Today, after enduring four months of foot pain, I finally called and requested an appointment, and I was thrilled that I could be seen today. Taylor Menard examined my x rays and gave me a list of recommendations, all of which I followed, and within hours, the pain I'd had for months had vanished and I could finally walk normally, without limping. The young woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and none of the health care providers were condescending or impatient. They carefully explained my options and patiently listed to my questions. I noticed a negative review about staff from nine years ago, and all if can say is that the staff he complained about must have all left; the staff I've met with couldn't possibly be better or more professional. My only request is that it would be nice to have a sign at the main entry of the hospital, because I had trouble finding the office the first time I came in.

First, I got a text a week prior to the visit where I was able to check in, provide my medical history, medications and pay my copay. This saved a lot of time and paperwork when I arrived for the. The front office team members were friendly, courteous and expertly answered some questions I had. They made me feel welcome. The building and office were modern and comfortable with plenty of free parking. Trey, my Medical Assistant was also really nice, did an efficient job of taking my vitals, and listened attentively to me when I answered questions about the reason for my visit, medical history and meds. He also made me feel welcome and comfortable. Finally, Dr. Capawana is wonderful! He, too, was very attentive in listening to me, never interrupted or rushed me, and thoroughly examined my toe and foot.
