pay, and wasn't deserving of a massage and when I told staff I was uncomfortable about getting massage there due to how I was treated they attempted to argue with me. I left there in Tears. I googled MAJESTIC MASSAGE DAY SPA , explained my situation and they do graciously SQUEEZED me in. The front desk staff and seating area was beautifully set up . I made the decision to never go back but I should have walked out with my x-rays and records. It is ridiculous how long it takes them to send x-rays or records to another chiropractic office. I have been in pain and had to pay to start over with another practice. They didn't want to adjust without x-rays. Gave them the information when I called, they never said anything then, they never sent paperwork to me, called me at 7:30 pm to confirm my appointment the night before and waited 2 1/2 weeks until I showed up for the appointment that they refused to see me because of the law firm I hired, even after I said we could go through my insurance and would not have to deal with the law firm they refused. I have never heard of a doctor being able to legally do that or been mistreated as badly from a doctors office.
