After being a client here for 6 months I was shocked to get such poor service. I will say I was a walk in, so I got the whatever treatment. I came in and requested a fill and the first question upon inspecting my nails was Why I took so long to come back. I explained and Henry said he could still do a fill. He should of just said he would only do a full set. I explained I wanted them cut down and coffin shaped....... He was very aggressive and I explained I have arthritis, he said what's that? I just said don't squeeze hard, please. Then he just went on a cutting frenzy the wrinkle in his forehead was CRAZY!! HE WAS BIG MAD, SO HE CUT THEM ALL OFF ON PURPOSE AND THEN FILLED THEM, ROLLED HIS CHAIR BACK AND SAID COME BACK TOMORROW...... rude from the time I got there did not complete my nails and told me to come back the next day if you didn't want to do my service you should have never started. read more

went in for a fill and to have polish change on toes and they charged me $80. I could have gotten a full pedicure for that price! polish change should never be $35, that is insanity! Happy did my nails and let them bleed after cutting them with the buffer. Very poor service for such a nice place. Will not be returning there ever! read more

Very friendly but I won't be back. I was greeted by Lucky, an extremely friendly, charismatic guy. Very clean and the guy that did my pedicure took his time. However, here's why I won't go back. The music was extremely loud techno music, hardly the place to relax. The pedicure, while the guy took his time, was more than an hour long and it was just a standard gel pedicure. Also, the massage for the feet and legs was done with the salt scrub on, for me personally, not enjoyable. Anyways, I'm out and will have to find a new place. read more

my nail tech talked on his speaker phone so loud that it was ridiculous for the first 30 minutes and then left me in the middle of my service to go to his car for Bluetooth and then continued conversation my nails are all different lengths and filed terrible paying good for bad service is not what I wanted to do! read more

Happy with the results, but it wasn't a smooth ride to the finish. Came in for a pedicure, seemingly old massage chairs -- could hardly feel it -- like a kitten walking on my back. Helen is the best. My friend suggested powder dip and Helen does a gel top finish and they last for weeks. I only have to get them redone because my nails grow. The gel top finish makes it not fade from the sun and pool exposure. read more

Wendy was great and so was Anna! We got good service and the prices were comparable to other places in the area. We walked in, got seen right away and we were gone within about an hour. Honestly my partner and I passed this place at least a dozen times going for brunch at this place nearby, but never stopped in. So glad we gave it a try! Of course, I just get a mani/pedi with no color, gel, etc., but I do get my eyebrows waxed. While they do a job on eyebrows, I still prefer threading to wax. I walked in for a mani pedi and they sat me right away! The salon was so clean and it smells like a lush store inside, so relaxing. They were able to have one person do my pedicure and another do my mani at the same time so I was in and out in under an hour. I got a basic package but even that included a wonderful hand and foot massage and essential oil steamed towels. While it was a little on the pricey side their work and customer service was worth every penny. It is the best nail salon I've found in the Conway/Myrtle Beach area in 2 years. Wendy is my favorite, I've become a regular here and she always takes care of me. The gel manicures are good but the pedicures here are excellent. My partner and I usually frequent this place once a month for pedis and we're always sure to have a positive experience. They're located right in Carolina forest shopping center adjacent to famous toastery among other local businesses. They take walk-ins but appointments are better specially if you have a busy schedule and don't have the time to wait around. I think they're a little expensive for the services they offer and since they're you're usual nail salon. read more

Just went after the salon reopened from Covid restrictions. My nails were smudged and didn't have that smooth appearance you normally get after a pedi. Went back in and the boy asked me what I did. They applied a topcoat and that was it. No offer to fix it or make my nails look presentable. You'd think after being closed so long they'd be happy to do a good job and make customers happy. Nope! I went to this place because the lady that had been doing my nails for eight years started working here also and we had a great relationship. I would text my friend and ask her what day she had available and she would tell me what day to come out so instead of going to the old place where she used to work I would go to the new place nail pro and spa because it was also close to My work and convenient. However now the owners are telling her that they do not want me texting her anymore and they do not want me coming and took their shop. I went in to us a coupon I had gotten in the mail to try it out because I had never been. It was pretty busy so I waited about 20 minutes. No biggie. I was getting a refill. When my turn was up I got the main lady in charge. Told her I wanted a refill. And I also had two cracks in my nail which they could refill with their filler. But she ended up taking them off. Then she continued to take the rest off after inspecting them...not what I asked for at all. So I told her after she took most of them off. Well we mine as well do a full set then thinking I could use my $20 coupon on a full set. Then she tells me it would be $25 becuase she took off my other nails...um no. ..thats not what I as me for I could have just taken them off myself for free. So while im trying to save money she wants to charge me more. Then she tries to sell me on the pink acrylic and I said no because that's more. $35 no thanks.
