They give you a mini water bottle and hang your purse up for you. However, my friend and I were the only ones in the salon and our manicures were completely rushed. Do not go here. Firstly, the workers seemed very bothered that I wanted a pedicure (I was the only one there, start to finish). Start to finish, both individuals were incredibly rude (and it takes a lot for me to consider someone rude.) Second, the quality of the pedicure was incredibly poor and painful. The trimming and cuticle clean up hurt; I winced a couple times, and in response was glared at- then she continued doing the same thing. The owners were very nice and put on a good appearance of valuing customer satisfaction but the quality of work was far from nice. I booked an appointment for 2 manicures and both of us were in and out of there in less than 1 hour; that includes 10 minutes of waiting while the previous appointment was being finished. I got a gel polish manicure ($25) and I was very disappointed with the results, there were "holes" in the coat of nail polish so you could see my natural nail underneath. After seeing the mixed reviews with more people leaning towards this place being excellent, I went ahead and gave this place a try. I'm not sure if other people working there are better, or what, but the lady that did mine was not very good. I will post pictures of my mani. The lady kept leaving for long periods of time without saying anything to me, which was rude. I paid $67 total. $35 for a full set of acrylics, $15 for a coral colored french tip shellac, $10 for a design on two fingers, and $7 for a gold stripe above the French mani tip. The gold stripes do not look nice, and the bow looks even worse. I showed her a picture of a bow on pinterest and asked her if she could do it like that, she said yes. But the bow isn't the same at all, and it is messed up on one hand. Some people on the reviews here said that they got complex pinterest designs done perfectly. That was not my experience at all. I feel that I could have done a better job, and maybe I should have, except I don't have the supplies for acrylics and I just felt like pampering myself. read more

My mom came to visit me and wanted to take me somewhere nice before I started school. We decided we wanted to get our nails done and happened to find this place. We saw it had a 4 star rating online, but should of paid more attention to the negative reviews. I have no idea how this place is still in business and has so many stars. When we arrived they did the usual, got things ready, and told us to get our colors. When they started things just went south. They didn't even due the bare minimum. They actually rushed through that!!! Regardless of what we asked and paid for. The lady spent no time on the actual spa treatment and didn't treat my hands like any other nail salon would of. She didn't get all the cuticles, left a ton of dirt under my nails, and just painted over it. (She was too busy walking around the salon, talking to the other people, and changing the tv channels.) In all, she spent less than 10 minutes on my hands and still charged us full price. The lady was already done with my nails before the guy started on my mom. It was actually peeling off before I even got my toes done!!! I even paid extra for the gel. When I wanted them to do my toenails, I didn't like the color and asked if they had anything else. The lady didn't want to help in anyway and just kept telling us where the polish was. (even though we already knew that.) I had to get out of the pedi chair with the spacers in my toes and walk over and try and find what I wanted. The lady decided it was her time to take a little break and walk around some more before I gave up and just wanted to leave. My mom had only gotten her toenails done and paid for the spa treatment and they did almost nothing to her. They only put on one coat and didn't even put a top coat on to help seal it. My mom actually had to ask them to fix one because they lady completely missed a section of the nail. The lady wasn't happy about having to fix it. When my mom and i were just far beyond done worth this place we wanted to pay and leave. The lady then informs us that we owe her $75 for her piece of crap job. When I confronted her she became extremely defensive and actually had the guts to tell me I should probably see a doctor about my nails. Not to mention she had to make the who issue a bigger scene than it needed to be. She clearly doesn't know how to remove cuticles..she actually tried to sand them away! Gosh, I would rather pay someone else $75 to remove the job they did. Needless to say I wouldn't trust them worth my eyebrows. read more

