The staff and Dr. Lotstein have treated me with respect and are always very informative with the latest products and procedures that are available. I understand that being a cosmetic physician is risky to the point that at times a customer may not be totally satisfied with the services performed. Unlike some, I do not expect miracles to be performed and for Dr. Lotstein to give me what the good Lord hadn't already blessed me with. I am always asked what skin products I use and told that I look 15 years younger on average than my real number of 48. I not only credit this to good genetics but also to the services perfomed by Ultima! I totally recommend Ultima Medical Spa to anyone wanting an honest, professional experience. Truly, the worst experience of my LIFE! The owner Sandra Lotstein showed up late to my first…read moreappointment, sweaty and in shorts because she chose to ride her bike to work. She didn't care to see my face without any make-up and basically told me nothing. Her office manager chose different products for me than what the doctor had ordered and then I had one procedure done that unfortunately didn't work at all. I went back to show them that the procedure hadn't worked and the doctor told me she didn't care if it did or didn't. Unless you have about $1,000 burning a hole in your pocket, I'd suggest never stepping foot in this business.
