Couples massage today- I will now be letting go of my massage envy subscription and coming here ASAP!! Best massage I've ever had and they were very nice. It wasn't rushed. I've had many, but this was my boyfriend's first, and he loved it. We will be back! read more

It was my first massage and Linda did a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and focused on the spots I told her about. Joy and Mary at the front desk were also very sweet as soon as I walked in. I will be back. read more

Came today for a 90 minute massage with Vicki. Today she offered an add on of lymphatic massage. It was so good! The essential oils were a nice touch. Her deep tissue is soooo good! If you like it deep, she is your gal. She's friendly and always checks to make sure pressure is the way you like it. I just got back from a long flight on Sunday, and she made me feel renewed again. She's a gem for sure! read more

The place was very clean and the staff were very polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing experience time and time again! I knew after my first appointment that I'd finally found my go to place for the most amazing massage in the Myrtle Beach area. I've traveled all over the world, and have had massages in many different countries but none of them compare to ones that I've received at Massage Viva. All the staff are friendly, professional and well trained, each time asking what pressure I like and consistently asking if the pressure is okay, focusing on the trigger points and finishing up with the hot stones. When I first walked in a few weeks ago, I was having trouble with my back, hip and right leg, now I feel like a new man. Highly recommended. read more

very accommodating. very professional. top notch service! this place is truly amazing! best massage ever! 10/10!!

Having injured my back 20 years ago, I need a regular massage. Read reviews and decided on Massage Viva. It was a good choice. I was able to get a quick appointment and saw immediately a clean calming atmosphere upon arrival. Linda was professional and knew exactly areas most needed. I love the location Grand Strand Mall. Their prices are less than most and yet it is a professional first class business. Next time will include a facial. So thankful to find this salon. read more

Originally from Orlando, Florida I was here on a mini vacation with my daughter and grandkids. My daughter gifted us this wonderful foot massage. Very intense and very necessary. Thank you Nancy, Joy, and Tyler read more

My husband and I had some time to kill before picking someone up at airport. We got 30 table/30 foot and it was amazing and I'm usually hard to please when it comes to massages. Pressure was great and I'm very pleased with this experience! Feet feel great after a 5 miles walk on beach! read more

I've been to the beach multiple times but this is my first time getting a massage here. The environment is clean and very quiet. The staff were very welcoming. I will return in the near future. read more

Nice people and good facility. Massage just sucks... Top 3 worst I ever got. Just because someone put hands on you doing massaging moves doesn't mean she is a masseur. It was just so bad... Felt like some housewives who decided to make a buck in spare time. She was making up moves on the way and getting back to the same patterns again and again, I literally had to tell her "ok, enough with my back, you returned to it for the 3rd time, do hands now." My request is deep tissue, so she was elbowing outer part of my arms hurting some nerves. Then putting the same pressure on leg muscles and below the knee... I can deal with this trash, but they need to hire pros or teach these ladies, someone gonna get hurt there. P.S. And I couldn't wash that nasty oil off for 5 mins in a shower. read more

I have done many massages in my life. This place is clean and the lady I had did a good massage. Prices are good for this area.

I read the TripAdvisor review about the sexual assault that happened here, but since the criminal had been fired and two of my friends had a reasonably good experiences here, I decided to try it. BAD IDEA!!!! I was shown to my room by a male and introduced to my female masseuse. I went in to the room to get undressed and before I was finished, I heard a knock at the door. I said, "I'm not ready yet!" and the male walked in. He stood there long enough for me to have to say it two more times! I decided that I did not feel comfortable there and got dressed to leave. When I was almost redressed, there was another knock at the door. This time it was the female masseuse. I told her I was leaving and why. The man was in the lobby and I told him the same. When I got to my car, I thought about it: Since he was not my masseuse, why was he in my room in the first place??!?? I went back into the establishment and was connected by phone to a "receptionist" who spoke fluent English. She told me the man said he heard me ask a question through the door and came in to answer me. 1) I was not talking on my phone. 2) I was not talking to myself. 3) HE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH SO HOW COULD HE ANSWER MY QUESTION EVEN IF I DID HAVE ONE?????? The question remains: Why was he in my room at all and why did it take so long for him to close the door when he could clearly see that I was not lying on the table. This man is a Peeping Tom who seems to get his thrills looking at naked women. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!!! read more

The best massage you'll get yet!! My mom and I got a hour massage here and it was so perfect. Warm oil all over your back, legs, and arms. Even a small face massage. Hot stones are included with a warm towel and trust me it is to die for. Everyone there is so sweet and makes sure the pressure isn't too soft or hard on your body. 10/10 experience, I strongly recommend this place. read more

I genuinely wish there was a zero star option. The Masseurs we had did not know what they were doing and my friends and I left in more pain than we arrived with. Also my friends and I have red painful backs. This establishment made us very anxious and failed to acknowledge our uncomfortable mood. read more

Walked in to get a massage. I was told that it would be 20 minutes and I could either wait or leave and come back. 20 minutes isn't long, so I chose to wait. I was still waiting 35 minutes later, but that's not really the problem. During that time, they failed to even acknowledge my existence. All someone needed to do was to come out and let me know they needed more time. I walked out and there was still nobody around to even notice. read more

Just took my wife there and we both enjoyed ourselves. We had a couples massage and the lady I had got all the spots that were in pain without me even saying a word. read more

