I have had a few nice manicures here find the men to be very rough and impersonal. Today I had a pedicure and the tech asked if I wanted just the basic $40 pedicure. I said yes. But when it was time to pay he added on another $15.00 for gel polish!! Ridiculous! I had asked for a gel polish pedicure. I feel he ripped me off. I will not be going back. If adding polish was an additional charge he should have said so up front! read more

I started going to Lotus 3 years ago. Most nail salons in SC don't do pink and white gel. They do pink gel with white regular polish. I started with a women hym who was good then she left and went to Tony who was good and he recently left the the owner Tina did my nails a couple of times and did a good job. I paid 55 last month and charged me 70 plus 1.75 for using my credit card. I live in a development around the corner and several people will not be going there. I highly doubt I will be back or recommend read more

Serviced by the Mgr for a basic pedicure will get you a sorry ass job. Too busy worrying about the next one thru the door will eventually get your door shut. They claim appointments only ...then slip people in knowing the schedule will be affected but they have you in a chair. Asking customers to pay with cash is a good indicator of deception. These type ....do it well... I'm sure this review will be rebutted. I just spoke for alot of others keeping silent about Their issues with this place... read more

I have been going to Lotus for many years for pedicures. Some pedicures have been great and some fair. I went on Saturday, 2/14/26, for a pedicure. Not only did the technician cut my toe, the picture of my cut toe also shows a sloppily painted toe. read more

25 minutes late for an appointment. Then she waits on other customers including walk ins, horrible experience. I'm there for 70 minutes - and was worked on for about 25 minutes. I won't be back. read more

I've waited a few days before posing this review because I do not enjoy giving negative reviews. The spa was very clean and the young man at the front was very nice. But my pedi/mani experience was not good and I'd not return. First the gentleman that did my nails was rushed and aggressively rough throughout the entire experience. During my pedicure he pushed my cuticles back with that tool aggressively and painfully. Then the scrubbing pad was roughly used on the arch of my foot, the soft tender area - it's still scratched and burns 3 days later. The gell mani did not get better, again the cuticles jammed, the dremel tool used repeatedly on my nails often touching the skin. My nails have been sensitive since and around the nail on my fingers had been red and burning from the dremel. I always get French, like bigger white tips - he only did one coat of white so it's thin and uneven. After I had polish all over the sides so my skin was stuck to the nails. Because of the excessive grinding my nails now hav have broken edges. It was far from relaxing, my nails are now thin and sensitive. I was surprised at how little attention he paid to my arthritis, several of my fingers have swollen knuckles and are sensitive - he was overall just very rough and not appreciated. read more

I made an appointment online for a pedi and the booking process was easy online. My appointment time was honored and I chose the type of pedi service I wanted. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to choose another type of service and it was difficult to communicate my response which was no. The pedi was fine but for the standard cost of $35.00 I am usually given more time for a foot and leg massage which is the main purpose for a pedi in my opinion. The shop was clean and busy. read more

They are very rude to dark complexion people and they over charged me again I can here several times each time they kept changing the price when I got exactly the same thing done which was a fill with regular polish not gel. this was my last time coming here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will choose another nail salon that appreciates my business, and that treats me the same as all their customers very disappointed. read more

While my feet look good, the pedicure was far from ideal! I had made an appointment, but felt rushed from the moment I walked in. The gentleman who met me at the door would not allow me to pick a polish! He insisted that I immediately go back to the chair, and when seated asked me what color I wanted. I chose the $50 pedicure with a hot stone massage. The entire process was less than 35 minutes, very rushed and aggressive, not a relaxing experience at all. To top it off I was charged an extra $15 for a polish change, but arrived with bare nails. read more

Went for a Bachelorette girls day and it was the worst experience of all of our lives, one was bleeding, one had two nails snapped in half and said she was in pain multiple times and they never stop she walked out with unfinished nails i got mine and asked for simple nails and they didn't even do them correctly and i sat there painting my own nails and they changed me $112 FOR WHAT?!?! read more

