I had initially wanted a scripture (Genesis 16:13) below the Hebrew letters but due to the size I wanted he explained that over time the loops of the letters would close and it would not look crisp/clean anymore. I was grateful for that feedback as I was unaware of that fact and would not want a tattoo that doesn't look high quality... even years down the road. It's a very clean place: brand new needle in package shown to me before tattoo work began. Thorough follow up care provided including great responsiveness to messages. Very reasonable price for such quality work.

I have a task specific service animal that is trained to interrupt ptsd episodes, help me to a safe exit during an episode, and to alert a nearby person who may be able to help me if I become severely disoriented or mute. My disability is not visible, but my service animal is. I traveled from out of state and the only reason that he has a patch that says that he is in training is because this was his first trip flying on an airplane which lets others be a bit more understanding if he does make a mistake that I need to correct. The service's that he preforms to assist with are fully training and carried out when necessary. I came into this shop looking to have a tattoo done. The shop was operating on a walk in only basis. When I walked in the woman expressed concern about my service animal posing a health risk. He is well groomed, hypo allergenic, and does not shed. When I informed the woman at the front desk that he is a service animal and not just an emotional support animal, she requested her manager come talk to me. Thinking that the man would understand that per federal ADA requirements and the tattoo shop being a public place of service that he is required to allow my service animal to accompany me, he said no. He informed me to call the health department which I agreed to do, and once I agreed, he told me that regardless on if the health department says that they have to allow my service dog, he still had the right to refuse service to me.

TL;DR: Go *literally* anywhere else for piercings and maybe only go to the tattoo side for the…read moreflash sales. I'm putting a review here under the tattoo shop to warn anyone who may see it about the horror that is the piercing side. As far as the tattoo side, I've only gone for flash tattoos and love them. My partner scheduled a couple pieces with Lori that overall came out ok, she didnt quite schedule herself enough time and started rushing towards the end though which was quite annoying. Now the real reason I'm signed back on to this dreadful app. Kim, the head piercer, is extremely negligent and as such has trained her newest piercer Jesse to be negligent. Kim pierced my partners lip and failed to give him after care instructions because I was with him and have 5 oral piercings(I didn't live in Myrtle at the time he got pierced). When he went back to her because he was having trouble with the healing, she put a much too small ring on it and was dismissive when she was told it was snug. I ended up calling Elite to see if they had time to take him and fix what she screwed up. When I went to get a flash tattoo for the Friday the 13th flash sale I had some time to kill while waiting for my partner to get called back, I noticed that Kim wasn't the one doing piercings so I gave the woman a chance and got my nostril done. This woman as it turns out was trained by Kim to believe that using a cork reduces swelling(it doesnt), and that the inside of the nostril doesnt need to be cleaned(it does) because the nose is "self cleaning". So instead of a sanitary piercing, she did not clean the inside of my nostril, shoved a porous object into my nose, stabbed through my flesh in a way that it hurt almost as bad as my nipple piercings, had to fight the cork out of my nose wiggling the needle in the fresh wound that she just created, then sent the needle that was just lodged in the now very dirty porous object, back through the wound to put *threadless* jewelry in my nostril which means that even though I know better than to not clean the inside of my nostril, I did not even have the *ability* to properly clean the new piercing because a flat back jewelry in a space as tight as a nostril doesnt lend much space to clean under. I am beyond livid. That is my 16th piercing, I have managed to temporarily salvage it from having to stay out and heal up wasting more money because I am actually competent enough to know how to heal a disaster but I shouldn't have to be going through the amount of effort I am going through to keep this piercing. I got my tongue pierced in someone's garage for free cuz some dude wanted to see my tits when I was 18 and that piercing gave me less trouble than this nostril.
