Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Tattoo artist Ronnie took the time to listen to what I wanted and advise me regarding tattoo idea. I had initially wanted a scripture (Genesis 16:13) below the Hebrew letters but due to the size I wanted he explained that over time the loops of the letters would close and it would not look crisp/clean anymore. I was grateful for that feedback as I was unaware of that fact and would not want a tattoo that doesn't look high quality... even years down the road. It's a very clean place: brand new needle in package shown to me before tattoo work began. Thorough follow up care provided including great responsiveness to messages. This strip area has only tattoo and piecing shops. Met with a few artist and decided to go with Ferd. The shop was near and clean, he used new utensils and I felt it was safe environment for my tattooing. At first I felt he was short and not personable. There was some confusion on my part as to why he wouldn't give me what I originally asked for. After leaving and dealing with someone else that wanted to charge me $240 and make my tattoo a sleeve I decided on him. After we went over my thoughts he drew it up, more confusion as to my request and I felt shut down when trying to stop him to correct him on what I meant.. I just sat down after him abruptly telling me to wait until he was done and then I can let him know. I felt we could have saved time bc it was not at all what I wanted, but I also would have went with it if it was a nice edition to my phrase. I still didn't like it and I wanted to go with what I wanted. After all the unpleasantness and we started the tattoo he was very personable and quick! My tattoo was small and didn't take that long maybe about an hour with the whole process. I was also told (by my husband) to overlook my grievances, I may have misunderstood his vibe bc he's an artist and they can be direct, for me to feel comfortable with people I like a personable personality but I'm glad I gave him a chance. I haven't had a tattoo in a long time and I didn't expect words to cost this much($120) but again after his time (consultation) and willingness to do my tattoo and not try to suggest me to go very large for the small tat I wanted, (evidently small print bleeds over time and gets bigger and you can't really read it) I went along with the price and We tipped him as well. Don't judge a book by the first chapter I guess lol. The middle and ending was a great experience! I would come back. read more

I went here with my mom and my aunt to get some fun tattoos on vacation. Before getting a tattoo here I had 4 previous tattoos done elsewhere, so I was expecting the same jist as the others...but it was not it at all. I don't remember my artist, but the whole time he was tattooing he had a tv show on netflix and was half watching. My tattoo is healed now after a month and a half and is so faded there's just spots of my skin showing through. I paid before i got my tattoo which has never happened and it was $120. My other tattoos I have average around $80-200, but look so good for the price. It's overpriced for a crappy tattoo read more

I recently posted a review of my experience with Premier Tattoo on Facebook Their response to my review was extremely untrue, demeaning, and a defamation of character. I only posted the review to keep other unsuspecting people from facing the same ordeal I went through. Right from the beginning the guy said I was being difficult because I asked advice on size and placement. They are the artists, the experts, so I wanted his opinion and he refused saying it was my tattoo. He decided to tattoo my sister first (we were supposed to get matching tattoos). 15 min into the tattoo he stated that he was going to improvise. I didn't look at he tattoo until he said he was done and I barely talked except to my sister because every time I opened my mouth the guy said I was being rude or difficult or has no since of humor. So I just didn't talk to him at him or about him at all. Cut to her tattoo being done (40 mins tattooing time max). Her tattoo looks nothing like the picture. It's cartoonish, it's not fully outlined, it's missing blocks of color, it's disproportionate. I say nothing. I sit down. They asked me what? So I tell them I don't like it. The nose isn't defined the ears are to big the eye looks wrong I don't like the colors. My sister asked him if he could make mine more like the picture. He said yes and he leaves the room for several minutes. When he comes back it's obvious that I'm uncomfortable they ask what? Again so I repeated what I said and he said didn't you hear what I just said! He was upset. I was more uncomfortable. I backed myself into a corner. I felt trapped. This repeats. He tells us to leave. In regards to his comment of my "being high on a 3 drug cocktail"... you CANNOT publicly post someone is high on drugs. My friends, family, coworkers could see this. This is defamation of character. My sister was talking about the medicine I gave her working. And I said it's the perfect combination. I never said I was high. And I wasn't high. And neither was my sister. We took a diet pill, a migraine pill, and an aleve. And I told him that. Nothing in those make you high. And they have no right to accuse me of being on drugs and high because they cannot accept that they were unable to do what a real tattoo artist could do. They immediately blocked their page after that before I could defend myself. He knew the tattoo was out of his abilities. He placed a permanent tattoo on a person knowing that it wouldn't be right. My sister immediately told me after we left that she was going to have it fixed when it heals. So sorry to burst your bubble premier tattoo, but if she feels the tattoo needs to be fixed then she didn't like it. Me: If I could give zero stars I would. This place kicked me out for being "to picky" after botching my sisters tattoo. Went Nextdoor to wildside tattoo and they gave me the most beautiful tattoo ever!! It's terrible that we waited 7 years to get matching tattoos and this place ruined our dreams and crushed our souls. STAY AWAY. Them: Jennifer your sister was very happy with her tattoo. However during her entire session of getting her tattoo you were criticizing our artist for one thing or another. It was at our artists discretion to decide not to tattoo you because you made it clear that nothing he could put on you would make you happy at that time. In fact, we didn't even charge your sister for her tattoo because you were showing off so badly about a tattoo that wasn't even on your body! We have NEVER had a negative review, in fact our customers praise us for our customer service and friendly environment. We are glad you found a place to meet your needs! Me: Actually... I didn't say one word while she got her tattoo. It was after word. And I asked him for placement advise. He refused. Size advise. He refused. That's why he tattooed her first because I was asking advise which apparently is not acceptable at your shop. I didn't see her tattoo until it was done because I was sitting in the corner the whole time. I told him I wanted more detail than hers on the nose and eyes and I wanted it more like the picture and he left the room. Them: Maybe your not remembering the experience correctly since you told our artist that you had just taken some kind of 3 drug cocktail before you came in to get tattooed. We tattooed your sister whom stated she loved her tattoo and we did not even charge her! We refused to tattoo you for a number of reasons including you being high by your own admission after your sister was finished getting tattooed. Like I stated in the first message, we are glad you found someone to make you happy and meet your needs! We stand by our work, our reputation and our customers. read more

My Mom and I was at the beach the weekend of Sept 24 (the 9th anniversary of me losing my baby brother, and my mom losing her 24 year old youngest son to a tragic car accident. On spur of the moment, we decided we wanted to get us a tattoo of my late brothers "no worries" Chinese symbol. I called the studio around 5, emailed them my brother's tattoo, and was in studio by 7:15 getting our first tattooes above our ankles.
