I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. And I have lived here for 18 years and had my nails done continuously throughout those years. So I have come across many nail salons from Conway to Pawleys Island. Every time that I have gone into this location, I am spoken to immediately with kindness, offered something to drink, and after confirmation of what services I am seeking, I am happily pointed where to sit at. Typically I am one that goes for a design or bright colors, or flashy, and they accommodate so well with each thing I ask for. I've taken them screenshots of designs, and without hesitation, they have easily duplicated that design as it's twin. In past nail salons, I've received rushed service and harshness if I declined a service up charge. But not here. If I declined anything else offered they are still just as kind and compassionate as prior. I have to especially note that on my most recent visit, I had informed the nail tech, Nina, that my nails were in terrible shape thanks to my lupus. And briefly explained what lupus is. She originally had sat me at a table with another tech, but after careful inspection of my nailbeds, she chose to sit me with her, and I could not be any more happier. She handled me with such compassion and gentleness That it nearly brought me to tears. She showed concern and caring and was very attentive. Her personality shines like each and every person that works there. The atmosphere is always pleasant and I literally have zero complaints. I already was pleased with the customer service and my nails/toes after each visit but now I am completely floored and over the moon pleased after, today's interaction and seeing that she put very much consideration and compassion into our time. She truly does value her clients. Not to mention their color selection is vast and they offer many services at a reasonable cost. It was on a fri. And I called at 10 in the morning to make appt. I'm a local I come every month. Those tourists only come once a year. And u tell me not to come on a fri because u r to busy. Ok. I have been going to 501 Nail Spa for a few months now. I have been pleased with the way Lily does my nails until the last 2 times. I call to make my appointments with Lily specifically. The last 2 times I've been, the male has done most of my manicure (acrylic fill in). The last time 8/8, Lily wasn't even there. She arrived in time to apply polish to my nails & do a color change on my toes. I don't like the way the man does my nails & maybe it's because he watches sports on his phone the entire time. People pay a lot of money for their services. It's not asking too much to get the requested technician or to have the technician not be on their phone! I will be speaking with the manager about my concerns. Hopefully, we can work this out. read more

This was my friend's and my favorite place when they first opened. We continued going when they raised their prices. We are all retired and are able to book appointments at slower times. Recently they have not been honoring our appointment times. My friend went and they actually had her wait and then asked her to use a different technician. This tech must have been in a sour mood because she usually is very good but was so rushed she did not do a good job. Ok s$@" happens. The next time I went I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to take me for my appointment. Then another friend went and the same thing happened with her. I guess they are getting so busy they don't need us as customers. With the amount of mail salons in the area, we will have to find another. read more

My friends and I had appointment's for pedicures at 11:00, ww did not get taken back till 11:30 due to the college is having graduation today, totally understandable. But when I got in the chair, it was nothing but rushed. She grabbed my ankle so hard to put in the water, which i informed her hurt, then cut me when she was clipping around nail, then my nail polish was messed up. And when i asked her if she was going to fix it, she wasn't listening to me, I had to call someone over to see, they told her to redo it, in return she spoke to the other technician in her native tongue, which was quite obvious she was aggravated . When I got home I looked at my nails and they look like Hell. Never ever to return!!!! read more

If I could give a dbl 00 zero I would. Came here last month ( as I was told Lily was good) had nails/toes done perfectly. Made appointment for following month with same manicurist Lily... for today at 10am 11/7/22. Walked in at 945 for them to tell me I have no appointment AT ALL. I told him I was given a card by Nancy at my last appointment which was on 10/6/22 for a mani/pedi by Lily...he denied that I was given card. All he kept repeating sorry and that I have no appointment and he didn't make me an appointment. He kept saying HE make all the appointments, not Nancy??? HE was not even here when I made my appointment in person!! Worst customer service ever. His remedy for situation? Come back 1230 or 100...ok which one? Ummm No not happening. Suppose to just wait around waste my day...Worst ever!! Will never go back. Lily just lost herself a good constant monthy customer, who btw...tips very well for good service...js. read more

i have been going here since they opened for pedis and always loved their service,often recommending to friends. well no more asked for a simple manicure with a coat of clear polish along with gel pedi. never got the clear coat,never sat at a manicure table, it wss done at peficure area- Awful they look so different! And the worst part- was charged 80$ only 8$ less than someone was charged for gel mani and pedi. Beware they make up prices and overcharge. read more

Set up 1 PM appointment they text me to make sure I was on time for my appointment. When I get there the person doing my nails is sick and I have nobody else to do my nails and they don't know when they can have someone to do my nails. I asked him why didn't you call me and the receptionist goes I wanted to but it's not up to me. Always have problems with making appointment at the salon and they charge high prices and keep raising their prices. Charge for every little extra like cutting down my nails or filing the inside of them which should be included in a $25 fill. I am so done with the poor service of this salon I suggest you don't even go there. read more
