Do Not get pierced here. I got my nose pierced about two months ago and a bump recently showed up after I have been properly taking care of it. I went to another piercing parlor to get it looked at and i was told that the entire piercing was done wrong. She then told me "they basically set you up for failure." Favorite place to get piercings when visiting Myrtle! Have 5 to date from this place. Lower prices than others I have viewed and the staff is GREAT. They make the experience memorable. Staff gives great post piercing advice and VERY CLEAN inside. Visited during COVID as well and we waited outside before going back to a room. QUICK is also important to mention. Look no further! This is the place to go get your piercing in Myrtle Beach. We have been here vacationing for a week and my 14 year old daughter has been wanting to get her cartilage pierced. I researched all local spots and Elite Piercing looked like the best. It is! Our last day here, I called the shop and spoke with Leo. I was wondering what we needed for her to get this achieved. All I had with me was my license, which shows that our last names are the same, and her SmileSafe card. The SmileSafe card is a picture that the company that takes her school pictures gives you as a form of ID that has her picture along with her name on the card. I love that this company includes this with their school photo packets every year. It's a great form of ID to have on your child no matter what age they are. That was a perfect piece to have with me so that she could get her piercing complete at her age with me present and signing for her. Leo did a wonderful job! He went over all the details with us. Was very professional and friendly. Put my daughter at ease and made me feel very comfortable about her getting this done. I even went ahead and got my cartilage and helix pierced as well! Not impressed. By the reviews I expected better. Cleanliness was fine, but jewelry options and common problems were not discussed with me. My request to choose my own jewelry was refused, and the "standard" apparently ill-fitting cheap jewelry I was pierced with fell out within 2 days. I had to have it tapered open and quality jewelry of my choice installed at another shop, luckily they were able to save my piercing. If you want quality work, with the time taken to fit the jewelry to your body and tastes, or to be made aware of common problems, look elsewhere. read more

I went in with my friend to get my nose pierced and usually I wouldn't write a review but the experience was very uncomfortable. I was talking to a guy who works there (don't know his name) and I couldn't hear him. He looks at my hamsa hand necklaces and said that I was culturally appropriating. In my mind I was very confused on why he would think that because I wear them for their buddhist purposes. I then told him that I was leaving because I was uncomfortable and didn't want him piercing my nose and he was very rude. Overall a terrible experience and I want people to know about this. Jim Bones actually down sold me saying he would only do two since three in a row would be at risk for not healing properly. Place was clean and staff attentive.