Best nail salon in Pullman. Ever since Ive moved here kids been hard to find an awesome and affordable nail salon. I've only gone here 3 times for a fill and my nails are the best they've ever looked and I've had acrylics for 5 years. Never a disappointment, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They aren't a cheap nail salon but you definitely get what you pay for no doubt. You do have to pay in cash which isn't too bad considering there is an ATM inside the salon. The owner is so so sweet and funny and all the other employees are so sweet as well. Walk-Ins will usually have a very long wait so always make an appointment if you can because it seems that appointments are their first priority. read more

We called and scheduled 3 pedicures, they never mentioned they only had 2 pedicure chairs. They charged us $35 each to basically wash our feet and paint them, no foot massage or anything. They were nice, but definitely not worth $35, the chairs were beyond basic, you could barely feel the massage and they moved us out of them after they'd washed our feet. This was by far the worst nail salon I've ever stepped foot in. I called and scheduled an appointment for 11:00 for a full set, I got there before 11 so I suspected that it would be a little waiting but I was waiting for at the least 40 minutes to just be seated. Then the lady told me to come sit after I sat down I continued to wait another 15-20min she then asked her husband who had no experience with nails to sand down my nails, given that he had no experience he burned me 2 times and sanded my nails down way to much. After he stood up she came and sanded them down even more! As she was gluing the tips on she barely even put one tiny dot of glue and my nails were lifting before I even left. I asked for a medium length nail and she said she would charge me $70 for a "full length nail" I told her a little shorter she then said that is still a "full length nail" at this point I was pissed. So I told her to go as long as she could and the pictures below show that they are super short. I haven't ever paid this much for such a crappy set of nails and bottom line I would never EVER recommend this to anyone unless you want to over pay for shitty nails! I called this salon for a same day appointment and they got me in right away. The owners were very attentive, got me a cold water without me even asking, told me up front how much it would cost ($15 for a color change) and the nail artist did my nails exactly how I wanted with two coats of clear gloss on top. My daughter and I had booked appts for pedis. There was a wait. When we were seated, they didn't have any hot water to soak in. The massage was more like a short rub. They didn't use an undercoat and only applied a top coat when I asked. The paraffin wasn't a dip but a slosh in bags. We were baffled coming from the westside. AND the kicker? ! Went here to get a full set and had a horrible experience. I waited longer for my appointment than it took her to actually do my nails. They scheduled 3 pedicures, two manicures, and an eyebrow wax all within a half hour of each other. The woman constantly left me to help someone else, basically doing a pedicure and my nails at the same time. My nails were rushed and very poorly done with bumps and huge globs of acrylic on the corners of the nails. A couple of my nails looked like they already needed a fill! She also charged $10 for ONE stroke of glitter polish on each finger. I was so disappointed and they charged way too much for the service I received. I love this place! Things you need to keep in mind that aren't bad but just different from where you normally go are: 1) they are a small place with only two spa pedicure chairs and a few places for manicures. 2)They only accept cash or check but can you blame them? Credit card companies charge huge fees each time a customer uses one and this is a nice small business, let them keep the money they earn :D If you keep the above two in mind this is a great place for you and your friend to make appts and go and RELAX. None of the crazy buzz of the bigger salons that overbook themselves and rush through your manis and pedis. We were treated like queens and they were very attentive in everything they did for us. When two other people came in unexpectedly they sat them in places they would be comfortable and moved us around quickly and efficiently WITHOUT rushing through or doing a crappy job. How many times have you had someone barely rub your legs or slap on the nail polish so they can get to the next customer? I know i have, but you wont find that here, they let the new people know they were going to focus on us and that was great, without making them wait a long time. They also casually chatted with us without trying to oversell us or awkwardly force a fake friendly conversation TO sell us stuff, which i've had happen in most salons. I just created a Yelp account and downloaded the app for this review because my experience was that bad. Our appointments were at 6 and I still had my fingers soaking at 7. When she finally started doing my nails she made the shape pointed instead of square and when I asked for her to fix it she said I could either have it done her way or she could cut them off and I could leave. So i left the salon with unshaped, unfiled, unpainted acrylics cut down to the skin. No employee or business has ever left me feeling this amazed at how bad my experience was. read more