*Graphic Post*DO NOT GO!!! Nope, no, never again. Got molested, inappropriate touching. Went in for a couples massage with my best friend. My friend was already in the room waiting for me as I went to the restroom. And she was already down on the table and as I walked in I was walking in and almost directly behind me the masseuse came in and I jumped on the bed real fast and pulled a sheet over myself to cover my exposed breasts. I am a large breasted woman and I was laying face down and he would rub my side boob very inappropriately and I adjusted and pushed my boob in with my arm which is very uncomfortable but I still went on with a massage. So he started rubbing my legs and literally pulls my panties down below my butt and he starts massaging my behind. At first I thought it was weird but I told myself this is a cultural thing. He then pulls my panties in between my crack and gives me a wedgie. Then starts massaging my behind. He then pulls my leg up to my side exposing my whole private area and is rubbing my labia and inside my thigh and I moved my leg back down and adjusted the blanket. More of this went on and at the end of the session he kept insisting my friend leave. It was so uncomfortable. He was upset she refused to leave without me. This massage took me back to some dark times in my life. I hope people take this seriously. read more

Scheduled through Yelp and my husband and I wanted to make sure we got to the beach. They were very accommodating in rescheduling for a different time after I had cancelled once. Tina was also quick to reply to any messages. We arrived right on time, two different people greeted us at the door. The couples massage started right on time and they took it a few minutes after a hour. It was very relaxing, quiet and what we needed. The place was clean. We were served water afterwards. The price was also on the cheaper end. read more

Called at last minute and they accommodated. Pretty good massage at reasonable price. Would recommend.

There is the below an average massage salon I have ever visited. Personal not friendly, a massage therapist was chewing something during massage, I requested an deep tissue massage and it was not it. Basically didn't receive what I asked for and when I left 10$ tip didn't even said good night or whatever. Would never go to this place again read more

My masseur was very competent in Asian massage & the service was great for the price. I would definitely return. The place is spotless

Clean and nice but the massage was not good. They don't really have any technique. Massage was an hour on the nose front the second I arrived to the second they were done. Slightly disappointing. read more

My cousin and I came to looking for a girl's spa day and I found the service rendered below standards. My therapist was friendly, as well as, the staff. Clean establishment! During my hot rock treatment, the room was cold and lit with a red light which made it difficult for dressing. Then, I had to remind my therapist about the hot rocks add-on so she left the room to retrieve the rocks. The rocks were terribly hot, so she would rub them on my back with a towel to cool the rocks down. She also blew on the rocks. I found this spa unwhelming. The pressure at times was too much. As a paying customer, I was terribly disappointed with my spa day. I will not be returning. I woke up the next sore. Be aware. read more

So, my friends and I went to massage viva expecting a nice and relaxing experience but what we got was anything but. The masseurs we received had no clue what they were doing, we were scheduled for a 90 minute massage but left after 30. Personally the masseuse I had put WAY too much pressure on me and I was never asked if the pressure was okay or not. The masseuse did not do the same things on each side of my body and none of us had to sign a waver (which we have all had to do during previous massages at other places). My friends and I left shaking, do not go here if you want a decent massage. read more

Serious massage. Have been here many times. Wonderful deep tissue Chinese massage. They will get to the source of the problem and release and remove The knots and sore spots in your muscles. This may not be the best time for those looking for just a day of pampering massage. This is the real thing. They have helped me Tremendously! read more

I love this place. Have been going there on a regular basis since they opened. Lily really work out the kinks on my neck and shoulders. For prior posts, you really need to tell the person what you're looking for. If too hard, speak up. If too soft, speak up. Unless you go there regularly, the person isn't going to know your needs. Best massage at the beach. read more

Not cool. Did a couples massage. The young kid who massages my wife seriously had no clue what he was doing. He asked my masseuse several times what he should be doing. What?! My masseuse was ok. Not horrible. Not good. I will not go back. For $58 for an hour, I would find a better place next time. read more

My girlfriend and I scheduled an appointment for a couple's massage while here on vacation. When taken back to our room, we noticed that the walls did not continue to the ceiling and that we could very easily hear what was going on in the hallways. The walls provided a visual screen and nothing more. The masseuses entered the room once we were already face down and we did not have an opportunity to suggest that my girlfriend might prefer the female masseuse. The massage itself was sub-par and seemed no better than what an untrained individual could give. However, what really bothered us was the noisy and uncomfortable atmosphere. There was a front door alarm that we soon realized was intended to be as loud as it was so that the masseuses could take turns stopping our massages to run out front and help each new customer. We could also clearly hear the man next to us discussing personal massage preferences and making small talk with his masseuse, in addition to the toilet repeatedly flushing. While we knew this was towards the lower end of the pricing spectrum, we basically feel as though we got a privacy and peace level similar to that of a chair massage in a mall. We were both disappointed to feel as though we had spent the majority of the massage thinking about how mediocre and unenjoyable it was. read more

Fantastic place with good prices (especially for the area). The therapists are very accommodating to your needs and do excellent deep tissue work. I always feel great after my appointments here! read more

Was on vacation with my mom for the weekend and wanted to treat her to a spa day! This place is located in an outdoor shopping complex. I was skeptical of coming after reading the bad reviews but Im happy I still went! We booked a couples 45 min session. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. We were placed in a spacious room, the masseuses seemed very experienced and professional. They asked us if the pressure was ok and when it became too hard- they listened and applied less pressure. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, my mom and I were very happy! We felt great after, they even gave us water and mints. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend. read more

Awesome massage, great prices and friendly service! I will definitely be going back!
