I moved to Lewiston in 2005 from Seattle. I must say that Ultima is as professional as any salon I have been in. The staff and Dr. Lotstein have treated me with respect and are always very informative with the latest products and procedures that are available. I understand that being a cosmetic physician is risky to the point that at times a customer may not be totally satisfied with the services performed. Unlike some, I do not expect miracles to be performed and for Dr. Lotstein to give me what the good Lord hadn't already blessed me with. I am always asked what skin products I use and told that I look 15 years younger on average than my real number of 48. Truly, the worst experience of my LIFE! The owner Sandra Lotstein showed up late to my first appointment, sweaty and in shorts because she chose to ride her bike to work. She didn't care to see my face without any make-up and basically told me nothing. Her office manager chose different products for me than what the doctor had ordered and then I had one procedure done that unfortunately didn't work at all. I went back to show them that the procedure hadn't worked and the doctor told me she didn't care if it did or didn't. I've been going to this Medical Spa for a few years now. I have always been treated with respect and with great professionalism. My skin has never looked better! Facials and microderm treatments keep off the dead skin and the Rhonda Allison products work very well! Dr. Lotstein is very knowledgable about the industry and I've been pleased with the results of everything I've had done.