This establishment is equal to a spa quality experience. But may be much more. Very clean. That is a must. Friendly atmosphere. Experienced techs especially Tony. Ask and he will accommodate your request as far as what you want. Easy to book on line. Easy access and parking. I give it a solid 10. Thanks for making me feel beautiful! Isn't that what it all about? read more

I had an appointment for 3 of us and we waited 45 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. My nail tech was in such a hurry that she cut my cuticle off, Leaving me to bleed through the entire process, which was all of a 20 min mani and a sore finger for days to follow. My friend who received a pedi, was left in a cold tub of water while they finished other customers and still left with a smudged nail. read more

Lovely spa pedicure received by each of 3 customers (my friends and I). The staff were kind and cheerful and very, very good at what they do. One of my friends (and I) may have fallen asleep at some point during the foot massages! My nail tech cleaned up the remains of an ingrown toenail, very gently. All my toes look great still, 1&1/2 weeks later, despite me being barefoot constantly. read more

Went as a walk-in today (Saturday) and staff was friendly. The place was packed but I waited less than 10 minutes. Hannah was my nail tech, she was friendly and did a great job. My nails were SEVERELY damaged from an acrylic set I had put on at another salon and she was able to work with them and make them look nice. I did UV gel polish. Will be returning. read more

Went as a walk in. I was treated like regular customer. I needed to have a UV liquid gel manicure and a pedicure. They took me right away and did a great job. The salon is extremely clean and bright. The chairs almost new. Their selection of polish is vast as well as their services offered. I would not hesitate to return next time I visit 11/19/18. Went back today for a UV gel ( French) fill in and a pedicure. It was just as good as my last review. The place is still very clean and bright. Lynn does a great job with my manicure. Again, I'll be back. read more

Only offered 3pm....I am a working mom, that picks up her child.. explained 3pm would not work... they may be great....GO elsewhere, as they must not need your business!!!! read more

Absolutely stunned by the hospitality and professionalism! I took a walk in appointment coming from Denver and experience the best pedicure of my life, considering the dry to humid climate adjustment. They took their time with both helping me pick the right product (overlay French dip and gel on toes) and also took the time with application! Truly made me feel pampered, this is how pampering should be. A frequent flyer told me to make an appointment for the upcoming summer months as it gets much busier! read more

I was extremely disappointed for the money I spent. No one seem to be warm and welcoming. Try to drill my S and S off and hurt me twice. Pedicure was fair Got S and S on my finger nails. My appt was honored basically. The young woman who did my nails is young and inexperienced.. dropped equipment on floor and then placed it back on tray with other equipment. Totally contaminated the whole tray . Minimal English and I had to ask her to stop. New equipment brought over . No glove change through out process. I've been there multiple times but not sure I'll go back . Difficult decision because it has been good til now . read more

Visiting from CT and needed a place to relax with friends on vacation and get some mani/pedis. We walked in without making an appointment and they got us right in. I have been a customer of Nails and Spa for nearly 2 years and after today I will NEVER return. My regular technician was not there and so the manager gave me to her unlicensed teenage daughter. I don't think the girl was a day over 14. I got the worst manicure ever. This poor child didn't know what she was doing -- her mom was coaching her every step of the way. My usual 45 minute manicure took over 2 hours. I am considering filing a formal complaint with the NC licensing board. read more

I wish I could say how the actual pedicure was, but on the THREE separate occasions I came for a pedicure (on a Saturday!) the wait was over an hour long because they only had one technician in the building. I think the owner is the only one that does a good job. She obviously has a following. Don't be surprised if they can't take you when you walk in. They are understaffed. I will not be going back. Because of that I will not return. read more

I was vacationing with my family and needed a pedicure. As a mother of 5 boys this is something that I get to do maybe once or twice a year. I got the Orange peel deluxe spa pedicure and it was wonderful! I don't know how the regular pedicure is, but I got the whole treatment for my feet! After that I wanted a manicure as well. I would have got a set of nails, but felt like the manicure was wonderful. My nails are short, but they needed TLC and that is what I got! Hopefully, we will be back again next year and I will for sure come back!! Thank you!!! read more
