The pricing is very high compared to other nail salons. Service was not exceptional. A basic pedicure for example, is $45. But if you want your cuticles and nails trimmed, that's an additional 15, if you want gel paint instead of regular paint that's another $15. I love this nail salon but after my recent visit.. please know they have a price chart but do NOT follow it. They will add random charges to you. I got a basic pedi and was charged $65 for it when it was suppose to be $50 and was told because of the "condition" WHAT CONDITION? I get regular pedis and I'm young and I have never even really "needed" one.. i get one every 2 weeks.. I got a regular mani with gel.. they won't just do a gel polish change.. they make you get a mani.. they up charged me for that as well. My friend that came asked for a gel polish change on her toes.. they made her buy a pedi and charged her $65 as well and NEITHER of us even got a nice pedi it was only 15 mins with NO special things at all. It was actually more for the "basic" pedi than I pay them for one of their most expensive pedis that I get sometimes with the lemons.. Then when we ask why it was more than we were told we just kept getting told it was "condition".. then they are charging debit card fees and not telling you.. they do a good job and it's a clean place but they are shady. And they will tell you they you must of misunderstood because of a language barrier.. no they just won't take accountability for up charging for no reason and adding money to your totals.. read more

We had a party of 6 that all received pedicures and with an appointment they were able to accommodate all of us at the same time. I had a "cucumber fresh" pedicure and it felt absolutely amazing. I am new to this area and based on reviews selected this place. It is new and clean. Not the friendliest place. The prices are higher than average. The reason for my low rating was the nail technician. When removing the shellac, he left the acetone on for less then 5 minutes then proceeded to file off the nail polish. This unfortunately impacted my natural nail as he managed to file it down. I commented more than once to him but he dismissed it. I should have trusted my instincts and insisted the acetone stay on longer or had him do it in increments . I've been getting shellac nails for years and have never experienced this type of post pain from getting my nails done- plus they are thinner now. read more

I started a few weeks ago with a mani/pedi wasn't spectacular and I only went back as I had a credit! The worst manicure I have ever had! I just moved from NY where everything is expensive but $30 for a regular manicure, no special polish, his hands were like rough sandpaper, no hot towel and 4 days later 5 of my nails are chipped! They lied to me about the price and I ended up paying $25.00 more than expected. I had asked the price when I got there and I decided it was too expensive. I left, then received a phone call from them quoting me a lower price. I went back and in the middle of the process the tech stated she had to do other things, etc., and jacked the price up by over $20. I will never go there again and do not recommend. read more
