Amazing experience! This was my second time in the shop. First was a walk in. Ro took care of me both times and was very welcoming and super friendly. The shop was very clean! After I got my first tattoo I came back with Ro to get a bigger piece. I loved his style and his attention to detail. He really cares about making his art perfect. I fell in love with my second piece. He truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It's my biggest tattoo so far and he designed an amazing piece. I will definitely be coming back to him to finish my sleeve and other tattoos I have in mind! Thank you so much Ro read more

I've had two amazing tattoo sessions with Sean at Myrtle Beach Ink. He is great artist and his experience is clear in the work that I've seen and received. I could not be happier with the product. All of the artists are personable and talented in many forms of tattooing. The shop was very clean and the owner is always great to interact with. Stopping by is at the top of my list when I'm in the area!! read more

I wanted to add to a preexisting tattoo. Mark took the time to consult with me, adapt my design to make it work better and built on it further. Knowing it would take a while, we had to schedule a month or so out. He was an absolute pleasure and went above and beyond my expectations. It didn't feel rushed at all and he even let me add more detail beyond what we had discussed. you can go back for a free touch up within a year!! 10/10 would recommend. I got it done back in august and it still looks great:) read more

Super chill place. All the employees are unbelievably sweet and their great at their craft. My wife and I walked in--she had a specific design in mind, I did not--and within an hour we were walking out the door with ink that we're unbelievably happy with and can't wait until we're in town again to go back!! Great experience and their manager was super cute (four-legged friend ). Thank you Sean!! read more

Had the pleasure of walking in and getting an amazing tattoo, I've been waiting to get. Sean is an awesome artist and person. As I sit here looking at my tattoo (just three hours later), I'm seeing little details I didn't notice before. The shading and attention he put on it are amazing. (The picture is good, but doesn't do it justice) Great conversation throughout the whole process. The rest of the crew there was courteous and informative. Seemed like a great family atmosphere. Not over priced at all. Prices are on par. Matter of fact, looking at the work now, I should've given a bigger tip to Sean! Will be back to get my next, without a doubt. read more

I didn't catch the receptionists name but she was extremely friendly and helpful both prior to my visit and also once I showed up for my appointment. I had Sean as an artist who was absolutely amazing! He helped me figure out how to tweak my drawing to make it look the best over time. He was extremely friendly and very engaging while doing my tattoo. The actual tattoo came out amazing with super clean and crisp lines. I would highly recommend Sean and this shop! read more

Best tattoo experiance ever. The shop is clean.. the tattoo rooms are even cleaner. No doubt in this place at all. I did not need to shop around the strip. I researched online about this place and walked in and knew this is where I am getting my ink. Sean is an amazing artist. He took time with my design, gave me numerous options. He took my idea and surpassed it by 110%. I brought my 63 year old father with me as he has always wanted a tattoo but never pulled the trigger. He was interested in the process. I was very impressed by Sean's artwork. But my father has been raving about the Myrtle Beach Ink and Sean since we stepped out of the shop. My father is now considering a tattoo but only wants Sean to do the work! I live in NY but I'm solid, when I want or need new ink. Sean and Myrtle Beach Ink, is the only place I'm going to. Thank you for everything Sean and Myrtle Beach Ink, you made my expectations a reality, plus more. Will definitely return. See you soon Myrtle Beach Ink and Sean!! read more

Sean did a great job on my special tribute tattoo, we moved the tattoo location a couple of times to where I felt best and the script . Cesar!!!! He straight killed my tattoo request. I was a walk-in & from start to finish Cesar was the consummate professional. He listened well to how I wanted my tattoo designed & even added a lil personalization to a basic design. He kept it clean & simple. After relaxing in his chair & listening to some amazing tunes on the radio & feeling almost none of the work, I left with an awesome yin yang tattoo about the size of a quarter on my left front shoulder. The entire staff was nice & even hilarious at times. The price was definitely right. I will return the next time I'm town for sure. Ask for Cesar, Yelpers! He works Wed & Fri - Mon. read more

I took my sister, who lives in Myrtle Beach, to get her first tat. We had tried one time when she was visiting me in the San Francisco Bay Area only to be rudely dismissed because we had no appointment. I FB messaged a couple of places to see what the appointment policy was. We checked out a business in Conway, SC and while the guy who would have done me was respectful & attentive the guy talking (down) to my sister and not looking at her was not. Anyway, we stopped at MB Ink and it was completely opposite. Sean at the front desk was courteous, attentive, interested & genuinely helpful. She was going to back out after the first encounter. We were given a time for the following Monday with 2 different artists both of which were not Sean. There was no reason to look anywhere else even though there are 12 other tat parlors in the same plaza. Cesar took care of my sister and her son, Mark re-worked an 18 year old tat of Bat-girl. I had tried to be creative and combine Silver Age with the Alicia Silverstone version & it was ok but what Mark did was amazing. He was fine with the re-do & once he got in there he had ideas that were far better than I had originally. We talked about super-heros, Myrtle Beach, Ohio (where we are both from), our careers, Trump, just about everything. Price, service, attitude, professionalism & quality all top notch. I would highly recommend. read more

My husband and I went here during our vacation in Myrtle Beach hoping to get a medium sized but detailed tattoo. The nonchalant receptionist asked both of the tattoo artists that were working that day if they could do our tattoos. One of the artists (tall Latino guy - unsure of his name) agreed that he would be able to do one of our tattoos if the other artist could do the other. The other artist let them know there's no way he could do them that day. So the artist that agreed that he could do one then said he could do one of ours that day and do the other one the next morning. We really wanted to get them done together but we understood so we agreed. As we were filling out the paper work and about to pay the deposit, we asked about the time when he would be able to do the tattoo and he then changed it to wanting to do both of ours the next day if a different artist could help tattoo one of the tattoos. It seemed like he just didn't want our business...or our money. So we took our business across the street to Tiki Tattoo where they were extremely welcoming and polite and completed both of our tattoos within 45 minutes. It seems like a lot of Tiki's customers end up coming in due to a bad experience at Myrtle Beach Ink. At least we know not to waste our time next time. read more

unfortunately I can't rate less than one star or I would. This place was busy and the employees did not handle it well. Seems like they try to scam tourists into paying ridiculous amounts for small tattoos. We ended up leaving and saving $400+ on the same tattoos we wanted to get here with going to Hero Tattoo. Highly recommend going there instead of Myrtle beach ink! read more

This tattoo shop is awesome!!! I was a tourist from Boston and walked in so me and my best friend could get Bestie Tats. The price was extremely cheap for being a tourist hot spot. The front office clerk is literally the nicest and helped us put our idea into a design. Her dog is also very cute! Our tattoo artist Ceaser did a phenomenal job. We both got a Lisianthus flower and the detail was amazing. The shop is also extremely clean and Ceaser opens the needle packages right in front of you. If you would like a last minute vacation tattoo this is the place. read more

Very happy with my tattoo! April was so helpful and able to take me in as a walk in late on a Saturday evening. Another shop I had been to told me that my design had to be much bigger than I wanted and would take too long to do in order to fit me in. Eric was very sweet, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. And the tattooing process only took 45 minutes . I will be back again soon! read more

Fantastic experience! Mark was great, knowledgeable and very much wanted to make sure I was happy with how the tattoo looked. Love it!!

My mom, my sister, and I were walk-ins, and Cesar did a wonderful job on our tattoos! He was professional, personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Our tattoos were small, but he took the time to make sure that they were exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend Myrtle Beach Ink! read more

Yes I got my first tattoo here, while on vacation with my family!
